Description

Fan unit, fan, frame member, clothing with a fan, and main body of the clothing with a fan

[0001] The present invention relates to a fan unit, a fan, a frame member, clothing with a fan, and a main body of the clothing with a fan.

[0002] In recent years, clothing with a fan for cooling the body has been put into practical use and is rapidly spreading. The clothing with a fan has a fan for introducing air into the main body of the clothing attached to the main body of the clothing formed of a material with low air permeability. When the fan of the clothing with a fan is operated, air is introduced from the fan into the main body of the clothing, and an air flow path is formed between the main body of the clothing and the body of the wearer by the pressure of the introduced air. The introduced air flows along the surface of the body of the wearer or the underwear through the formed air flow path, and is discharged to the outside from an air discharge portion formed between the rear part of the collar of the main body of the clothing and the rear part of the neck of the wearer.

[0003] And, while the introduced air flows through the air flow path between the main body of the clothing and the body of the wearer or the underwear, the sweat discharged from the body is evaporated, and the body is cooled by the heat of vaporization during evaporation (for example, see Patent Document 1).

[0004] International Publication No. 20,05 / 063,065

[0005] In conventional clothing with a fan, a frame sheet for reinforcing the attachment portion of the fan is sewn into the main body of the clothing, and the fan is fixed to the main body of the clothing using a ring-shaped fixture. For this reason, the cost and weight of the fixture are generated, and the attachment takes time.

[0006] Further, the fan may rotate with respect to the main body of the clothing. For this reason, the orientation of the finger guard portion exposed on the fabric may change. [0039] Hereinafter, embodiments of the fan unit, fan, frame-shaped member, fan-equipped garment, and garment body of the fan-equipped garment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0040] <Example of the configuration of the fan unit, fan, and frame-shaped member of the first embodiment> Figure 1 is a rear view showing an example of the fan unit of the first embodiment, and Figure 2 is a side view showing an example of the fan unit of the first embodiment. Also, Figure 3 is a rear view showing an example of the fan of the first embodiment, and Figures 4 and 5 are side views showing an example of the fan of the first embodiment. Furthermore, Figure 6 is a rear view showing an example of the frame-shaped member of the first embodiment, and Figure 7 is a rear view showing an example of how the frame-shaped member of the first embodiment is connected to the fabric. Also, Figure 8 is a side cross-sectional view of the main part showing an example of the fitted state of the fan and frame-shaped member of the first embodiment.

[0041] The fan unit 1A of the first embodiment includes a fan 2A having a rotationally driven impeller 20F and a frame-shaped member 3A for attaching the fan 2A to the garment fabric 100.

[0042] The fan 2A comprises a cylindrical body portion 20, a flange portion 21 provided on the outside of the body portion 20, and a pair of fitting portions 22.

[0043] The body portion 20 is configured in a cylindrical shape or a polygonal shape, and a blower 20F and a motor (not shown) for driving the blower 20F are arranged inside. On one side along the axial direction, a front-side finger guard 20a that forms an air suction port is provided on the body portion 20. The side where the front-side finger guard 20a is provided is referred to as the front. Also, on the other side along the axial direction, a rear-side finger guard 20b that forms an air outlet is provided on the body portion 20. The side where the rear-side finger guard 20b is provided is referred to as the rear. The front-side finger guard 20a is constituted by, for example, a component independent of the body portion 20 and is attached to the body portion 20. The rear-side finger guard 20b is constituted integrally with the body portion 20, for example.

[0044] The flange portion 21 protrudes outward from the outer side surface of the body portion 20. The flange portion 21 is provided on the entire circumference of the side surface of the body portion 20. The flange portion 21 may be provided on the front-side finger guard 20a or may be provided on the body portion 20. Also, the flange portion 21 may be constituted by a combination of a member provided on the front-side finger guard 20a and a member provided on the body portion 20.

[0045] The fitting portion 22 is constituted by providing a groove on the side surface at a position facing the radial direction of the body portion 20. The fitting portion 22 extends in a direction intersecting the axial direction of the blower 20F, and a wall portion 22a forming the bottom of the groove is constituted by a flat surface. The pair of fitting portions 22 have wall portions 22a that are parallel planes. The fitting portion 22 is provided on the side surface of the body portion 20, for example, on the side of the rear-side finger guard 20b with respect to the flange portion 21. Also, a gap is provided between the fitting portion 22 and the flange portion 21 through which the fabric 100 can enter.

[0046] The frame member 3A includes a fan hole 30 into which the body portion 20 can be inserted, a frame portion 31 constituting the fan hole 30, and a pair of fitting portions 32 that fit with the fitting portion 22. The fan hole 30 is constituted by providing an opening having a shape conforming to the body portion 20 inside the inner edge portion 30a of the frame member 3A. When the body portion 20 is cylindrical, the frame portion 31 has the inner edge portion 30a and the outer edge portion 30b configured in an arc shape, for example.

