TECHNICAL FIELD

[0002] Embodiments of the present disclosure relate to a clip cartridge and a clip applier. BACKGROUND

[0003] During a surgical procedure, a clip is often used to ligate a blood vessel or tissue of a human body to reduce bleeding, which is simple and can be quickly performed. The clip is usually applied to the blood vessel or tissue by a clip applier. The clip is assembled in the clip applier. In use, the clip applier is driven to send the clip into a jaw assembly of the clip applier, and then the clip in the jaw assembly is aligned with the tissue or blood vessel to be clamped, the jaw assembly is driven to close to close the clip, so that the clip is applied to the tissue or blood vessel, thereby preventing the blood vessel or tissue from bleeding. SUMMARY

[0004] Embodiments of the present disclosure aim to provide a clip cartridge and a clip applier.

[0005] The present disclosure is implemented by the following technical solutions: a clip cartridge comprising a clip and two cartridge bodies;

[0006] The two cartridge bodies are rotatably connected, the clip is located between the two cartridge bodies, the clip has two clip arms rotatably connected, one of the clip arms abuts against one of the cartridge bodies, and the other clip arm abuts against the other cartridge body;

[0007] The clip cartridge has a first state and a second state;

[0008] In the first state, the clip is in an open state, the two cartridge bodies are open, and the opening direction of the open cartridge bodies is consistent with the opening direction of the open clip arms;

[0009] In the first state, in response to applying a force to at least one of the two cartridge bodies, the two cartridge bodies are relatively rotated to close to compress the two clip arms of the clip, so that the clip is compressed from the open state to a cocked state, and the clip cartridge switches to the second state.

[0010] For example, each cartridge body has opposite first and second ends, and the first ends of the two cartridge bodies are rotatably connected;

[0011] In the first state, the second ends of the two cartridge bodies are relatively far away so that the two cartridge bodies are open, and in response to force applied to at least one of the two cartridge bodies, the two cartridge bodies are relatively rotated so that the second ends of the two cartridge bodies are relatively close to each other, so that the two cartridge bodies are closed, and the cartridge clip switches to the second state.

[0012] For example, each of the clamping arms has opposite connecting ends and a free end, and the connecting ends of the two clamping arms are rotatably connected; the connecting end of each of the clamping arms is close to the first end of the cartridge body abutting thereto, and the free end of each of the clamping arms extends towards the second end of the cartridge body abutting thereto;

[0013] In the first state, in response to the relative rotation of the two cartridge bodies to be closed, the two clamping arms are relatively rotated so that the free ends of the two clamping arms are relatively close to each other, so that the clamping clip is compressed to a cocked state, and the cartridge clip switches to the second state.

[0014] For example, the cartridge clip further comprises a limiting structure;

[0015] When the cartridge clip is in the first state, the clamping clip is in an open state so that the two cartridge bodies are open to the limiting structure abutting both of the cartridge bodies, thereby limiting the rotation of each of the cartridge bodies away from the other cartridge body;

[0016] When the cartridge clip is in the second state, the two cartridge bodies are closed so that the limiting structure is disengaged from the abutment of the two cartridge bodies.

[0017] For example, the limiting structure comprises a first limiting part and a second limiting part, the first limiting part is arranged on one of the cartridge bodies, and the second limiting part is arranged on the other cartridge body;

[0018] In the first state, the first limiting part abuts the second limiting part so that the limiting structure abuts both of the cartridge bodies;

[0019] In response to the relative rotation of the two cartridge bodies to be closed, the first limiting part is disengaged from the second limiting part so that the limiting structure is disengaged from the abutment of the two cartridge bodies.

[0020] For example, the limiting structure comprises a limiting member and a limiting part, a first part of the limiting member is rotatably connected to one of the cartridge bodies, a second part of the limiting member is movably connected to the other cartridge body, and the cartridge body connected to the second part of the limiting member further comprises the limiting part;

[0021] In the first state, the second part of the limiting member abuts the limiting part so that the limiting structure abuts both of the cartridge bodies;

[0022] In response to the relative rotation of the two bin bodies to the closed state, the limiting member rotates relative to the bin body to which it is rotatably connected, so that the second part of the limiting member is separated from the limiting part, so that the limiting structure is released from the abutment with the two bin bodies.

[0023] For example, the bin body connected with the second part of the limiting member is provided with a limiting slot, and one part of the inner wall of the limiting slot constitutes the limiting part;

[0024] The limiting member comprises a limiting rod, a limiting shaft provided at one part of the limiting rod, and a limiting column provided at another part of the limiting rod. The limiting shaft constitutes the first part of the limiting member, and the limiting shaft is rotatably connected with one of the bin bodies. The limiting column constitutes the second part of the limiting rod, and the limiting column is movably arranged in the limiting slot.

[0025] In the first state, the limiting column abuts against the limiting part, and the limiting shaft abuts against the bin body where it is located, so that the limiting structure abuts against both of the bin bodies;

[0026] In response to the relative rotation of the two bin bodies to the closed state, the limiting shaft rotates relative to the bin body where it is located, so that the limiting column moves along the limiting slot to be separated from the limiting part, so that the limiting structure is released from the abutment with the two bin bodies.

[0027] For example, the two bin bodies are rotatably connected, and the rotatable connection includes a rotating shaft connection, a flexible hinge connection, or a connecting rod connection.

[0028] For example, one of the two bin bodies is provided with a clamping member, and the other is provided with a clamping part;

[0029] When the bin is in the first state, in response to the force applied to at least one of the two bin bodies to make the two bin bodies relatively rotate to the closed state, the clamping member is clamped with the corresponding clamping part to limit the opening of the two bin bodies, and the bin is switched to the second state.

[0030] For example, the clamping member comprises a clamping arm and a clamping block arranged on the clamping arm, and the clamping arm has elasticity.

[0031] When the bin is in the first state, in response to the force applied to at least one of the two bin bodies to make the two bin bodies relatively rotate to the closed state, the clamping arm is deformed to make the clamping block clamped with the clamping part.

[0032] For example, one of the bin bodies has a stop structure;

[0033] In the first state, an opening is formed between the second ends of the two cartridge bodies, and in response to relative rotation of the two cartridge bodies to closure to compress the two clip arms of the clip, the stop structure forms a stop connection with the clip to limit movement of the clip toward the opening, thereby preventing the clip from disengaging from the cartridge bodies through the opening;

[0034] In the second state, in response to an applied force to the clip, the stop connection between the stop structure and the clip is released, so that the clip is driven to move.

[0035] For example, the stop structure is a stop slope, and the clip has a protrusion.

[0036] In the first state, in response to relative rotation of the two cartridge bodies to closure to compress the two clip arms of the clip, the stop slope abuts against the protrusion of the clip to form the stop connection, thereby limiting movement of the clip in a direction toward the opening.

[0037] In the second state, an outlet is formed between the second ends of the two cartridge bodies, and in response to an applied force to the clip, the protrusion of the clip passes over the stop slope, so that the clip moves toward the outlet to disengage from the cartridge bodies through the outlet.

[0038] For example, the clip includes a tail protrusion disposed at a connection of the two clip arms of the clip, the stop slope includes a first stop slope configured to abut against the tail protrusion in the first state to form the stop connection, and the first stop slope is configured to be passed over by the tail protrusion in the second state; and / or, the clip includes an arm end protrusion disposed at an end of the clip arm away from the connection of the two clip arms, the stop slope includes a second stop slope configured to abut against the arm end protrusion in the first state to form the stop connection, and the second stop slope is configured to be passed over by the arm end protrusion in the second state.

[0039] For example, the stop structure is a stop slope configured to abut against the clip arm of the clip in the first state to form the stop connection, and the stop slope is configured to be passed over by the clip arm in the second state.

[0040] For example, the cartridge body has a protrusion, and the protrusion has the stop slope; or, the cartridge body has a groove, and an inner wall of the groove has the stop slope.

[0041] For example, the clamping arms have protrusions, and at least one of the two cartridge bodies further has a guide structure; the guide structure is configured to accommodate the protrusions of the clamping arms abutting against the cartridge body where the guide structure is located;

[0042] In the first state, in response to the force applied to at least one of the two cartridge bodies, the two cartridge bodies are relatively rotated to be closed to compress the two clamping arms of the clip, so that the clip is compressed from the open state to the fired state, and the protrusions are kept in the guide structure to limit the movement of the clamping arms in the first direction or the direction opposite to the first direction.

[0043] For example, the guide structure includes two guide surfaces oppositely arranged in the first direction, and the protrusions are kept between the two guide surfaces.

[0044] A clip applier includes a handle assembly and the cartridge described in any of the above embodiments; the clip applier has a factory state and a working state; in the factory state, the cartridge is in the first state, and the cartridge is connected or separated from the handle assembly; in the working state, the cartridge is in the second state, and the cartridge is connected to the handle assembly. DETAILED DESCRIPTION

[0086] In order to make the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the present disclosure clearer, the present disclosure will be described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and embodiments. It should be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are only used to explain the present disclosure and not intended to limit the present disclosure. Based on the embodiments in the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative efforts fall within the scope of the present disclosure.

[0087] It should be understood that the terms "proximal" and "distal" and "front" and "rear" used herein are relative to the clinician who manipulates the handle assembly of the clip applier. The terms "proximal" and "rear" refer to the portion closer to the clinician, and the terms "distal" and "front" refer to the portion farther away from the clinician. That is, the proximal end of a certain component means the end closer to the handle assembly, and the distal end means the end closer to the jaw assembly. However, the clip applier can be used in many directions and positions, and therefore these terms for expressing relative positional relationship are not limited and absolute.

[0088] In the present disclosure, unless otherwise explicitly specified and limited, the terms "connected", "connected" and the like should be understood in a broad sense, for example, can be fixedly connected, can be detachably connected, can be movably connected, or can be integrated; can be directly connected, or can be indirectly connected through an intermediate medium; can be internal connection of two elements or interaction relationship such as abutment between two elements. For those of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meaning of the above terms in the present disclosure can be understood according to the specific circumstances. It should be noted that when the terms "connected" and "connected" are limited by adjectives, they have the meaning limited by the corresponding adjectives, and only exclude the cases obviously excluded, without excluding other possible cases, such as "detachably connected" refers to detachable connection, which does not include integration, but movable connection is not excluded.

