Description

[0001] Guard container

[0002] The subject of the invention is a guard container for use especially in difficult field conditions.

[0003] It is known from Chinese utility model CN 220058318 U a portable guard container comprising a cuboidal frame in which a roof, a bottom and side walls are mounted. Inside the container, a work room, a rest room and a bathroom are partitioned. The container is equipped with an air conditioner.

[0004] It is known from Australian patent application AU 2023202675 Al a device comprising a shipping container having a frame for supporting a set of photovoltaic panels on the roof. The photovoltaic panels are mounted on the roof in guides allowing their position to be changed from a stowed position to a deployed position.

[0005] It is further known from Chinese utility model CN 211736524 U a guard container comprising a body, a photovoltaic panel, an inverter and a battery. On one of its sides, the body comprises a window and a door. The photovoltaic panel is connected to the roof of the body. Inside, there is an LED lamp and an insecticidal lamp.

[0006] It is also known from Chinese utility model CN 211143868 U a guard container comprising a body consisting of a base connected to a main frame, the main frame at the top comprising a roof, the roof comprising a slot in which a photovoltaic panel is slidably mounted, the photovoltaic panel in the extended position being supported on supports connected to the frame of the body on the side of one of the side walls. When the photovoltaic panel is not in use, the supports are lowered by actuators connected to the frame. In known guard containers in which photovoltaic panels are used, periodic problems with electrical power may occur on days of low solar irradiation or in situations of temporarily increased power demand. Photovoltaic panels often also require disassembly for the duration of transport. Moreover, in solutions equipped with sanitary devices it is generally necessary to use an external source of water and an external sewage receiver. These issues limit container mobility

[0007] A guard container, comprising a cuboidal body 1 in which rooms are partitioned including a working room, a photovoltaic installation comprising retractable photovoltaic panels, an inverter and a battery pack, as well as sanitary devices, wherein, according to the invention the photovoltaic panels are arranged on two opposite sides of the body and are mounted in telescopic guides connected to the body and arranged horizontally in pockets provided in an upper part of the body above ceilings of the rooms, the guides being perpendicular to said opposite sides of the body, and wherein the rooms inside the body further comprise a technical room accommodating a generator set.

[0008] Preferably, inside the technical room there is a hydrophore, and the body further comprises a wastewater tank and a water tank arranged under floors of the rooms, and the rooms comprise a sanitary room containing a washbasin and a toilet bowl.

[0009] The guard container according to the invention, owing to the use of retractable photovoltaic panels and the arrangement of water and wastewater tanks beneath the floor, is easy to transport. The use of a photovoltaic installation together with a generator set allows the container to be operated under diverse and demanding conditions, independently of weather, ensuring proper operation even during periods of increased electrical power demand. The applied solutions enable unattended operation for several days, even in harsh field conditions. The container may also be connected to external water supply, sewage and electrical networks, which increases its versatility. The retractable photovoltaic panels, in addition to improving transportability of the container, allow efficient utilization of the upper part of the container, including the roof, on which additional photovoltaic panels or other devices useful under specific circumstances may be mounted.

[0010] The guard container according to the invention is explained in more detail in embodiments shown in the drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows the container in a cross-section in a horizontal plane located below the ceiling; Fig. 2 shows a side view from the bathroom side; Fig. 3 shows a side view from the technical room side; Fig. 4 shows a front view of the container; and Fig. 5 shows a rear view of the container with the photovoltaic panels deployed.

[0011] The guard container according to the invention, in first embodiment, comprises a cuboidal body 1 including a base, a roof, two parallel vertical shorter walls and two parallel vertical longer walls. Inside the body 1 , a technical room 2, a sanitary room 3 and a working room 4 are partitioned. On the side of each of the longer walls, above the ceiling, the body 1 has a pocket 5 in which retractable photovoltaic panels 6 are mounted in telescopic guides 7 connected to the body 1 by their fixed rails and facing outward with movable carriages connected to the photovoltaic panels 6 in opposite directions outside the body 1. Inside the technical room 2 there is a generator set 8 with a battery pack, a hydrophore 9 and a compressor 10. Under the floor of the rooms 2, 3, 4 there is a wastewater tank 11 and a water tank 12, and in the sanitary room 3 there are sanitary devices in the form of a toilet bowl 13 and a washbasin 14 connected by sewage pipes to the wastewater tank 11. The flush of the toilet bowl 13 and the washbasin faucet are connected via a internal water supply installation connected to the hydrophore 9 to the water tank 12. In the working room 4 there is an internal unit 15 of a central air-conditioning system, the external unit 16 thereof being connected to one of the walls of the body 1 on its outer side. Furthermore, a lighting mast 17 is connected to one of the vertical walls of the body 1, LED lamps 18 being connected to its upper end. In each upper corner of the body 1 a camera 19 is arranged. On one of the shorter walls of the body 1 there is an entrance door 20 leading to the working room 4 and a window 21 comprising an external facade roller blind 22. Each of the longer walls also comprises a window 21 leading to the working room 4 and comprising an external facade roller blind 22. Under each window 21 there is an electrical socket, and on the ceiling internal LED light sources 23 are arranged. Furthermore, the body 1 comprises a service door 24 to the technical room 2 covered on the outside by a cover panel 25 and a window 21 to the sanitary room 3. The rooms 2, 3 and 4 are separated from each other by partition walls 26, the partition wall 26 of the technical room comprising on its inner side a layer of acoustic insulation 27. From the working room 4 an internal door 28 leads to the sanitary room 3. Beneath the entrance door 20, steps 29 are detachably connected to the body 1. To the outer ends of the guides 7 cover slat 30 are connected, parallel to the longer side walls and flush therewith in the retracted position of the guides 7. The sanitary room 3 has a ventilation grille 31 with a fan leading outside the container. In the lower part of the body 1 sewage and water connectors 32 are arranged. In the technical room 2 there is furthermore arranged an inverter 33 of the photovoltaic installation, to which the photovoltaic panels 6 are connected.