[0047] The fitting portion 32 is configured by providing a substantially linear portion that extends in a direction intersecting the axial direction of the impeller 20F at the inner edge portion 30a at a position facing the radial direction of the frame-shaped member 3A. The fitting portion 32 forms a convex portion that fits with the fitting portion 22 by protruding inward from the arc-shaped inner edge portion 30a. The pair of fitting portions 32 are parallel to each other. Further, the fitting portion 22 forms a concave portion into which the fitting portion 32 fits.

[0048] The frame-shaped member 3A is configured to have a thickness such that at least the fitting portion 32 can be fitted into the fitting portion 22. The frame-shaped member 3A may be configured to have a thickness such that the whole can be fitted into the fitting portion 22.

[0049] The frame-shaped member 3A includes a deformable portion 33. The frame-shaped member 3A is configured to be elastically deformable in a direction in which the distance between the pair of fitting portions 32 widens and a direction in which the widened distance returns by expansion, contraction, bending, etc. of the deformable portion 33. The deformable portion 33 is provided, for example, on each of the pair of frame portions 31. The deformable portion 33 is configured, for example, by alternately providing slits extending from the inner edge portion 30a and slits extending from the outer edge portion 30b, or by providing a bellows-shaped portion, etc., to elastically deform the frame portion 31 so as to be expandable and contractible.

[0050] The frame-shaped member 3A includes a connecting portion 34 that is connected to the fabric 100. The connecting portion 34 is formed on at least a part of the surface between the inner edge portion 30a and the outer edge portion 30b of the frame-shaped member 3A and is connected to the fabric 100, for example, by sewing with a thread 101.

[0051] A hole 102 having a size equal to the diameter of the inner edge portion 30a of the frame-shaped member 3A or larger than the diameter of the inner edge portion 30a and smaller than the diameter of the outer edge portion 30b is formed in the fabric 100. The hole 102 is circular when the body portion 20 is cylindrical. The hole 102 preferably has a diameter such that the fitting portion 32 protrudes inward from the hole 102.

[0052] The frame-shaped member 3A is overlapped with the fabric 100 with the position of the fan hole 30 aligned with the hole 102 and is connected to the fabric 100 by sewing.

[0053] Figure 9 is a rear view showing an example of the fan mounting operation in the first embodiment, and Figure 10 is a side view showing an example of the fan mounting operation in the first embodiment. The fan 2A is attached to the garment fabric 100 as follows. First, the body portion 20 is inserted into the fan hole 30 on the inside of the inner edge portion 30a, while deforming the frame-shaped member 3A mainly with the deformable portion 33 in a direction that widens the distance between the pair of fitted portions 32.

[0054] When the body portion 20 is inserted into the fan hole 30 of the frame-shaped member 3A until the fitted portion 32 faces the fitted portion 22, the frame-shaped member 3A undergoes elastic deformation, mainly at the deformable portion 33, in the direction returning from the state where the distance between the pair of fitted portions 32 has widened, causing the fitted portions 32 to fit into the fitted portion 22. Once the fitted portions 32 are fitted into the fitted portion 22, the fan 2A will not come off the frame-shaped member 3A unless the frame-shaped member 3A is deformed in the direction where the distance between the pair of fitted portions 32 widens. As a result, the fan 2A is attached to the garment fabric 100 via the frame-shaped member 3A.

[0055] Furthermore, the pair of fitting portions 22 have parallel walls 22a, and the pair of fitted portions 32 are parallel to each other. As a result, when the fitted portion 32 is fitted into the fitting portion 22, rotation of the fan 2A relative to the frame-shaped member 3A is suppressed. Since the frame-shaped member 3A is connected to the garment fabric, when the fan 2A is attached to the garment fabric 100 via the frame-shaped member 3A, rotation of the fan 2A relative to the garment fabric 100 is suppressed. Therefore, for example, if a logo is displayed on the fan 2A, the orientation of the logo can be uniquely defined. Also, if the design of the front finger guard 20a or the like has a directionality, the orientation of the front finger guard 20a can be uniquely defined according to the design.

[0056] <Modified Examples of the Fan Unit, Fan, and Frame Member of the First Embodiment> Figure 11 is a rear view showing a modified example of the fan unit of the first embodiment, and Figure 12 is a side view showing a modified example of the fan unit of the first embodiment. Figure 13 is a rear view showing a modified example of the fan of the first embodiment, and Figures 14 and 15 are side views showing modified examples of the fan of the first embodiment.

[0057] A modified fan unit 1B of the first embodiment includes a fan 2B having a rotationally driven impeller 20F, and a frame-shaped member 3A for attaching the fan 2A to the garment fabric 100.