[0089] With the placement angle of the clip magazine 1 in FIG. 9 as a reference, the first direction is the up-down direction, and is the direction from top to bottom; the second direction is the left-right direction, and is the direction from right to left; the third direction is the direction perpendicular to the paper, and the clip 2 is installed in the clip magazine 1, and the clip arm 241 of the clip 2 is unfolded along the third direction. In other drawings, when the placement angle of the clip magazine 1 changes, the first direction, the second direction and the third direction change with the placement angle of the clip magazine 1.

[0090] The term "axial direction" refers to the length direction of the shaft assembly 3.

[0091] The compressible clip cartridge 1 is not fixed between the cartridge bodies 110 when the cartridge bodies 110 are not compressed, but is in a relatively movable state. If the cartridge bodies 110 cannot be stably connected, the clip 2 cannot be stably retained in the clip cartridge 1.

[0092] During compression of the clip cartridge 1, the doctor presses the clip cartridge 1, so that the cartridge bodies 110 move relative to each other. If the cartridge bodies 110 are skewed during movement, the cartridge bodies 110 cannot be compressed in place, and multiple pressing adjustments are required to complete the compression of the clip cartridge 1, which is very inconvenient.

[0093] Please refer to FIGS. 1-7, some embodiments of the present disclosure provide a clip cartridge 1, which includes a clip 2 and two cartridge bodies 110, and the two cartridge bodies 110 are rotatably connected. The clip 2 is located between the two cartridge bodies 110, and the clip 2 has two clip arms 241, and the two clip arms 241 are rotatably connected. One of the clip arms 241 abuts against one of the cartridge bodies 110, and the other clip arm 241 abuts against the other cartridge body 110.

[0094] The clip cartridge 1 has a first state and a second state. Referring to FIGS. 1-2, in the first state, the clip 2 is in an open state, the two cartridge bodies 110 are open, and the opening directions of the two cartridge bodies 110 are consistent with the opening directions of the two clip arms 241. Referring to FIGS. 1-2 and 6, in the first state, in response to applying force to at least one of the two cartridge bodies 110, the two cartridge bodies 110 are rotated relative to each other to close to compress the two clip arms 241 of the clip 2, so that the clip 2 is compressed from the open state to the firing state, and the clip cartridge 1 switches to the second state.

[0095] In use, the clip cartridge 1 in the second state is installed into a clip applier, and then the clip applier is driven to send the clip 2 in the clip cartridge 1 into a jaw assembly 6 of the clip applier to apply the clip 2 to tissue or a blood vessel by closing of the jaw assembly 6. The firing state of the clip 2, i.e., the clip 2 is in a state ready to be fired, enables the clip 2 to smoothly enter the jaw assembly 6 of the clip applier through an outlet of the clip cartridge 1.

[0096] The relative rotation of the two cartridge bodies 110 means that the two cartridge bodies 110 rotate simultaneously, or one of the two cartridge bodies 110 rotates to cause the two cartridge bodies 110 to rotate relative to each other, and the relative positions of the two cartridge bodies 110 change.

[0097] The clip 2 is kept in the open state before use, and in use, force is applied to at least one of the two cartridge bodies 110 to compress the clip 2 from the open state to the firing state. Thus, the time for compression of the clip 2 is reduced, and the clip 2 can recover to the open state when moving into the jaw assembly 6 of the clip applier, so that the clip 2 can be normally used, and normal clipping of the clip applier is ensured.

[0098] By setting the two cartridge bodies 110 rotatably connected, and in the first state, the opening direction of the two cartridge bodies 110 opened consistent with the opening direction of the two clamping arms 241 opened, so that in the process of compressing the clamp 2, the movement trajectory of the cartridge body 110 is adapted to the movement trajectory of the clamping arm 241 of the clamp 2, thereby the force of the cartridge body 110 on the clamp 2 can make the clamp 2 move along its natural compression arc-shaped movement trajectory, so that the clamp 2 can be smoothly compressed to the firing state.

[0099] Applying force to at least one of the two cartridge bodies 110 means that the operator can simultaneously apply force to both cartridge bodies 110, or apply force to one of them. For example, the operator holds the clamp cartridge 1 in his hand, presses both cartridge bodies 110 with his fingers or palm, or places one of the two cartridge bodies 110 of the clamp cartridge 1 on an end face, and presses the other one with his hand.

[0100] By setting the two cartridge bodies 110 rotatably connected, in the first state, when force is applied to at least one of the two cartridge bodies 110, the cartridge body 110 subjected to force rotates around the rotation center, thereby the movement trajectory of the cartridge body 110 is limited, avoiding the movement of the cartridge body 110 from being skewed, so that the two cartridge bodies 110 can be smoothly closed without multiple pressing and adjusting, thereby facilitating the operation of the doctor.

[0101] By setting the two cartridge bodies 110 rotatably connected, in the first state, the two cartridge bodies 110 can be stably connected, avoiding the two cartridge bodies 110 from being separated, so that the clamp cartridge 1 can be stably maintained in the first state, and the clamp 2 can be stably maintained between the two cartridge bodies 110.

[0102] Referring to FIG. 1, each cartridge body 110 has a first end 115 and a second end 116 arranged opposite to each other, and the first ends of the two cartridge bodies 110 are rotatably connected. In the first state, the second ends 116 of the two cartridge bodies 110 are relatively far away to make the two cartridge bodies 110 open, and in response to the force applied to at least one of the two cartridge bodies 110, the two cartridge bodies 110 are relatively rotated to the second ends 116 close to each other, so that the two cartridge bodies 110 are closed, and the clamp cartridge 1 is switched to the second state.

[0103] Each of the clamping arms 241 has opposite connection end and free end, and the connection ends of the two clamping arms 241 are rotatably connected. Referring to FIGS. 1-2, the connection end of each of the clamping arms 241 is close to the first end of the cartridge body abutting thereto, and the free end of each of the clamping arms 241 extends towards the second end of the cartridge body 110 abutting thereto, that is, in the first state, the opening direction of the two cartridge bodies 110 is consistent with the opening direction of the two clamping arms 241, and the accommodation space between the two cartridge bodies 110 is adapted to the shape of the clamping device 2 in the open state, so that the accommodation space between the two cartridge bodies 110 is fully utilized, thereby making the occupied space of the clamping cartridge 1 smaller.

[0104] In the first state, in response to the relative rotation of the two cartridge bodies 110 to the closed state, the two clamping arms 241 are relatively rotated to the free ends close to each other, so that the clamping device 2 is compressed to the cocked state, and the clamping cartridge switches to the second state. During the switching of the clamping cartridge 1 from the first state to the second state, the movement of the two cartridge bodies 110 and the movement of the two clamping arms 241 of the clamping device 2 are all relative rotations, and the opening direction of the two cartridge bodies 110 is consistent with the opening direction of the two clamping arms 241, and the direction of the force applied by each cartridge body 110 to the clamping arm 241 abutting thereto can make the clamping arm 241 move along the natural compression movement track, so that the clamping device 2 can be smoothly compressed to the cocked state.

[0105] The clamping cartridge 1 also has a limiting structure. When the clamping cartridge 1 is in the first state, the clamping device 2 is in the open state, and the elastic force of the clamping device 2 itself makes the two clamping arms 241 of the clamping device 2 apply force to the cartridge bodies 110 abutting thereto, and the two clamping arms 241 of the clamping device 2 support the two cartridge bodies 110 to open to the limiting structure abutting the two cartridge bodies 110, thereby limiting the rotation of each cartridge body 110 away from the other cartridge body 110. Thus, the two cartridge bodies 110 remain in abutment with the clamping arms 241 of the clamping device 2 and do not rotate away from the clamping arms 241 of the clamping device 2, so that the clamping device 2 can be stably clamped between the two cartridge bodies 110.

[0106] One of the clamping arms 241 of the clamping device 2 abuts one of the cartridge bodies 110, and the other clamping arm 241 abuts the other cartridge body 110, and the elastic force of the clamping device 2 itself makes the two cartridge bodies 110 have a tendency to rotate away from each other, and the limiting structure makes the two cartridge bodies 110 unable to continue to open after reaching the maximum opening angle, thereby the clamping cartridge 1 can be stably maintained in the first state, so that the clamping device 2 can be kept in the open state and stably clamped between the two cartridge bodies 110.

[0107] When the clamping cartridge 1 is in the second state, the two cartridge bodies 110 are closed to make the limiting structure cease to abut the two cartridge bodies 110 as described above, and the limiting structure does not limit the movement of the two cartridge bodies 110 to the closed state.

[0108] The abutment is that the limiting structure abuts against both of the two cartridge bodies 110. In the first state, the limiting structure abuts against both of the two cartridge bodies 110. In the second state, the abutment of the limiting structure against both of the two cartridge bodies 110 is released, and the limiting structure no longer abuts against both of the two cartridge bodies 110, so that the two cartridge bodies can move to be opened.

[0109] Referring to FIGS. 15A-15C, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the limiting structure includes a limiting member 181 and a limiting portion 1820, a first portion of the limiting member 181 is rotatably connected with one of the two cartridge bodies 110, and a second portion of the limiting member 181 is movably connected with the other cartridge body 110. The cartridge body 110 connected with the second portion of the limiting member 181 also has the limiting portion 1820.

[0110] In the first state, the second portion of the limiting member 181 abuts against the limiting portion 1820 to cause the limiting structure to abut against both of the two cartridge bodies 110. In response to the relative rotation of the two cartridge bodies 110 to be closed, the limiting member 181 rotates relative to the cartridge body 110 rotatably connected therewith, so that the second portion of the limiting member 181 is separated from the limiting portion 1820, so that the abutment of the limiting structure against both of the two cartridge bodies 110 is released.

[0111] Referring to FIG. 15A, the cartridge body 110 connected with the second portion of the limiting member 181 is provided with a limiting slot 182, and an inner wall of the limiting slot 182 constitutes the limiting portion 1820. For example, the limiting slot 182 extends along the longitudinal direction of the cartridge body 110, and the limiting slot 182 has opposite two ends along the extending direction thereof, and an inner wall of one of the two ends constitutes the limiting portion 1820.

[0112] Referring to FIGS. 15A-15C, the limiting member 181 includes a limiting rod 1810, a limiting shaft 1812 provided at one position of the limiting rod 1810, and a limiting column 1811 provided at another position of the limiting rod 1810. The limiting shaft 1812 constitutes the first portion of the limiting member, and the limiting shaft 1812 is rotatably connected with one of the two cartridge bodies 110. The limiting column 1811 constitutes the second portion of the limiting rod 1810, and the limiting column 1811 is movably arranged in the limiting slot 182.

[0113] In the first state, the limiting column 1811 abuts against the limiting portion 1820, and the limiting shaft 1812 abuts against the cartridge body 110, so that the limiting structure abuts against both of the two cartridge bodies 110.

