Abstract

A processing device according to the present invention includes an acquisition unit 11 that acquires a plurality of pieces of observation data including pH and photosynthesis amount, and a generation unit 12 that calculates a pH-dependent function indicating a relation between the pH and the photosynthesis amount using the plurality of pieces of observation data, and generates a marine ecosystem model incorporating the pH-dependent function.