[0058] The fan 2B comprises a cylindrical body portion 20, a flange portion 21 provided on the outside of the body portion 20, and a pair of fitting portions 22. The fan 2B also has a pair of flat portions 23 on the side surface of the body portion 20. Furthermore, the fan 2B has a pair of protrusions 24 that constitute the fitting portions 22.

[0059] Fan 2B may have the same configuration as fan 2A, except that it includes a flat portion 23 and a convex portion 24. The flat portion 23 is formed by providing parallel planes on the side surfaces of the body portion 20 at positions facing each other in the radial direction, in line with the position of the fitting portion 22. The flat portion 23 is formed on the same plane as the wall portion 22a of the fitting portion 22. The convex portion 24 is provided between the fitting portion 22 and the flat portion 23 and forms a groove that becomes the fitting portion 22.

[0060] Figures 16, 17, and 18 are side views showing an example of the fan mounting operation of a modified version of the first embodiment. The fan 2B is attached to the garment fabric 100 as follows. First, the flat portion 23 is aligned with the pair of fitting portions 32, and the body portion 20 is inserted into the fan hole 30 inside the inner edge portion 30a, as shown in Figure 16. At this time, it is not necessary to deform the frame-shaped member 3A in a direction that widens the distance between the pair of fitting portions 32.

[0061] When the body portion 20 is inserted into the fan hole 30 of the frame-shaped member 3A until the protrusion 24 reaches the fitted portion 32, the body portion 20 is further inserted while deforming the frame-shaped member 3A mainly with the deformable portion 33 in a direction that widens the distance between the pair of fitted portions 32.

[0062] As shown in Figure 17, after fitting one fitting portion 22 into one fitting portion 32, the body portion 20 is inserted into the fan hole 30 of the frame-shaped member 3A until the other fitting portion 32 faces the other fitting portion 22. The frame-shaped member 3A then undergoes elastic deformation, mainly at the deformable portion 33, in the direction returning from the state where the distance between the pair of fitting portions 32 has widened, causing the other fitting portion 32 to fit into the other fitting portion 22. Once the fitting portion 32 is fitted into the fitting portion 22, the fan 2B will not come off the frame-shaped member 3A unless the frame-shaped member 3A is deformed in the direction that widens the distance between the pair of fitting portions 32. As a result, the fan 2B is attached to the garment 100 via the frame-shaped member 3A.

[0063] When inserting the fan 2B into the fan hole 30 of the frame-shaped member 3A, it is not necessary to deform the frame-shaped member 3A in a direction that widens the distance between the pair of fitted portions 32 until the protrusion 24 reaches the fitted portion 32. This makes it easier to insert the body portion 20 of the fan 2B into the fan hole 30 of the frame-shaped member 3A.

[0064] Furthermore, in order to facilitate the deformation of the frame-shaped member 3A when the fitted portion 32 of the frame-shaped member 3A overcomes the protrusion 24, the protrusion 24 may be configured to have a guide portion, such as a slope, on the side opposite to the fitted portion 22. By providing such a guide portion, it is possible to deform the frame-shaped member 3A mainly by the deformation portion 33 in a direction that widens the distance between the pair of fitted portions 32 by moving the frame-shaped member 3A and the flange portion 21 relative to each other in the direction that brings the frame-shaped member 3A and the flange portion 21 closer together. Therefore, the frame-shaped member 3A may be provided with markings to indicate the location where the frame-shaped member 3A and the flange portion 21 are moved relative to each other in the direction that brings the frame-shaped member 3A and the flange portion 21 closer together. In addition, after one fitted portion 32 and one fitted portion 22 are fitted together, when the other fitted portion 32 and the other fitted portion 22 are fitted together, a collision sound may be produced due to the contact between the other fitted portion 32 and the other fitted portion 22.

[0065] Furthermore, in the fan units 1A and 1B of the first embodiment, four combinations can be taken depending on the overlapping order of the flange portion 21 of the fans 2A and 2B, the frame-shaped member 3A, and the fabric 100, as shown below.

[0066] 1. Flange portion 21 is on the outside, and fabric 100 is on the outside of the frame-shaped member 3A (as in the example above) 2. Flange portion 21 is on the outside, and fabric 100 is on the inside of the frame-shaped member 3A 3. Frame-shaped member 3A is on the outside, and fabric 100 is on the outside of the frame-shaped member 3A 4. Frame-shaped member 3A is on the outside, and fabric 100 is on the inside of the frame-shaped member 3A

[0067] <Example of the configuration of the fan unit, fan, and frame-shaped member of the second embodiment> Figure 19 is a front view showing an example of the fan unit of the second embodiment, and Figure 20 is a side view showing an example of the fan unit of the second embodiment. Also, Figure 21 is a front view showing an example of the fan of the second embodiment, and Figure 22 is a side view showing an example of the fan of the second embodiment. Furthermore, Figure 23 is a front view showing an example of the frame-shaped member of the second embodiment, and Figure 24 is a front view showing an example of how the frame-shaped member of the second embodiment is connected to the fabric.