[0114] In response to the relative rotation of the two cartridge bodies 110 to be closed, the limiting shaft 1812 rotates relative to the cartridge body 110, so that the limiting column 1811 moves along the limiting slot 182 to be separated from the limiting portion, so that the abutment of the limiting structure against both of the two cartridge bodies 110 is released.

[0115] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the limiting structure comprises a first limiting portion 117 and a second limiting portion 118. The first limiting portion 117 is arranged on one of the two cartridge bodies 110, and the second limiting portion 118 is arranged on the other cartridge body 110. Please refer to FIGS. 3A-3B, 5 and 15A-15C.

[0116] In the first state, the two cartridge bodies 110 are opened such that the first limiting portion 117 and the second limiting portion 118 abut each other to cause the limiting structure to abut both of the two cartridge bodies 110, thereby limiting the rotation of each cartridge body 110 away from the other cartridge body 110. As a result, the two cartridge bodies 110 remain in abutment with the clamping arms 241 of the clip 2 and cannot rotate away from the clamping arms 241 of the clip 2, so that the clip 2 can be stably clamped between the two cartridge bodies 110.

[0117] In the first state, in response to the relative rotation of the two cartridge bodies 110 to the closed state, the first limiting portion 117 and the second limiting portion 118 are separated to remove the abutment of the limiting structure with the two cartridge bodies 110, so that the first limiting portion 117 and the second limiting portion 118 do not limit the movement of the two cartridge bodies 110 to the closed state.

[0118] Please refer to FIGS. 3A-3B. One of the wall surfaces of the cartridge body 110 is a first limiting surface 1171, which constitutes the first limiting portion 117. The first limiting surface 1171 extends obliquely relative to the longitudinal axis of the cartridge body 110. Please refer to FIG. 5. One of the wall surfaces of the other cartridge body 110 is a second limiting surface 1181, which constitutes the second limiting portion 118. The second limiting surface 1181 extends obliquely relative to the longitudinal axis of the cartridge body 110, or the extension direction of the second limiting surface 1181 is parallel to the longitudinal axis of the cartridge body 110. The longitudinal axis of the cartridge body 110 is the axis in the length direction of the cartridge body 110. When the two cartridge bodies 110 are opened to the state that the first limiting portion 117 and the second limiting portion 118 abut each other, i.e., the first limiting surface 1171 and the second limiting surface 1181 abut each other, the two cartridge bodies 110 cannot be further opened, and the two cartridge bodies 110 reach the maximum opening angle.

[0119] Please refer to FIGS. 1 and 3A-5. The first limiting portion 117 is arranged on the first end 115 of one of the two cartridge bodies 110, and the second limiting portion 118 is arranged on the first end 115 of the other cartridge body 110. In the first state, the first limiting portion 117 and the second limiting portion 118 abut each other to define the maximum opening angle of the two cartridge bodies 110.

[0120] The elasticity of the clip 2 makes the two cartridge bodies 110 have a tendency to rotate away from each other, and the abutment of the first limiting portion 117 and the second limiting portion 118 makes the two cartridge bodies 110 unable to continue to open after reaching the maximum opening angle, so that the clip cartridge 1 can be stably kept in the first state, so that the clip 2 can be kept in the open state and stably clamped between the two cartridge bodies 110.

[0121] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the limiting structure includes two first limiting portions 117 and two second limiting portions 118, the two first limiting portions 117 are arranged on one of the cartridge bodies 110, and the two second limiting portions 118 are arranged on the other cartridge body 110. Each first limiting portion 117 cooperates with a corresponding second limiting portion 118.

[0122] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the two cartridge bodies 110 are connected by a shaft. The clip cartridge 1 includes a pivot shaft, and each cartridge body 110 further has a pivot portion, and the pivot shaft is arranged in the pivot portion of each clip cartridge 1. In response to the force applied to at least one of the two cartridge bodies 110, the cartridge body 110 subjected to the force rotates around the pivot shaft.

[0123] Referring to FIGS. 3A-5, each cartridge body 110 has a first notch 113 to form an inlet 104 of the clip cartridge 1 when the clip cartridge 1 is in the second state. In order to avoid the first notch 113, each cartridge body 110 has two pivot portions, and the first notch 113 of each cartridge body 110 is arranged between the two pivot portions. The clip cartridge 1 includes two pivot shafts. Referring to FIGS. 3A-5, the two pivot portions of each cartridge body 110 are defined as a first pivot portion 111 and a second pivot portion 112, and the two pivot shafts are defined as a first pivot shaft 106 and a second pivot shaft 107.

[0124] The first pivot shaft 106 is arranged in the first pivot portion 111 of one of the cartridge bodies 110 and the first pivot portion 111 of the other cartridge body 110, respectively. The second pivot shaft 107 is arranged in the second pivot portion 112 of one of the cartridge bodies 110 and the second pivot portion 112 of the other cartridge body 110, respectively. The first pivot shaft 106 and the second pivot shaft 107 are coaxially arranged.

[0125] The two housing bodies 110 are connected by a rotating shaft, which is one implementation of the rotatable connection. Other implementations of the rotatable connection are also within the scope of the present disclosure, such as a connecting rod connection and a flexible hinge. For example, a connecting rod mechanism is provided between the two housing bodies 110, which moves in response to an applied force to at least one of the two housing bodies 110, and the two housing bodies 110 rotate relative to each other. For example, a flexible connecting piece is provided between the two housing bodies 110, which is fixedly connected or integrally formed with the first end of each housing body 110. In response to an applied force to at least one of the two housing bodies 110, the flexible connecting piece deforms, and the two housing bodies 110 rotate relative to each other about the connecting piece. The deformation is, for example, folding towards each other or unfolding away from each other.

[0126] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the second ends 116 of the two housing bodies 110 are relatively fixed when the clip housing 1 is in the second state, thereby enabling the clip housing 1 to be smoothly loaded into a clip applier and enabling the clip 2 to be stably compressed in the clip housing 1, ensuring normal use of the clip housing 1.

[0127] Referring to FIGS. 2-6 and 8, one of the two housing bodies 110 is provided with a clamping piece 120, and the other is provided with a clamping portion 123. In the first state, in response to an applied force to at least one of the two housing bodies 110 to rotate the two housing bodies 110 relative to each other to close, the clamping piece 120 is clamped with the corresponding clamping portion 123 to limit the two housing bodies 110 from unfolding, and the clip housing 1 switches to the second state. The clamping of the clamping piece 120 with the corresponding clamping portion 123 relatively fixes the second ends 116 of the two housing bodies 110, and the two housing bodies 110 can stably maintain closed against the elastic force of the clip 2, the clip 2 cannot further spread the two housing bodies 110, and the clip housing 1 can stably maintain in the second state.

[0128] Referring to FIGS. 2-3A, the clamping piece 120 includes a clamping arm 121 and a clamping block 122 provided on the clamping arm 121. The clamping arm 121 is elastic. In the first state, in response to an applied force to at least one of the two housing bodies 110 to rotate the two housing bodies 110 relative to each other to close, the clamping arm 121 deforms to clamp the clamping block 122 with the clamping portion 123. Referring to FIGS. 2-3A, the extension direction of the clamping block 122 and the extension direction of the clamping arm 121 have an included angle, and the included angle includes 90°.

[0129] Referring to FIG. 8, when the clip housing 1 is in the second state, the clamping block 122 of the clamping piece 120 is located below the clamping portion 123, and the elastic force of the clip 2 itself causes the two clamping arms 241 of the clip 2 to apply a force to the two housing bodies 110, respectively, so that the clamping block 122 of the clamping piece 120 has a tendency to move upward relative to the clamping portion 123, and in turn, the clamping block 122 and the clamping portion 123 can maintain abutment, and the clip housing 1 can stably maintain in the second state.

[0130] Referring to FIG. 5 and FIG. 7, the cartridge body 110 provided with the engaging part 123 is also provided with a receiving part 124 corresponding to the engaging part 123, and the engaging part 123 is located in the receiving part 124. When the clip cartridge 1 is in the second state, the engaging arm 121 of the engaging piece 120 is received in the receiving part 124, so that the engaging arm 121 does not protrude from the surface of the clip cartridge 1, but is flush with the surface of the clip cartridge 1 or is arranged inwardly relative to the surface of the clip cartridge 1, so that the outer surface of the clip cartridge 1 is relatively flat to facilitate the clip cartridge 1 to be smoothly loaded into the clip applier, and the arrangement of the engaging piece 120 does not additionally increase the volume of the clip cartridge 1.

[0131] Referring to FIG. 11, each receiving part 124 has a guide surface 1241 arranged obliquely, and in response to the relative rotation of the two cartridge bodies 110 to be closed, the clamping block 122 of the engaging piece 120 moves along the guide surface 1241 of the corresponding receiving part 124, so as to smoothly enter the corresponding receiving part 124 to engage with the engaging part 123.

[0132] The number of the engaging pieces 120 and the arrangement position of the engaging pieces 120 on the cartridge body 110 can be arranged according to requirements, and the number and arrangement position of the engaging parts 123 and the receiving parts 124 correspond to the engaging pieces 120.

[0133] Referring to FIG. 1-2, each cartridge body 110 has a first side part 1101 along the width direction thereof. For a clearer description, the two cartridge bodies 110 are defined as a first cartridge body 161 and a second cartridge body 162.

[0134] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first side part 1101 of the first cartridge body 161 is spaced apart to be provided with at least three engaging pieces 120, and the three engaging pieces 120 are arranged in sequence from the first end to the second end of the first cartridge body 161. The first side part 1101 of the second cartridge body 162 is correspondingly provided with three engaging parts 123, and the three engaging parts 123 are arranged in sequence from the first end to the second end of the second cartridge body 162. In the second state, each engaging piece 120 of the first side part 1101 of the first cartridge body 161 is engaged with the corresponding engaging part 123 of the first side part 1101 of the second cartridge body 162, respectively.

[0135] The three engaging pieces 120 arranged in sequence from the first end to the second end of the first cartridge body 161 are defined as a first engaging piece, a second engaging piece and a third engaging piece, respectively. The first engaging piece is closest to the first end of the first cartridge body 161, and the second engaging piece is between the first engaging piece and the third engaging piece.

[0136] The three engaging parts 123 arranged in sequence from the first end to the second end of the second cartridge body 162 are defined as a first engaging part, a second engaging part and a third engaging part, respectively. The first engaging part is closest to the first end of the second cartridge body 162, and the second engaging part is between the first engaging part and the third engaging part.

