Abstract
The present invention provides a system and a method for generating water-based super vapor or gas by extracting dissolved organic carbon, DOC from liquid sources. The method involves introducing a liquid containing DOC into a cavitation chamber and applying a piezoelectric effect to induce micro-cavitation through ultrasonic waves. The method creates alternating high-pressure and low-pressure cycles that form and collapse micro-cavitation bubbles, releasing localized energy that breaks down DOC into smaller molecules and gases. Environmental air may be introduced to aid in bubble rupture and gas release. The present system comprises a piezoelectric transducer, wave generator, cavitation chamber, and control unit. The present invention provides an efficient, cost-effective solution for DOC extraction and conversion, enhancing waste management and resource recovery.