[0068] The fan unit 1C of the second embodiment comprises a fan 2C having a rotationally driven impeller 20F and a frame-shaped member 3C for attaching the fan 2C to the garment fabric 100.

[0069] The fan 2C comprises a cylindrical body portion 20, a flange portion 21 provided on the outside of the body portion 20, and a plurality of pairs of rod-shaped portions 25.

[0070] The rod-shaped portion 25 is an example of a fitting portion, and it protrudes forward from the front side of the flange portion 21 along the axial direction of the impeller 20F. In this example, the rod-shaped portions 25 are provided at four locations at 90° intervals. The rod-shaped portion 25 is, for example, cylindrical. Furthermore, the rod-shaped portion 25 is configured to be taller than the combined thickness of the frame-shaped member 3C and the fabric 100.

[0071] The frame-shaped member 3B includes a fan hole 30 into which the body portion 20 can be inserted, a frame portion 31 that constitutes the fan hole 30, and a hole portion 35 that fits with the rod-shaped portion 25.

[0072] The hole 35 is an example of a fitting portion, shaped to allow insertion of the rod-shaped portion 25, and penetrates the frame-shaped member 3B along the axial direction of the impeller 20F. The holes 35 are provided at four locations at 90° intervals to match the arrangement of the rod-shaped portions 25. The holes 35 have a smaller diameter than the rod-shaped portions 25. Notches 35a are formed around the periphery of the holes 35. The notches 35a are connected to the holes 35, and when the rod-shaped portion 25 is inserted, the notches 35a deform, widening the inner diameter of the holes 35. As a result, the rod-shaped portion 25 forms a convex portion into which the notches 35a fit. The notches 35a also form a concave portion into which the rod-shaped portion 25 fits.

[0073] The frame-shaped member 3C is provided with a connecting portion 34 that is connected to the fabric 100. The connecting portion 34 is made up of at least a part of the surface between the inner edge 30a and the outer edge 30b of the frame-shaped member 3C, and is connected to the fabric 100, for example, by sewing.

[0074] A hole 103 is made in the fabric 100, which is larger in diameter than the inner edge 30a of the frame-shaped member 3C and smaller in diameter than the outer edge 30b. Preferably, the hole 103 has a diameter such that the hole portion 35 is exposed to the inside.

[0075] The frame-shaped member 3C is placed on top of the fabric 100 with the fan holes 30 aligned with the holes 103, and is connected to the fabric 100 by sewing.

[0076] Figures 25 and 26 are side cross-sectional views of the main part showing an example of the fitting state between the fan and the frame-shaped member in the second embodiment. The fan 2C is attached to the garment fabric 100 as follows. First, the rod-shaped part 25 is aligned with the hole 35, and the body part 20 is inserted into the fan hole 30 inside the inner edge part 30a.

[0077] When the rod-shaped portion 25 is inserted into the hole 35, the notched portion 35a deforms as shown in Figure 25, widening the inner diameter of the hole 35. Furthermore, as the notched portion 35a deforms, frictional resistance is generated when attempting to move the rod-shaped portion 25 out of the hole 35, preventing the rod-shaped portion 25 from easily coming out of the hole 35, and thus preventing the fan 2C from detaching from the frame-shaped member 3C. Thus, the notched portion 35a acts as a retaining portion. As a result, the fan 2C is attached to the garment 100 via the frame-shaped member 3C.

[0078] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 26, the rod-shaped portion 25 may have a shape that includes, for example, a retaining portion 25b at the tip, which has a larger diameter.

[0079] Alternatively, holes the same size as the diameter of the torso portion 20 may be made in the fabric 100 or the reinforced fabric, and holes may also be made in accordance with the arrangement of the rod-shaped portion 25. The rod-shaped portion 25 can then be inserted into the holes in the fabric 100, and the fan 2C can be attached to the fabric 100 via the frame-shaped member 3C, with the fabric 100 being sandwiched between the frame-shaped member 3C and the flange portion 21. In this case, sewing the fabric 100 and the frame-shaped member 3C together is unnecessary. The rod-shaped portion 25 and the hole portion 35 constitute the connecting portion.

[0080] Furthermore, in the fan unit 1C of the second embodiment, four combinations can be taken as shown below, depending on the overlapping order of the flange portion 21 of the fan 2C, the frame-shaped member 3C, and the fabric 100, and whether the rod-shaped portion 25 is provided on the flange portion 21 and the hole portion 35 is provided on the frame-shaped member 3C, or whether the rod-shaped portion 25 is provided on the frame-shaped member 3C and the hole portion 35 is provided on the flange portion 21.