[0137] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first, second and third engaging portions of the second cartridge body 162 are arranged in sequence along the longitudinal direction of the second cartridge body. In the first state, in response to the relative movement of the two cartridge bodies to the closed position, the first engaging member first engages with the first engaging portion, the second engaging member then engages with the second engaging portion, and finally the third engaging member engages with the third engaging portion.

[0138] In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the first, second and third engaging portions of the second cartridge body 162 are arranged in a direction oblique to the length direction of the second cartridge body 162. The third engaging portion is closest to the side of the second cartridge body facing the first cartridge body, and the first engaging portion is farthest from the side of the second cartridge body facing the first cartridge body, so that in the first state, in response to the relative movement of the two cartridge bodies to the closed position, the first, second and third engaging members can substantially simultaneously engage with the corresponding engaging portions.

[0139] Each cartridge body 110 also has a second side portion 1102 along its length direction. The second side portion 1102 of the first cartridge body 161 is further provided with at least one engaging member 120. The second side portion 1102 of the second cartridge body is provided with a corresponding number of engaging portions 123. In the first state, the engaging member 120 of the second side portion 1102 of the first cartridge body 161 engages with the corresponding engaging portion 123 of the second side portion 1102 of the second cartridge body.

[0140] One of the cartridge bodies 110 has a stop structure. Referring to FIGS. 1-2 and 10-11, the first ends 115 of the two cartridge bodies 110 are pivotally connected, and in the first state, the second ends 116 of the two cartridge bodies 110 are both free ends, and an opening 101 is formed between the second ends 116 of the two cartridge bodies 110. In the first state, in response to the relative rotation of the two cartridge bodies 110 to the closed position to compress the two clip arms of the clip 2, the stop structure forms a stop connection with the clip 2 to limit the movement of the clip 2 towards the opening 101, thereby preventing the clip 2 from escaping from the opening 101 of the cartridge body 110. Thus, during the closing of the two cartridge bodies 110, the clip 2 cannot fly out from between the two cartridge bodies 110 from the opening 101 of the cartridge body 110, so that the clip 2 can be smoothly compressed.

[0141] In the second state, in response to the application of force to the clip 2, the stop connection between the stop structure and the clip 2 is released, so that the clip 2 is driven to move, thereby allowing the clip 2 to escape from the clip cartridge 1.

[0142] For example, the stop structure includes a stop inclined surface 1001 configured to stop the clip 2.

[0143] In the first state, in response to the relative rotation of the two cartridge bodies 110 to the closed state to compress the two clip arms 241 of the clip 2, the stop ramp 1001 is in abutment with the clip 2 to form a stop connection, thereby limiting the movement of the clip 2 in the direction towards the opening 101. During the process of closing the two cartridge bodies 110 to compress the two clip arms 241 of the clip 2, the force received by the clip 2 cannot make the clip 2 overcome the resistance of the stop ramp 1001, so that during the process of closing the two cartridge bodies 110, the clip 2 cannot fly out from between the two cartridge bodies 110 at the opening 101 of the two cartridge bodies 110, so that the clip 2 can be smoothly compressed.

[0144] In the second state, the outlet 105 is formed between the second ends 116 of the two cartridge bodies 110, in response to the application of force to the clip 2, the clip 2 overcomes the stop ramp 1001, so that the clip 2 moves towards the outlet 105 to escape from the cartridge bodies 110 of the clip cartridge 1 via the outlet 105.

[0145] Referring to FIG. 10, the clip 2 further comprises a connecting portion 220, the two clip arms 241 are connected via the connecting portion 220, and the two clip arms 241 can be pivoted relative to each other about the connecting portion 220. The connecting portion 220 and the two clip arms 241 of the clip 2 each have a protrusion 240, referring to FIGS. 13A-13B, defining the two clip arms 241 of the clip 2 as a first clip arm 200 and a second clip arm 210, respectively, the first clip arm 200 is provided with an arm end protrusion (defined as a first protrusion 201) at one end away from the connecting portion 220, the second clip arm 210 is provided with an arm end protrusion (defined as a second protrusion 211) at one end away from the connecting portion 220, and the connecting portion 220 is provided with a tail protrusion (defined as a third protrusion 221). The first protrusion 201, the second protrusion 211, and the third protrusion 221 can be provided simultaneously or separately, and can be provided according to actual needs.

[0146] The stop slope 1001 can be matched with the clamping piece 2 in various ways. In some embodiments, the stop slope 1001 is in abutment with at least one protrusion 240. For example, referring to FIGS. 10 and 11, the stop slope 1001 includes a first stop slope 1001a configured to be in abutment with the third protrusion 221 (the tail protrusion) to form a stop connection in the first state, and the first stop slope 1001a is configured to be passed by the third protrusion 221 (the tail protrusion) in the second state. For example, referring to FIGS. 38, 39, and 41, the stop slope 1001 includes a second stop slope 1001b configured to be in abutment with the second protrusion 211 (the arm end protrusion of the second clamping arm 210) to form a stop connection in the first state, and the second stop slope 1001b is configured to be passed by the second protrusion 211 (the arm end protrusion of the second clamping arm 210) in the second state. For example, the second stop slope 1001b can also be matched with the first protrusion 201 (the arm end protrusion of the first clamping arm 200). For example, the above three stop modes can be provided at the same time to improve the reliability of the stop. In other embodiments, the stop slope 1001 is in abutment with at least one clamping arm 241. For example, referring to FIGS. 40 and 41, the stop slope 1001 includes a third stop slope 1001c configured to be in abutment with the second clamping arm 210 of the clamping piece 2 to form a stop connection in the first state, and the third stop slope 1001c is configured to be passed by the second clamping arm 210 in the second state. For example, the third stop slope 1001c can also be matched with the first clamping arm 200.

[0147] It can be understood that the third stop slope 1001c, the first stop slope 1001a, and the second stop slope 1001b can be provided alone, any two of them can be provided at the same time, or all of them can be provided at the same time.

[0148] The stop slope 1001 can be formed in various ways. In some embodiments, the cartridge body 110 has a groove, and the inner wall of the groove has the stop slope 1001. For example, referring to FIG. 11, the cartridge body 110 has a stop groove 100 having two inner walls opposite in the second direction, one of which forms the first stop slope 1001a, and the other of which forms the limiting surface 1002. The third protrusion 221 of the clamping piece 2 is located in the stop groove 100, and the two inner walls of the stop groove 100 limit the third protrusion 221 of the clamping piece 2, avoiding the clamping piece 2 from being separated from the opening 101 between the two cartridge bodies 110 during compression, and avoiding the clamping piece 2 from being displaced in the second direction by a large amount, so that the clamping piece 2 can be smoothly compressed.

[0149] In some embodiments, the cartridge body 110 has a protrusion with a stop ramp 1001. For example, referring to FIGS. 38, 39, and 41, the cartridge body 110 has a first stop protrusion 108, one side of the first stop protrusion 108 has a second stop ramp 1001b, the second protrusion 211 of the clip 2 is located on the side of the first stop protrusion 108 where the second stop ramp 1001b is located, the second stop ramp 1001b limits the second protrusion 211 of the clip 2, avoids the clip 2 from being detached from the opening 101 between the two cartridge bodies 110 during the compression process, and avoids the clip 2 from moving a large distance in the second direction, so that the clip 2 can be smoothly compressed. For example, referring to FIGS. 40 and 41, the cartridge body 110 has a second stop protrusion 109, one side of the second stop protrusion 109 has a third stop ramp 1001c, the third stop ramp 1001c limits the second clip arm 210, avoids the clip 2 from being detached from the opening 101 between the two cartridge bodies 110 during the compression process, and avoids the clip 2 from moving a large distance in the second direction, so that the clip 2 can be smoothly compressed.

[0150] The clip cartridge 1 includes at least two clips 2. Referring to FIGS. 9 and 12-13B, the at least two clips 2 are stacked in the first direction with the protrusions 240 of the at least two clips 2 being misaligned in the first direction. When the clip cartridge 1 is switched from the first state to the second state, the stacking manner of the clips 2 in the clip cartridge 1 does not change, only the form of the clips 2 changes, i.e., from the open state to the fired state.

[0151] Referring to FIGS. 12 and 28-30, when the clip cartridge 1 is in the second state, a clip cavity is formed between the two cartridge bodies 110, the clip cavity includes a first cavity 102 and a second cavity 103 arranged in sequence and connected in communication in the first direction. The at least two clips 2 are stacked in the clip cavity of the clip cartridge 1 in the first direction, one of the clips 2 is accommodated in the second cavity 103, and the remaining clips 2 are accommodated in the first cavity 102.

[0152] As described above, in the second state, an outlet 105 is formed between the second ends 116 of the two cartridge bodies 110. The outlet 105 is in communication with the second cavity 103. In response to the force applied to the clip 2 in the second cavity 103, the clip 2 in the second cavity 103 moves in the second direction to be detached from the clip cartridge 1 via the outlet 105.

[0153] Referring to FIGS. 12, 28, and 30, when the clip cartridge 1 is in the second state, an inlet 104 is further arranged at one end of the clip cartridge 1 in the second direction, and an outlet 105 is arranged at the other end of the clip cartridge 1 in the second direction. The force can be applied to the clip 2 in the clip cartridge 1 through the inlet 104, so that the clip 2 is detached from the clip cartridge 2 via the outlet 105 of the clip cartridge 1.

[0154] The inlet 104 and the outlet 105 of the clip cartridge 1 are both in communication with the second cavity 103. In response to the application of force to the clip 2 in the second cavity 103, the clip 2 in the second cavity 103 moves in the second direction to disengage from the clip cartridge 1 via the outlet 105. After the clip 2 in the second cavity 103 disengages from the clip cartridge 1, the clip 2 in the first cavity 102 enters the second cavity 103 in the first direction in turn.

[0155] Referring to FIGS. 2-5, the two cartridge bodies 110 are both provided with a first notch 113 and a second notch 114. When the clip cartridge 1 is in the second state, the two first notches 113 form the inlet 104 of the clip cartridge 1, and the two second notches 114 form the outlet 105 of the clip cartridge 1.

[0156] The number of clips 2 in the clip cartridge 1 does not affect the normal use of the clip cartridge 1. In a continuous clipping process during surgery, three clips 2 are generally applied to the clippings. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the clip cartridge 1 includes three clips 2. For the purpose of clear description, referring to FIGS. 9 and 12, the three clips 2 of the clip cartridge 1 are defined as clip 231, clip 232 and clip 233 from top to bottom. Referring to FIGS. 13A-13B, the two clip arms 241 of the clip 2 are defined as first clip arm 200 and second clip arm 210. Referring to FIGS. 1-2 and 10, the two cartridge bodies 110 are defined as first cartridge body 161 and second cartridge body 162.

