[0051] Please refer to FIG. 2, 3, 4, 5, wherein FIG. 2 shows a perspective view of a wireless charging module 30 of an embodiment of the present application, FIG. 3 shows an exploded view of the wireless charging module 30 in FIG. 2, FIG. 4 shows a cross-sectional view along line A1-A2 in FIG. 2, and FIG. 5 shows another cross-sectional view along line A1-A2 in FIG. 2.
[0052] As shown in FIG. 2, 3, 4, 5, the wireless charging module 30 of an embodiment of the present application is mainly used as a wireless charging transmitter, which can be used with a wireless charging receiver, thereby performing wireless power charging on a battery.
[0053] Specifically, the wireless charging module 30 includes a magnetic core 31 and at least one coil 32, wherein the magnetic core 31 forms a ring-shaped barrier wall portion 311, a ring-shaped groove 312, an opening 313, and a protrusion 314 in the center of the magnetic core 31. Specifically, the opening 313 is formed on the barrier wall portion 311, and the groove 312 is formed between the barrier wall portion 311 and the protrusion 314.
[0054] In actual assembly, the coil 32 can be arranged in the groove 312 of the magnetic core 31 and surround the protrusion 314, wherein the two ends of the coil 32 can pass through the opening 313 and be connected to an external power source (not shown), and the external power source can pass current into the coil 32, thereby generating a charging magnetic field in the wireless charging module 30. It should be understood that the coil 32 can have a single-layer or multi-layer structure, and is not limited to the disclosed embodiment of the present application.
[0055] Referring to FIG. 6, FIG. 6 shows a schematic view of the magnetic glue G coated on the surface of the recess 312 of the magnetic core 31.
[0056] As shown in FIG. 6, in order to make the coil of the wireless charging receiving end generate a higher induced voltage, the surface of the recess 312 of the magnetic core 31 in the embodiment is provided with the magnetic glue G, wherein the magnetic glue G contains magnetic permeable material.
[0057] It should be particularly pointed out that, in addition to the function of bonding the coil 32 and the magnetic core 31, the magnetic glue G can also effectively improve the magnetic field strength of the wireless charging module 30 in the Z-axis direction (vertical direction), thereby greatly increasing the charging power and efficiency of the wireless charging module 30, and also helping to realize the miniaturization of the magnetic core 31 and the wireless charging module 30.