[0081] 1. The frame-shaped member 3C is on the outside and the rod-shaped portion 25 is formed on the flange portion 21 (as in the above example) 2. The frame-shaped member 3C is on the outside and the rod-shaped portion 25 is formed on the frame-shaped member 3C 3. The flange portion 21 is on the outside and the rod-shaped portion 25 is formed on the flange portion 21 4. The flange portion 21 is on the outside and the rod-shaped portion 25 is formed on the frame-shaped member 3C In each of the above four examples, the fabric 100 can be on the outside or inside of the frame-shaped member 3C, resulting in a total of eight possible combinations.

[0082] <Example of the configuration of the fan unit, fan, and frame-shaped member of the third embodiment> Figure 27 is a side view showing an example of the fan unit of the third embodiment, Figure 28 is a side view showing an example of the fan of the third embodiment, and Figure 29 is a front view showing an example of the frame-shaped member of the third embodiment.

[0083] The fan unit 1D of the third embodiment includes a fan 2D having a rotationally driven impeller 20F and a frame-shaped member 3D for attaching the fan 2D to the garment fabric 100.

[0084] The fan 2D comprises a cylindrical body portion 20, a flange portion 21 provided on the outside of the body portion 20, and a pair of fitting portions 26.

[0085] The fitting portion 26 is constructed by providing a groove on the side surface of the body portion 20 at a position facing radially. The wall portion 26a forming the bottom of the groove of the fitting portion 26 is made of a flat surface. The walls 26a of a pair of fitting portions 26 are parallel surfaces. The fitting portion 26 is provided on the side surface of the body portion 20, for example, on the front side finger guard 20a side relative to the flange portion 21.

[0086] The frame-shaped member 3D includes a fan hole 30 into which the body portion 20 can be inserted, a frame portion 31 that constitutes the fan hole 30, a fitted portion 36 that fits with one of the pair of fitting portions 26, and a movable fitted portion 37 that fits with the other of the pair of fitting portions 26. The frame-shaped member 3D is connected to the garment fabric 100, for example, by sewing.

[0087] The fitting portion 36 is formed by providing a substantially straight portion on the inner edge 30a of the frame-shaped member 3D. The fitting portion 36 has a shape that protrudes inward from the arc-shaped inner edge 30a, thereby forming a convex portion that fits with the fitting portion 26.

[0088] The movable fitting portion 37 is constructed by providing a linear portion on the inner edge 30a of the frame-shaped member 3D at a position facing the fitting portion 36 in the radial direction. The fitting portion 36 and the movable fitting portion 37 form a pair of fitting portions. Furthermore, the movable fitting portion 37 has a shape that protrudes inward from the arc-shaped inner edge 30a, thereby forming a convex portion that fits with the fitting portion 26.

[0089] The movable fitting portion 37 is connected to the frame-shaped member 3D via a bent portion 37a. The bent portion 37a is formed by creating a thin, straight section in the frame-shaped member 3D, or by making cuts such as perforations. The movable fitting portion 37 is separated from the frame-shaped member 3D at both ends by cut portions 37b and bent relative to the frame-shaped member 3D at the bent portion 37a. As a result, the frame-shaped member 3D can be deformed in a direction that widens the gap between the fitting portion 36 and the movable fitting portion 37, and in a direction that returns the widened gap to its original position, with the bent portion 37a forming a deformable portion.

[0090] Figures 30 and 31 are cross-sectional views of the main part showing an example of the fitting state between the fan and the frame-shaped member in the third embodiment. The fan 2D is attached to the garment fabric 100 as follows. First, with the movable fitting portion 37 bent at the bending portion 37a relative to the frame-shaped member 3D in a direction that widens the gap between the fitted portion 36 and the movable fitted portion 37, the body portion 20 is inserted into the fan hole 30 on the inside of the inner edge portion 30a.

[0091] The body portion 20 is inserted into the fan hole 30 of the frame-shaped member 3D until the fitted portion 36 fits with one fitted portion 26. Then, the body portion 20 is inserted into the fan hole 30 of the frame-shaped member 3D until the movable fitted portion 37 faces the other fitted portion 26. At this point, the movable fitted portion 37, which was bent relative to the frame-shaped member 3D by the bending portion 37a, is returned to its original position. As a result, the movable fitted portion 37 moves in the direction of returning from the state in which the gap between the fitted portion 36 and the movable fitted portion 37 was widened, and the movable fitted portion 37 fits with the other fitted portion 26. In this way, the fan 2D is attached to the garment fabric 100 via the frame-shaped member 3D.