[0157] Referring to FIG. 9, the second clip arm 210 of the clip 231 and the connecting portion 220 thereof are located between the two wall portions of the second cartridge body 162 opposite in the second direction, and the second clip arm 210 of the clip 232 and the connecting portion 220 thereof are also located between the two wall portions of the second cartridge body 162 opposite in the second direction. The two wall portions of the second cartridge body 162 in the second direction are provided with the first notch 113 and the second notch 114 corresponding to the position of the second clip arm 210 of the clip 233. Thus, during the movement of the two cartridge bodies 110 to the closed state, the second cartridge body 162 limits the second clip arm 210 and the connecting portion 220 of the clip 231 and the clip 232, avoiding the clip 231 and the clip 232 from disengaging from the opening 101 between the two cartridge bodies 110 during compression, and avoiding the clip 231 and the clip 232 from being displaced in the second direction by a large amplitude, so that the clip 231 and the clip 232 can be smoothly compressed.

[0158] Referring to FIG. 10, to avoid the clip 233 from escaping from between the two cartridge bodies 110 during compression, the inner wall of the second cartridge body 162 is provided with an arc-shaped stop surface 1001 that stops the protrusion 240 of the connecting portion 220 of the clip 233. Thus, during movement of the two cartridge bodies 110 to the closed state, the stop surface 1001 abuts against the protrusion 240 of the clip 233 to limit movement of the clip 233 in the direction toward the opening 101 of the two cartridge bodies 110, so that the clip 233 cannot escape from between the two cartridge bodies 110 at the opening 101 of the two cartridge bodies 110, and the clip 233 can be smoothly compressed.

[0159] Referring to FIG. 10, as described above, the clip cartridge 1 has the stop groove 100 with two inner walls opposite in the second direction, one of which constitutes the stop surface 1001 and the other of which constitutes the limiting surface 1002. The protrusion 240 at the connecting portion 220 of the clip 233 is located in the stop groove 100, and the two inner walls of the stop groove 100 limit the protrusion 240 of the clip 233, so as to avoid the clip 233 from escaping from between the two cartridge bodies 110 at the opening 101 during compression, and to avoid the clip 233 from being displaced in the second direction by a large amount, so that the clip 233 can be smoothly compressed.

[0160] The clip arm 241 has the protrusion 240, and at least one of the two cartridge bodies 110 has a guide structure, referring to FIG. 4. The guide structure is configured to accommodate the protrusion 240 of the clip arm 241 abutting against the cartridge body 110.

[0161] In the first state, in response to the force applied to at least one of the two cartridge bodies 110, the two cartridge bodies 110 are relatively rotated to the closed state to compress the two clip arms 241 of the clip 2, so that the clip 2 is compressed from the open state to the fired state, and the protrusion 240 is kept in the guide structure to limit movement of the clip arm 241 in the first direction or the direction opposite to the first direction.

[0162] When the two cartridge bodies 110 are close to each other, the protrusion 240 of the clip arm 241 is kept in the guide structure to limit movement of the clip arm 241 in the first direction or the direction opposite to the first direction, so as to avoid unexpected distortion of the clip arm 241 of the clip 2, and the clip 2 can move along its natural compression trajectory, so that the clip 2 can be stably compressed to ensure normal use.

[0163] Referring to FIG. 4, the guide structure includes two guide surfaces 170 opposite in the first direction, and the protrusion 240 is kept between the two guide surfaces 170.

[0164] The clip bin comprises at least two clips 2, which are stacked in a staggered manner along the first direction, such that the protrusions 240 of the at least two clip arms 241 in the guide structure are stacked in a staggered manner between the two guide surfaces 170 of the guide structure along the first direction. Referring to FIG. 4, the clip bin 1 comprises three clips 2. The protrusions 240 of the first clip arms 200 of each clip 2 abut against the first bin body 161. The protrusions 240 of each first clip arm 200 abut against another adjacent first clip arm 200, wherein the protrusion 240 of one first clip arm 200 abuts against one guide surface, and the protrusion 240 of the other first clip arm 200 abuts against the other guide surface, thereby enabling the three first clip arms 200 to be limited by each other during compression of the clip 2, and the two guide surfaces to limit the three first clip arms 200, so that the clip 2 can move along the natural compression trajectory thereof.

[0165] Referring to FIG. 12, the clip bin 1 further comprises a biasing assembly 130. The biasing assembly 130 abuts against the first clip 2 in the positive direction of the first direction to apply a force to the clip 2 along the first direction. Referring to FIG. 14, in some embodiments of the present disclosure, the biasing assembly 130 comprises a biasing member 131 and a pushing member 132. One end of the biasing member 131 is connected to one of the two bin bodies 110, and the other end is connected to the pushing member 132 to bias the pushing member 132 towards the first clip 2 in the positive direction of the first direction and apply a force to the clip 2 along the first direction. Referring to FIGS. 28-30, when the clip bin 1 is in the second state, in response to the clip 2 in the second cavity 103 being detached from the clip bin 1, the biasing assembly 130 biases the clip 2 in the first cavity 102 to move in the first direction into the second cavity 103. The above-mentioned force also helps to stably clip the clip 2 in the clip bin 1.

[0166] Referring to FIG. 14, the biasing member 131 is, for example, a spring. In some embodiments of the present disclosure, the biasing assembly 130 is arranged in the first cavity 102 of the clip bin 1.

[0167] Referring to FIG. 12, when the clip bin 1 is in the second state, the first cavity 102 is arranged above the second cavity 103 in the placement direction and angle of the clip bin 1. The three clips 2 of the clip bin 1 are sequentially arranged from top to bottom as the clip 231, the clip 232, and the clip 233. In the initial state, the clip 231 and the clip 232 are arranged in the first cavity 102, and the clip 233 is arranged in the second cavity 103. The clip 231 is the first clip 2 in the positive direction of the first direction.

[0168] When the clip 231 is out of the clip bin 1, the biasing assembly 130 pushes the clip 231 and the clip 232, so that the clip 231 and the clip 232 move in the first direction, and the clip 232 enters the second cavity 103, while the clip 231 is still in the first cavity 102. When the clip 232 is out of the clip bin 1, the biasing assembly 130 pushes the clip 231 into the second cavity 103 again.

[0169] As described above, when the clip 2 is accommodated in the clip bin 1, the first clip arm 200 of the clip 2 abuts against one of the bin bodies 110, and the second clip arm 210 abuts against the other bin body 110. The first clip arm 200, the second clip arm 210, and the connecting portion 220 each have a protrusion 240. For the purpose of clear description, the protrusions 240 of different parts of the clip 2 are defined as a first protrusion 201, a second protrusion 211, and a third protrusion 221, respectively, with reference to FIGS. 13A-13B.

[0170] The first clip arm 200, the second clip arm 210, and the connecting portion 220 each have a side wall. With reference to FIG. 13B, the first clip arm 200 has a clasp 202 at an end away from the connecting portion 220, and the first clip arm 200 is provided with the first protrusion 201 near the clasp 202, and the two ends of the first protrusion 201 protrude relative to the two side walls of the first clip arm 200, respectively. The second clip arm 210 has two second protrusions 211 at an end away from the connecting portion 220, one second protrusion 211 is arranged on one side wall of the second clip arm 210, and the other second protrusion 211 is arranged on the other side wall opposite to the one side wall. The connecting portion 220 has the third protrusion 221, and the two ends of the third protrusion 221 protrude relative to the two side walls of the connecting portion 220, respectively.

[0171] With reference to the angle of FIG. 13A and in combination with FIG. 13B, when the clip bin 1 is in the second state, the clip 2 is stacked in the clip bin 1 in the following manner:

[0172] The upper second protrusion 211 of the clip 231 abuts against the inner wall of the clip bin 1, and the lower second protrusion 211 abuts against the side wall of the second clip arm 210 of the clip 232. The upper end of the first protrusion 201 of the clip 231 abuts against the inner wall of the clip bin 1. The upper end of the third protrusion 221 of the clip 231 abuts against the inner wall of the clip bin 1.

[0173] The lower second protrusion 211 of the clip 232 abuts against the side wall of the second clip arm 210 of the clip 233. The upper end of the first protrusion 201 of the clip 232 abuts against the side wall of the first clip arm 200 of the clip 231. The upper end of the third protrusion 221 of the clip 232 abuts against the side wall of the connecting portion 220 of the clip 231.

[0174] The second protrusion 211 of the clip 233 at the lower side abuts against the inner wall of the clip bin 1. The upper end of the first protrusion 201 of the clip 233 abuts against the side wall of the first clip arm 200 of the clip 232, and the lower end of the first protrusion 201 of the clip 233 abuts against the inner wall of the clip bin 1. The upper end of the third protrusion 221 of the clip 233 abuts against the side wall of the connecting portion 220 of the clip 232, and the lower end of the third protrusion 221 of the clip 233 abuts against the inner wall of the clip bin 1.

[0175] The clips 231, 232, and 233 are arranged in a stack along the first direction, thereby saving space, so that the clip bin 1 occupies a smaller space when the clip bin 1 is in the second state. The protrusions 240 of adjacent clips 2 are offset along the first direction, so that the protrusions 240 of adjacent clips 2 can avoid each other, further reducing the space occupied by the stacked clips 2, and enabling the clips 2 to be stably stacked in the clip bin 1 without toppling over.

[0176] The protrusion 240 of the first clip arm 200 of each clip 2 abuts against the first bin body 161, and the protrusions 240 of the second clip arm 210 and the connecting portion 220 both abut against the second bin body 162. When the clip bin 1 is in the first state, in response to the relative rotation of the two bin bodies 110 to close, the posture of the second clip arm 210 remains substantially unchanged, and the first clip arm 200 rotates toward the second clip arm 210, so that the clip 2 can be stably compressed to the cocked state.

[0177] Referring to FIGS. 16-17, the present disclosure also provides a clip applier, which includes a handle assembly 3, a jaw assembly 6, and the clip bin 1 described above, and the jaw assembly 6 is arranged at the distal end of the handle assembly 3.

[0178] The clip applier has a factory state and a working state. In the factory state, the clip bin is in the first state, and the clip bin is connected or separated from the handle assembly. In the working state, the clip bin is in the second state, and the clip bin is connected to the handle assembly.