[0092] The fitting portion 26 has a relief portion 36a formed along the trajectory of the movable fitted portion 37, thereby preventing the fitting portion 26 from obstructing the movement of the movable fitted portion 37 when fitting the movable fitted portion 37 into the other fitting portion 26.

[0093] Furthermore, the pair of fitting portions 26 have parallel walls 26a, and the fitted portion 36 and the movable fitted portion 37 are parallel to each other. As a result, when the fitted portion 36 is fitted into one fitting portion 26 and the movable fitted portion 37 is fitted into the other fitted portion 36, rotation of the fan 2D relative to the frame-shaped member 3D is suppressed. Since the frame-shaped member 3D is connected to the garment fabric, when the fan 2D is attached to the garment fabric 100 via the frame-shaped member 3D, rotation of the fan 2D relative to the garment fabric 100 is suppressed.

[0094] In addition, in the fan unit 1D of the third embodiment, the flange portion 21 may be on the outside and the frame-shaped member 3D on the inside. Furthermore, considering use for work at heights, a means for fixing the movable fitting portion 37 to the flange portion 21 may be provided so that the movable fitting portion 37 does not move during use.

[0095] Furthermore, when connecting the fabric 100 and the frame-shaped member 3D by sewing, it is preferable to sew the fabric 100 only at the frame portion 31 and not at the fitted portion 36 and the movable fitted portion 37. Alternatively, it is preferable to sew these portions loosely. This is because, if the fan 2D is strongly pushed outward by the body due to a sudden change in posture, the frame portion 31 will be pulled inward by the fabric 100, but if the movable fitted portion 37 is not sewn to the fabric 100, no force will be applied from the fabric 100, and therefore no force will be applied in the direction of disengaging the fitted portion 26 and the movable fitted portion 37. Even if the fabric 100 and the frame-shaped member 3D are not sewn together in some places, under normal use, the pressure inside the fabric is high in these areas, so the fabric 100 is pressed against the flange portion 21, and no air leakage problem occurs. Furthermore, if stitching is necessary, stitching should be done near the axis of rotation formed by the bent portion 37a, so that the force applied to the fabric 100 does not become a force that disengages the fit.

[0096] <Example of the configuration of the fan unit, fan, and frame-shaped member of the fourth embodiment> Figure 32 is a rear view showing an example of the fan unit of the fourth embodiment, and Figure 33 is a side view showing an example of the fan unit of the fourth embodiment. Also, Figure 34 is a rear view showing an example of the fan of the fourth embodiment, and Figure 35 is a side view showing an example of the fan of the fourth embodiment. Furthermore, Figure 36 is a rear view showing an example of the frame-shaped member of the fourth embodiment, and Figure 37 is a rear view showing an example of how the frame-shaped member of the fourth embodiment is connected to the fabric.

[0097] The fan unit 1E of the fourth embodiment comprises a fan 2E having a rotationally driven impeller 20F and a frame-shaped member 3E for attaching the fan 2E to the garment fabric 100.

[0098] The fan 2E comprises a cylindrical body portion 20E, a flange portion 21 provided on the outside of the body portion 20E, a pair of fitting portions 27a and 27b, and a pair of fitting portions 28.

[0099] The fuselage section 20E has a polygonal shape, in this example an octagon, and houses an impeller 20F and a motor (not shown) that drives the impeller 20F. The fuselage section 20E is provided with a front finger guard 20a on one side along the axial direction, which constitutes an air intake. The fuselage section 20 is also provided with a rear finger guard 20b on the other side along the axial direction, which constitutes an air outlet.

[0100] The flange portion 21 protrudes outward from the outer side surface of the body portion 20E. The flange portion 21 is provided around the entire circumference of the side surface of the body portion 20E.

[0101] The fitting portion 27a is constructed by providing a groove on one of a pair of radially opposing sides of the body portion 20E. The fitting portion 27a extends in a direction intersecting the axial direction of the impeller 20F, and the wall portion 27c forming the bottom of the groove is made of a flat surface. The fitting portion 27b is constructed by providing a groove on a protrusion 27d provided on the other of a pair of radially opposing sides of the body portion 20E. The fitting portion 27b extends in a direction intersecting the axial direction of the impeller 20F, and the wall portion 27e forming the bottom of the groove is made of a flat surface. The pair of fitting portions 27a and 27b have parallel wall portions 27c and 27e.

[0102] The protrusion 27d projects outward from the other side of the fuselage portion 20E, and a guide portion 27f is formed which slopes toward the fitting portion 27b from the tip that connects to the side of the fuselage portion 20E.

[0103] The fitting portion 28 is constructed by providing grooves on a pair of other radially opposing sides of the body portion 20E. The fitting portion 28 includes a guide groove portion 28a extending in a direction parallel to the axial direction of the impeller 20F, and a locking groove portion 28b extending from the guide groove portion 28a in a direction intersecting the axial direction of the impeller 20F. Two fitting portions 28 are provided on each of the opposing sides of the body portion 20E.

[0104] The fitting portions 27a, 27b, and 28 are provided on the side surface of the body portion 20E, for example, adjacent to the flange portion 21 and on the rear side finger guard 20b.

[0105] The frame-shaped member 3E includes a fan hole 30E into which the body portion 20E can be inserted, a frame portion 31E that constitutes the fan hole 30E, a fitted portion 38a that fits with the fitting portion 27a, a fitted portion 38b that fits with the fitting portion 27b, and a fitted portion 39 that fits with the fitting portion 28.

[0106] The fan opening 30E is constructed by providing an opening on the inside of the inner edge portion 30Ea of the frame-shaped member 3E, with a shape that matches the body portion 20E. If the body portion 20E is polygonal, in this example octagonal, the inner edge portion 30Ea and outer edge portion 30Eb of the frame portion 31E are configured to be, for example, octagonal.

[0107] The fitted portion 38a is formed by providing a substantially straight portion on one inner edge 30Ea of the frame-shaped member 3E that is facing radially, extending in a direction intersecting the axial direction of the impeller 20F. The fitted portion 38b is formed by providing a substantially straight portion on the other inner edge 30Ea of the frame-shaped member 3E that is facing radially, extending in a direction intersecting the axial direction of the impeller 20F. The fitted portions 38a and 38b form a pair, and the pair of fitted portions 38a and 38b are parallel to each other. Furthermore, the fitted portion 38a has a protrusion that fits with the fitting portion 27a, and the fitted portion 38b has a protrusion that fits with the fitting portion 27b. Furthermore, the fitting portion 27a forms a recess into which the fitted portion 38a fits, and the fitting portion 27b forms a recess into which the fitted portion 38b fits.

[0108] The fitting portion 39 is constructed by providing protrusions on a pair of other inner edges 30Ea of the frame-shaped member 3E that are radially opposite to each other, in a direction intersecting the axial direction of the impeller 20F. Two fitting portions 39 are provided on each of the pair of radially opposite sides of the frame-shaped member 3E, in accordance with the arrangement of the fitting portions 28.

[0109] The frame-shaped member 3E is configured such that the fitted portion 38a can be fitted into the fitted portion 27a, the fitted portion 38b can be fitted into the fitted portion 27b, and the fitted portion 39 has a thickness that allows it to be fitted into the locking groove portion 28b of the fitted portion 28.

[0110] The frame-shaped member 3E includes a deformable portion 33E. The frame-shaped member 3E is configured to be elastically deformable in a direction in which the distance between the pair of fitted portions 38a and 38b widens and in a direction in which the widened distance returns to its original position due to expansion and contraction, bending, etc. of the deformable portion 33E. The deformable portion 33E is provided, for example, on each of the pair of frame portions 31E on which the fitted portions 39 are provided. The deformable portion 33E is configured, for example, by alternately providing slits extending from the inner edge portion 30Ea and slits extending from the outer edge portion 30Eb, or by providing a bellows-shaped portion, thereby elastically deforming the frame portion 31E so that it can expand and contract.

[0111] The frame-shaped member 3E includes a connecting portion 34E that is connected to the fabric 100. The connecting portion 34E is made up of at least a part of the surface between the inner edge 30Ea and the outer edge 30Eb of the frame-shaped member 3E, and is connected to the fabric 100, for example, by sewing with thread 101.

[0112] A hole 102 is made in the fabric 100 that is equal in diameter to the inner edge portion 30Ea of the frame-shaped member 3E, or larger than the inner edge portion 30Ea but smaller than the outer edge portion 30Eb.

[0113] The frame-shaped member 3E is placed on top of the fabric 100 with the fan hole 30E aligned with the hole 102, and is connected to the fabric 100 by sewing.

[0114] The frame-shaped member 3E is provided with markings 34a and 34b that indicate the locations to be operated when the fan 2E is installed. Markings 34a are provided on each of the pair of frame portions 31E, for example, on which the fitting portion 39 is provided. Markings 34b are provided on the frame portion 31E on the side on which the fitting portion 38b is provided. Markings 34a and 34b are formed in positions that are visible when the frame-shaped member 3E is connected to the garment fabric 100.

[0115] Figures 38 to 42 are side views showing an example of the fan mounting operation in the fourth embodiment. The fan 2E is mounted to the garment fabric 100 as follows. First, the fitted portion 38a is positioned on the fitting portion 27a side, the fitted portion 38b is positioned on the fitting portion 27b side, and the position of the fitted portion 39 is aligned with the fitting portion 28. As shown in Figure 38, the body portion 20E of the fan 2E is inserted into the fan hole 30E of the frame-shaped member 3E.