[0179] The factory state is that the clip applier is processed and packaged, and can be sold. When the clip applier is in the factory state, the clip bin is in the first state. When the clip applier is in the factory state, the clip bin is generally separated from the handle assembly, but can also be connected. If it is in a separated state, the clip bin can be switched to the second state before being connected to the handle assembly, or the clip bin can be connected to the handle assembly and then switched to the second state by pressing the bin. If it is in a connected state, the bin of the clip bin is pressed to switch the clip bin to the second state for use. The working state is the state of the clip applier in use.

[0180] The clip applier further comprises a working state in which the clip cartridge is connected to the handle assembly and the clip cartridge is in the second state. In the working state, the clip cartridge 1 is detachably connected to the handle assembly 3. The clip applier further comprises a detachment tool 500. When it is necessary to detach the clip cartridge 1, the detachment tool 500 is connected to the clip cartridge 1, and the clip cartridge 1 is pulled out of the handle assembly 3 by operating the detachment tool 500.

[0181] Referring to FIGS. 21-22, the clip cartridge 1 has two ends opposite in the second direction, one of which is provided with the insertion block 141, and the other of which is provided with the insertion mechanism. The insertion block 141 and the insertion mechanism are arranged in one of the two cartridge bodies 110, or the insertion block 141 is arranged in one of the two cartridge bodies 110, and the insertion mechanism is arranged in the other cartridge body 110.

[0182] Referring to FIGS. 21-22 and 25, the insertion mechanism comprises an insertion piece 143. Referring to FIG. 26, the insertion piece has a pushing portion 1432 and an insertion portion 1431, and the pushing portion 1432 is provided with an engagement groove 1433.

[0183] Referring to FIGS. 17-20, the handle assembly 3 comprises a connecting piece 300, and the jaw assembly 6 comprises two jaw arms 610, each of which is pivotally connected to the connecting piece 300. The connecting piece 300 has a first insertion slot 304 and a second insertion slot 305.

[0184] The connection state between the clip cartridge 1 and the handle assembly 3 comprises a locked state and an unlocked state. Referring to FIG. 20, in the locked state, the insertion block 141 of the clip cartridge 1 is inserted into the first insertion slot 304, and the insertion portion 1431 of the insertion piece 143 is inserted into the second insertion slot 305, so that the clip cartridge 1 is locked with the handle assembly 3.

[0185] Referring to FIGS. 25 and 27, the detachment tool 500 has a detachment portion 503. Referring to FIGS. 24 and 25, in the locked state, the detachment portion 503 of the detachment tool 500 pushes the pushing portion 1432 of the insertion piece 143, so that the insertion piece 143 moves away from the second insertion slot 305 to the engagement groove 1433 of the detachment portion 503 of the detachment tool 500, so that the insertion portion 1431 of the insertion piece 143 is separated from the second insertion slot 305, and the connection state between the clip cartridge 1 and the handle assembly 3 is switched to the unlocked state.

[0186] Referring to FIGS. 22 and 25, the plug-in mechanism further comprises an elastic member 142, and the plug-in member 143 is movably arranged in the clip cartridge 1. One end of the elastic member 142 is connected with the clip cartridge 1, and the other end is connected with the plug-in member 143. The elastic member 142 is configured to cause the plug-in member 143 to have a tendency to move in the first movement direction, so that in the locked state, the plug-in portion 1431 of the plug-in member 143 remains inserted into the second plug-in slot 305. In response to the dismounting portion 503 of the dismounting tool 500 being engaged with the engagement slot 1433, the plug-in member 143 moves in the second movement direction, so that the plug-in portion 1431 of the plug-in member 143 is separated from the second plug-in slot 305, and the connection state between the clip cartridge 1 and the handle assembly 3 is switched to the unlocked state. The first movement direction and the second movement direction are parallel to the second direction and opposite to each other.

[0187] Referring to FIGS. 19-20 and 24, the connecting member 300 has an engagement wall 306, and the second plug-in slot 305 is formed in the engagement wall 306. Referring to FIGS. 17-20, when the clip cartridge 1 is installed on the clip applier, the clip cartridge 1 is in the second state, the plug block 141 of the clip cartridge 1 is inserted into the first plug-in slot 304 of the connecting member 300, and then the clip cartridge 1 is pressed to rotate the clip cartridge 1 about the plug block 141 as the pivot point, so that the plug-in member 143 first abuts against the engagement wall 306, and then the plug-in member 143 is forced to move in the second movement direction away from the second plug-in slot 305, at this time the elastic member 142 is compressed. When the plug-in member 143 moves along the engagement wall 306 to the entrance of the second plug-in slot 305, the external force acting on the plug-in member 143 is removed, the elastic member 142 releases energy, and the plug-in member 143 moves in the first movement direction to the plug-in portion 1431 entering the second plug-in slot 305, thereby causing the clip cartridge 1 and the handle assembly 3 to be locked together.

[0188] Referring to FIG. 22, the clip cartridge 1 is provided with a receiving slot 150, and the plug-in mechanism is arranged in the receiving slot 150. Referring to FIGS. 21-22, the receiving slot 150 has a first entrance 151 formed in the second direction. The elastic member 142 is arranged in the receiving slot 150, one end of the plug-in member 143 is arranged in the receiving slot 150 and connected with the elastic member 142, and the other end extends out of the receiving slot 150 from the first entrance 151 under the action of the elastic member 142. Referring to FIG. 20, when the clip cartridge 1 is installed on the clip applier, the plug-in portion 1431 of the plug-in member 143 extends out of the receiving slot 150 from the first entrance 151 and is inserted into the second plug-in slot 305.

[0189] When the clip cartridge 1 is exhausted, the clip cartridge 1 is only needed to be dismounted from the connecting member 300, a new clip cartridge 1 with a clip 2 is installed on the connecting member 300, and the clip applier can be used continuously, thereby achieving the reuse of the clip applier and saving costs.

[0190] Referring to FIG. 21, the accommodation groove 150 further has a second entrance 152 opening in the third direction, when the clip cartridge 1 is detached, the dismounting tool 500 is inserted into the accommodation groove 150 from the second entrance 152 of the accommodation groove 150 to cooperate with the clip cartridge 1 to dismount the clip cartridge 1. The second entrance 152 can limit the dismounting tool 500 so that the dismounting tool 500 can only move in the third direction.

[0191] Referring to FIGS. 25-26, the pushing portion 1432 comprises an engaging groove 1433, the inner wall of the engaging groove 1433 comprises a first wall portion 1434 and a second wall portion 1435. The first wall portion 1434 extends generally in the third direction, and the second wall portion 1435 extends generally in the second direction.

[0192] Referring to FIGS. 24-25, in the locked state, the dismounting tool 500 is inserted into the accommodation groove 150 from the second entrance 152 of the accommodation groove 150, so that one part of the dismounting portion 503 abuts against the first wall portion 1435 of the engaging groove 1433 to separate the insertion portion 1431 from the second insertion groove 305, and another part of the dismounting portion 503 abuts against the second wall portion 1435 of the engaging groove 1433, so that the dismounting portion 503 is engaged with the engaging groove 1433, and the connection state of the clip cartridge and the shaft assembly is switched to the unlocked state. In the unlocked state, when the dismounting tool 500 is moved away from the shaft assembly, the dismounting portion 503 pushes the second wall portion 1435, so that the dismounting tool 500 applies a force to the insertion piece 143, the insertion piece 143 abuts against the inner wall of the first entrance, thereby moving the clip cartridge 1, and the clip cartridge 1 rotates about the insertion block 141 as the pivot point to disengage the clip applier.

[0193] Since the second entrance 152 can limit the dismounting tool 500 so that the dismounting tool 500 can only move in the third direction and cannot move in the first rotation direction, during the process that the dismounting tool 500 pushes the pushing portion 1432 of the insertion piece 143, the dismounting tool 500 can overcome the biasing force applied by the elastic member to the insertion piece 143, thereby pushing the insertion piece 143 to move in the second rotation direction away from the second insertion groove 305 to separate the insertion portion 1431 from the second insertion groove 305. When the clip cartridge is in the unlocked state, the outer wall of the dismounting tool 500 abuts against the inner wall of the second entrance 152, so that the insertion portion 1431 is separated from the second insertion groove 305, and the clip cartridge 1 remains in the unlocked state.

[0194] To facilitate the disassembly tool 500 to enter the engagement slot 1433, referring to FIGS. 25-26, the push portion 1432 further comprises a guide surface 1436. Referring to FIG. 26, the guide surface 1436 is located above the entrance of the engagement slot 1433, and the guide surface 1436 extends obliquely to connect with the entrance of the engagement slot 1433. When disassembling the clip cartridge 1, the disassembly tool 500 is inserted into the receiving slot 150 from the second entrance 152 of the receiving slot 150, the disassembly portion of the disassembly tool 500 moves along the guide surface 1436 and pushes against the guide surface 1436, so that the insertion portion 1431 of the insertion piece 143 moves in the second movement direction away from the second insertion slot 305, and when the disassembly portion 503 of the disassembly tool 500 moves along the guide surface 1436 to the entrance of the engagement slot 1433, the insertion piece 143 moves in the first movement direction towards the disassembly portion 503, so that the first wall portion 1434 of the engagement slot 1433 abuts one part of the disassembly portion 503, and the second wall portion 1435 of the engagement slot 1433 abuts another part of the disassembly portion 503, and when the insertion piece 143 moves in the first movement direction towards the disassembly portion 503, the insertion portion 1431 of the insertion piece 143 will not be inserted into the second insertion slot 305 again, but will still be located outside the second insertion slot 305.

[0195] Referring to FIGS. 23-25 and 27, the disassembly tool 500 has a handle portion 501, a rod-shaped portion 502 extending from the handle portion 501, and a disassembly portion 503 provided at the end of the rod-shaped portion 502. The handle portion 501 has a relatively large volume, which is convenient for operation. When using the disassembly tool 500, the handle portion 501 can be held by hand, and the disassembly portion 503 is inserted into the receiving slot 150 from the second entrance 152 of the receiving slot 150.

[0196] Referring to FIGS. 25 and 27, in order to facilitate the disassembly portion 503 of the disassembly tool 500 to enter the engagement slot 1433 along the guide surface 1436, the disassembly portion 503 is conical, so that the resistance of the disassembly portion 503 moving along the inclined guide surface 1436 is smaller. The shape of the engagement slot 1433 is matched with the shape of the disassembly portion 503, and the first wall portion 1434 is an arc surface, so that the disassembly portion 503 can stably cooperate with the engagement slot 1433.

[0197] The clip applier further comprises a clip feeding mechanism. As described above, the clip 2 has the protrusions 240, one of the cartridge bodies 110 has the arc-shaped stop surface 1001, and the clip cartridge 1 has the outlet 105. In the first state, in response to the relative rotation of the two cartridge bodies 110 to the closed position to compress the two clip arms 241 of the clip 2, the stop surface 1001 abuts the protrusions 240 of the clip 2 to limit the movement of the clip 2 in the second direction. In the second state, in response to the clip feeding mechanism applying a force to the clip 2 in the second direction, the protrusions 240 of the clip 2 pass over the stop surface 1001, and the clip 2 moves to the jaw assembly 6 via the outlet 105 after leaving the clip cartridge 1.

[0198] The clip cartridge 1 has an inlet 104 and an outlet 105. Referring to Fig. 18, the connector 300 has a clip feed channel 301, the proximal end of which communicates with the outlet 105 of the clip cartridge 1, and the distal end of which leads to between the two jaw arms 610. The clip feed mechanism is configured to drive the movement of the clip 2 of the clip cartridge 1, the clip feed mechanism enters the clip cartridge 1 from the inlet 104, referring to Figs. 17 and 28-30, initially, the clip applier is not in operation, the clip feed mechanism part is located within the clip cartridge 1. In response to the distal movement of the clip feed mechanism, the clip feed mechanism pushes the clip 2 to move distally from the clip cartridge 1 and to between the two jaw arms 610 via the clip feed channel 301.

[0199] The structure of the clip applier will be described in more detail below.

[0200] The clip applier also includes an operating assembly and a transmission mechanism. The shaft assembly 3 extends from the operating assembly.

[0201] Referring to Fig. 31, the operating assembly includes a housing and a trigger 710, the trigger 710 is movably connected to the housing. The housing is divided into a head housing and a handle housing 700 extending from the lower side of the head housing in positional relationship. The handle housing 700 and the trigger 710 constitute a handle assembly, an operator can hold the handle housing 700 with one hand, and pull the trigger 710 with fingers, so that the trigger 710 moves relative to the handle housing 700, thereby causing the clip applier to perform a clip feeding action or a clip applying action. It is easy for those skilled in the art to know that although the trigger 710 is shown and described, the clip applier disclosed herein can also not include the trigger 710, for example, the clip applier can be electric and can include an actuation button for actuating a motor to control the clip feeding action and the clip applying action of the clip applier.

[0202] The trigger 710 can be turned towards the handle housing 700 to three special positions: an open position, an intermediate position and a closed position. Initially, the user does not operate the trigger 710, and the trigger 710 is in the open position. The user operates the trigger 710, and at the moment when the clip feeding is completed, the clip 2 is fed into the jaw assembly 6, and the trigger 710 is in the intermediate position. The user operates the trigger 710, and at the moment when the clip applying is completed, the clip 2 in the jaw assembly 6 is applied to the tissue or blood vessel, and the trigger 710 is in the closed position.

[0203] Referring to Figs. 31-35, the shaft assembly 3 includes a main shaft 302. The main shaft 302 has strong rigidity, the proximal end of the main shaft 302 is arranged in the head housing, and the distal end of the main shaft 302 is connected with the connector 300.

[0204] The transmission mechanism includes a clip feeding mechanism and a clip applying mechanism. The clip feeding mechanism is configured to drive the clip 2 into the jaw assembly 6 (clip feeding action), and the clip applying mechanism is configured to drive the jaw assembly 6 to close (clip applying action). The wrench 710 drives the transmission mechanism to move, thereby driving the clip feeding mechanism and the clip applying mechanism to move, so that the clip feeding mechanism performs the clip feeding action and the clip applying mechanism performs the clip applying action.

[0205] Referring to FIGS. 31 and 34-35, the clip applying mechanism includes a clip applying drive tube 400 and a sleeve 401. The clip applying drive tube 400 is accommodated in the housing of the operating assembly. The sleeve 401 is sleeved on the outside of the main shaft 302, and the sleeve 401 also constitutes a part of the lever assembly 3. The proximal end of the sleeve 401 is connected with the clip applying drive tube 400, and the distal end of the sleeve 401 cooperates with the jaw assembly 6. In response to the movement of the wrench 710 from the intermediate position to the closed position, the clip applying drive tube 400 moves distally to drive the sleeve 401 to move distally, thereby driving the jaw assembly 6 to close.

[0206] Referring to FIG. 16, the sleeve 401 has an opening structure 402, and the clip cartridge 1 can be placed into the sleeve 401 from the opening structure 402 and then mounted to the connecting member 300. When the clip cartridge 1 is disassembled, the clip cartridge 1 is disassembled from the opening structure 402 and taken out of the sleeve 401 from the opening structure 402.

[0207] Referring to FIGS. 31-35, the clip applying mechanism further includes a clip applying return member 403, which is a spring. The clip applying return member 403 is configured to store energy when the clip applying mechanism advances, and the clip applying return member 403 releases the energy by recovering the deformation to provide power for the return retreat of the clip applying mechanism. The clip applying return member 403 is arranged in the head housing of the clip applying jaw and sleeved on the sleeve 401. The proximal end of the clip applying return member 403 abuts against the distal end face of the clip applying drive tube 400, and the distal end abuts against the inner wall of the head housing. In response to the distal movement of the clip applying drive tube 400, the clip applying return member 403 is compressed to store energy, and the clip applying return member 403 releases the energy, and the clip applying drive tube 400 moves proximally to return, so that the sleeve 401 moves proximally to return.

[0208] The jaw assembly 6 includes two jaw arms 610 pivotally connected to the distal end of the connecting member 300, respectively. Referring to FIGS. 17 and 20, the two jaw arms 610 have a jaw arm return member 620 therebetween, which is a spring. When the clip applying drive tube 400 drives the sleeve 401 to move distally, the two jaw arms 610 can be at least partially received in the sleeve 401 from the distal end of the sleeve 401 so that the jaw assembly 6 is closed, at which time the jaw arm return member 620 between the two jaw arms 610 is compressed, and the clip return member 403 is also compressed. When the clip applying is completed, the user releases the wrench 710, and under the action of the clip return member 403, the sleeve 401 moves proximally, the two jaw arms 610 can extend from the distal end of the sleeve 401, and the jaw arm return member 620 releases the energy to open the jaw assembly 6.

[0209] The clip feeding mechanism includes a clip feeding assembly, which includes a transmission assembly and a clip feeding block 413. The clip feeding block 413 is arranged at the distal end of the transmission assembly. In response to the transmission assembly moving distally, the clip feeding block 413 pushes the clip 2 to move distally. The transmission assembly includes a rigid segment and an elastic segment connected together. The clip feeding block 413 is connected to the elastic segment.

[0210] Referring to FIGS. 28-30 and FIG. 37, the transmission assembly includes a clip feeding rod 411 and an elastic rod 412. Referring to FIGS. 32-35 and FIG. 37, the transmission assembly further includes a clip feeding drive tube 410.

[0211] The clip feeding drive tube 410 is connected to the proximal end of the clip feeding rod 411, the distal end of the clip feeding rod 411 is connected to the proximal end of the elastic rod 412, and the clip feeding block 413 is connected to the distal end of the elastic rod 412. The clip feeding drive tube 410 and the clip feeding rod 411 constitute the rigid segment of the transmission assembly, and the elastic rod 412 constitutes the elastic segment of the transmission assembly. The clip feeding rod 411 is rigid and is not prone to deformation, which avoids the bending of the clip feeding rod 411 when it moves axially in the rod body assembly 3 and causes the transmission assembly to be blocked.

[0212] Referring to FIGS. 32-35, the clip feeding drive tube 410 is sleeved on the main shaft 302 and can move along the main shaft 302, and the clip applying drive tube 400 is sleeved on the clip feeding drive tube 410 and can move axially relative to the clip feeding drive tube 410. In response to the wrench 710 moving from the open position to the intermediate position, the clip feeding drive tube 410 moves distally to drive the clip feeding rod 411 to move distally, so that the clip feeding rod 411 drives the elastic rod 412 to move distally, and thus the clip feeding block 413 drives the clip 2 to move from the clip cartridge 1 into the jaw assembly 6.

[0213] The clip feeding mechanism further includes a clip feeding return member 415, which is a spring. The clip feeding return member 415 is configured to store energy when the clip feeding mechanism advances, and the clip feeding return member 415 releases the energy by recovering the deformation to provide power for the return of the clip feeding mechanism.

[0214] Referring to FIGS. 32-35, the clip feeding reset member 415 is sleeved on the spindle 302, the proximal end of the clip feeding reset member 415 abuts against the distal end face of the clip feeding driving tube 410, the distal end of the clip feeding reset member 415 is located inside the clip feeding driving tube 410 and abuts against the stop ring 303 on the outer wall of the spindle 302, and the stop ring 303 extends along the circumference of the spindle 302. In response to the distal movement of the clip feeding driving tube 410, the distal end face of the clip feeding driving tube 410 gradually approaches the stop ring 303, so that the clip feeding reset member 415 is compressed to store energy. The clip feeding reset member 415 releases the energy, so that the clip feeding driving tube 410 moves proximally to reset, and the clip feeding assembly moves proximally to reset.

[0215] Referring to FIG. 29, the clip feeding driving tube 410 drives the clip feeding rod 411 to move distally, so that the elastic rod 412 and the clip feeding block 413 also move distally to feed the clip 2 in the clip cartridge 1 into the jaw assembly 6, and at this time, the clip feeding reset member 415 is deformed. After the clip 2 is located in the jaw assembly 6, the clip feeding block 413 at the distal end of the elastic rod 412 continues to abut against the clip 2 from the rear end of the clip 2 to prevent the clip 2 from moving proximally during the clipping process. After the jaw assembly 6 is closed, the clip feeding assembly resets under the action of the clip feeding reset member 415. In the initial state, the clip feeding block 413 at the distal end of the elastic rod 412 extends into the second cavity 103 from the inlet 104 of the second cavity 103 of the clip cartridge 1.

[0216] Referring to FIG. 30, after the clip feeding assembly moves distally to push the clip 233 into the jaw assembly 6 and moves proximally to reset, under the action of the biasing assembly 130, the clip 231 and the clip 232 both move downward, so that the clip 232 enters into the second cavity 103 to be able to be clamped again. It should be noted that, referring to FIG. 29, after the clip feeding assembly pushes the clip 233 into the jaw assembly 6 and before the clip feeding assembly resets, the clip feeding assembly abuts against the clip 233, so that the clip 231 and the clip 232 both do not move downward, and when the clip feeding assembly moves proximally to reset, the clip 231 and the clip 232 can move into the second cavity 103 under the action of the biasing assembly 130.

[0217] The transmission mechanism alternatively has a first transmission state and a second transmission state. In the first transmission state, the transmission mechanism drives the clip feeding mechanism to move distally. In the second transmission state, the transmission mechanism drives the clipping mechanism to move distally. The transmission mechanism further includes a switching mechanism. The wrench 710 abuts against the switching mechanism to provide power to the switching mechanism, and the switching mechanism alternatively transmits the power to the clip feeding driving tube 410 or the clipping driving tube 400.

[0218] In the first transmission state, the switching mechanism is operatively connected with the clip feeding driving tube 410, and the switching mechanism drives the clip feeding driving tube 410 of the clip feeding assembly to move distally to drive the clip feeding assembly to move distally, so that the clip 2 of the clip feeding assembly is moved into the jaw assembly 6 to wait for clipping.

[0219] In the second transmission state, the switching mechanism is separated from the clip feeding driving tube 410, and the clip feeding driving tube 410 is no longer advanced, at this time the clip 2 is located in the jaw assembly 6, the switching mechanism drives the clip applying driving tube 400 to move distally, so that the sleeve 401 moves distally, so that the jaw assembly 6 is closed, and the clip 2 located in the jaw assembly 6 is applied to the tissue or blood vessel.

[0220] Referring to FIG. 31, the switching mechanism includes a base 420, a first clutching mechanism and a second clutching mechanism. The wrench 710 abuts against the base 420 to provide power to the switching mechanism so that the switching mechanism moves distally.

[0221] Referring to FIGS. 34-35, the clip applying mechanism further includes two rod bodies 404. The clip applying driving tube 400 has two connecting portions 405. The distal end of one of the rod bodies 404 is connected with one of the connecting portions 405, and the distal end of the other rod body 404 is connected with the other connecting portion 405.

[0222] Referring to FIGS. 34-35, each of the rod bodies 404 is provided with an axially extending sliding groove 4040, which is a closed groove. The distal end of the sliding groove 4040 has a pushing portion 4042.

[0223] Referring to FIGS. 34-36, the base 420 further has two sleeve portions 423, one of which is sleeved on one of the rod bodies 404 and can move along the one of the rod bodies 404, and the other of which is sleeved on the other rod body 404 and can move along the other rod body 404. The waist-shaped holes 422 are arranged above the sleeve portions 423. Each of the sleeve portions 423 has a pushing column 450, one of which is located in the sliding groove 4040 of one of the rod bodies 404 and can move along the sliding groove 4040, and the other of which is located in the sliding groove 4040 of the other rod body 404 and can move along the sliding groove 4040.

[0224] The switching mechanism further includes a base reset member 460, which can store energy during the distal movement of the switching mechanism. When the energy is released, the switching mechanism moves proximally under the action of the base reset member 460 to reset. For example, the base reset member 460 is a spring.

[0225] Referring to FIGS. 34-35, the clipping mechanism includes two base reset members 460. One of the base reset members 460 is sleeved on one of the rod bodies 404, the proximal end of which abuts against the distal end of one of the sleeve connecting portions 423, and the distal end of which abuts against one of the connecting portions 405. The other base reset member 460 is sleeved on the other rod body 404, the proximal end of which abuts against the distal end of the other sleeve connecting portion 423, and the distal end of which abuts against the other connecting portion 405.

[0226] During the distal movement of the switching mechanism, the sleeve connecting portion 423 gradually approaches the connecting portion 405, and the two base reset members 460 are compressed to store energy, and the energy is released, so that the switching mechanism can move proximally to reset.

[0227] The first clutch mechanism includes a first clutch member and a clutch switching mechanism. The first clutch member is connected with the clutch switching mechanism. The second clutch mechanism includes a second clutch member, which is the push column 450.

[0228] Referring to FIGS. 34 and 36, the base 420 has a through hole 421, and when the transmission mechanism is in the first transmission state, the clip feeding drive tube 410 is accommodated in the through hole 421, the first clutch member is connected with the clip feeding drive tube 410, so that the switching mechanism can drive the clip feeding drive tube 410 of the clip feeding assembly to move to make the clip feeding assembly move, thereby performing the clip feeding action. When the transmission mechanism is in the first transmission state, the push column 450 slides in the sliding groove 4040 but does not reach the abutting portion 4042 of the sliding groove 4040, so the transmission mechanism does not drive the clipping mechanism to move.

[0229] Referring to FIGS. 34 and 36, the through hole 421 penetrates the proximal end face of the base 420, so that the base 420 can advance beyond the clip feeding drive tube 410. When the transmission mechanism is in the second transmission state, under the action of the clutch switching mechanism, the first clutch member is separated from the clip feeding drive tube 410; the clip feeding drive tube 410 no longer advances, the base 420 still advances, the base 420 is separated from the clip feeding drive tube 410, and at the same time, the push column 450 abuts against the abutting portion 4042 to push the clipping drive tube 400 to move distally, thereby driving the sleeve 401 to move to perform the clipping action.

[0230] The structure and principle of the switching mechanism will be described in more detail below with reference to the placement angle of the clip applier in FIG. 31:

[0231] The clutch switching mechanism includes a guide column 430 connected with the first clutch member. The head shell of the clip applier includes a first head shell 14 and a second head shell. The first head shell 14 and the second head shell are symmetrically arranged along the axial direction of the shaft assembly 3. The inner walls of the first head shell 14 and the second head shell are both provided with guide rails.

[0232] Referring to FIG. 31, the base 420 has two opposite waist-shaped holes 422. A guide post 430 is accommodated in the base 420, one end of the guide post 430 extending out of one of the waist-shaped holes 422 to move on the guide rail of the first head housing 14. The other end of the guide post 430 extends out of the other waist-shaped hole 422 to move on the guide rail of the second head housing. Each of the waist-shaped holes 422 extends in the up-down direction, so that the guide post 430 can move up and down.

[0233] Referring to FIG. 31, the guide rail includes a first guide surface 730 and a second guide surface 731, the second guide surface 731 being higher than the first guide surface 730. The guide post 430 can move on the first guide surface 730 and the second guide surface 731. The first guide surface 730 is smoothly connected to the second guide surface 731 by a slope, so that the movement of the guide post 430 is smoother.

[0234] The guide post 430 can move on the guide rail following the movement of the first clutch. When the guide post 430 moves on the first guide surface 730, the first clutch remains in the combined state with the clip feeding driving tube 410. Since the second guide surface 731 is higher than the first guide surface 730, when the guide post 430 moves to the second guide surface 731 of the guide rail, the first clutch is driven to move upward, so that the first clutch is separated from the clip feeding driving tube 410. And when the first clutch is separated from the clip feeding driving tube 410, the second clutch (pushing post 450) abuts against the pushing portion 4042 to push the clip applying driving tube 400 to move distally.

[0235] Referring to FIGS. 33 and 35, the clip feeding driving tube 410 is an annular member, and an outer circumferential surface of the clip feeding driving tube 410 is provided with an annular groove 4100. Referring to FIGS. 32-33, the first clutch is accommodated in the base 420. The first clutch includes a post body 441, a stopper 442, and an engaging block 443. The upper end of the post body 441 is connected with the guide post 430, so that the post body 441 can drive the guide post 430 to move distally or proximally, and meanwhile the guide post 430 can drive the post body 441 to move in the up-down direction. The stopper 442 is arranged at the bottom end of the post body 441, and the engaging block 443 is arranged at the bottom end of the stopper 442. The bottom end of the engaging block 443 is detachably connected with the clip feeding driving tube 410.

[0236] In the first transmission state, the engaging block 443 is located in the annular groove 4100, and the engaging block 443 can drive the clip feeding driving tube 410 to move distally. In the second transmission state, the engaging block 443 moves upward to be separated from the annular groove 4100. The proximal end surface of the engaging block 443 is a slope, so that when the first clutch is reset, the proximal end surface of the engaging block 443 can return to the proximal end of the annular groove 4100.

[0237] Referring to FIG. 33, the first clutch further comprises a resilient element 444. The base 420 further has an abutment 424. The resilient element 444 is sleeved on the column 441, the upper end of the resilient element 444 abuts against the abutment 424, and the lower end of the resilient element 444 abuts against the upper end of the stopper 442. In the first transmission state, the resilient element 444 is in a compressed state, and the resilient element 444 gives the stopper 442 a downward force, so that the bottom end of the clamping block 443 more stably abuts against the clip feeding driving tube 410, and the stability of the clip feeding action is improved.

[0238] In response to the guide column 430 moving from the first guide surface 730 to the second guide surface 731, the column 441 of the first clutch is lifted, so that the resilient element 444 is further compressed, so that the column 441 of the first clutch has a downward movement tendency. In response to the guide column 430 moving from the second guide surface 731 to the first guide surface 730, the resilient element 444 drives the column 441 of the first clutch to move downward to abut against the clip feeding driving tube 410.

[0239] The clip feeding driving tube 410 is arranged proximally to the clip driving tube 400. When the transmission mechanism is in the first transmission state, under the action of the wrench 710, the base 420 moves distally, the first clutch moves distally, and the guide column 430 moves distally along the first guide surface 730 under the action of the first clutch. When the guide column 430 moves from the first guide surface 730 to the second guide surface 731, the guide column 430 drives the first clutch to move upward, so that the first clutch is separated from the clip feeding driving tube 410, and the transmission mechanism is switched to the second transmission state.

[0240] When the transmission mechanism is in the first transmission state, the switching mechanism is combined with the clip feeding driving tube 410, and the clip applier performs the clip feeding action. The user operates the wrench 710, so that the first clutch pushes the clip feeding driving tube 410 of the clip assembly to move distally, so that the clip assembly moves distally, and the proximal end of the clip 2 in the second cavity 103 of the clip cartridge 1 pushes the clip 2 to push the clip 2 into the jaw assembly 6. At this time, it is the clip feeding completion moment.

[0241] In summary, by pivotally connecting the two cartridge bodies 110, when a force is applied to at least one of the two cartridge bodies 110, the cartridge body 110 to which the force is applied rotates around the pivot point, so that the movement track of the cartridge body 110 is limited, the movement of the cartridge body 110 is prevented from being skewed, the two cartridge bodies 110 can be smoothly closed, and multiple pressing and adjusting are not required, so as to facilitate the operation of the doctor.