[0116] As shown in Figure 39, the fan 2E's body portion 20E is inserted into the fan hole 30E of the frame-shaped member 3E until the tip of the protrusion 27d contacts the fitted portion 38b and the fitted portion 27a faces the fitted portion 38a, resulting in a configuration where the fan 2E and the frame-shaped member 3E are relatively inclined.

[0117] In this configuration, when the pair of frame portions 31E, which are provided with the fitting portion 39, are pressed at the marked portion 34a in a direction that brings them relatively closer to the flange portion 21, the fitting portion 39 moves along the guide groove portion 28a of the fitting portion 28, mainly by curving the frame-shaped member 3E at the deformation portion 33E.

[0118] As shown in Figure 40, when the fitted portion 39 moves to a position facing the locking groove portion 28b of the fitting portion 28, the frame-shaped member 3E, which was curved mainly at the deformable portion 33E, returns to its original shape, and the fitted portion 38b moves along the inclination of the guide portion 27f. As a result, the frame-shaped member 3E moves in the direction in which the fitted portion 38b is provided, the fitted portion 39 fits into the locking groove portion 28b of the fitting portion 28, and the fitted portion 38a fits into the fitting portion 27a. Consequently, the frame-shaped member 3E takes on a shape in which the side on which the fitted portion 38b is provided is curved away from the flange portion 21.

[0119] In this configuration, when the mark 34b is pressed in a direction that brings the fitted portion 38b closer to the flange portion 21, as shown in Figure 41, the fitted portion 38b moves further along the inclination of the guide portion 27f, causing the gap between the pair of fitted portions 38a and fitted portion 38b to widen, and the frame-shaped member 3E is deformed mainly by the deformation portion 33E, while the body portion 20E of the fan 2E is further inserted into the fan hole 30E of the frame-shaped member 3E.

[0120] When the body portion 20E is inserted into the fan hole 30E of the frame-shaped member 3E until the fitted portion 38b faces the fitted portion 27b, the frame-shaped member 3E undergoes elastic deformation, mainly in the direction of returning from the state in which the gap between the pair of fitted portions 38a and fitted portion 38b has widened, causing the fitted portion 38b to fit into the fitted portion 27b, as shown in Figure 42. At this time, a collision sound may be produced due to the contact between the fitted portion 38b and the fitted portion 27b. As a result, the fan 2E is attached to the garment 100 via the frame-shaped member 3E.

[0121] To remove the fan 2E from the garment 100, lift the side of the frame-shaped member 3E where the fitted portion 38b is located, in a direction that moves it away from the flange portion 21. This will cause the fitted portion 38b to detach from the fitted portion 27b.

[0122] When the fitted portion 38b disengages from the fitting portion 27b, the fitted portion 38b moves in the opposite direction to when it was installed, along the inclination of the guide portion 27f. As a result, the frame-shaped member 3E moves in the direction in which the fitted portion 38a is provided, the fitted portion 39 disengages from the locking groove portion 28b of the fitting portion 28, and the fitted portion 38a disengages from the fitting portion 27a.

[0123] From this state, the frame-shaped member 3E is moved in a direction that moves it relatively away from the flange portion 21, and the body portion 20E of the fan 2E is removed from the fan hole 30E of the frame-shaped member 3E.

[0124] In the fan unit 1E of the fourth embodiment, the body portion 20E of the fan 2E and the fan hole 30E of the frame-shaped member 3E are polygonal in shape, and the fitting portion 27b and the fitted portion 38b have straight lines where they face each other. This prevents the fan 2E from rotating relative to the frame-shaped member 3E. Since the frame-shaped member 3E is connected to the garment fabric 100, when the fan 2E is attached to the garment fabric 100 via the frame-shaped member 3E, the fan 2E is prevented from rotating relative to the garment fabric 100. Therefore, for example, if a logo is displayed on the fan 2E, the orientation of the logo can be uniquely defined. Also, if the design of the front finger guard 20a or the like has a directionality, the orientation of the front finger guard 20a can be uniquely defined according to the design.

[0125] Furthermore, in addition to the fitting of the pair of fitting portions 27a and 27b with the fitted portions 38a and 38, the fitting of the locking groove portion 28b of the pair of fitting portions 28, which are provided in a direction intersecting these, with the fitted portion 39 maintains the state in which the fan 2E is attached to the frame-shaped member 3E, thereby preventing the fan 2E from unintentionally coming off the frame-shaped member 3E.

[0126] Furthermore, the body portion 20E of the fan 2E is provided with a fitting portion 28 having a guide groove portion 28a, and when attaching the fan 2E to the garment 100, the position of the fitted portion 39 of the frame-shaped member 3E is aligned with the fitting portion 28, thereby preventing confusion about the orientation when inserting the frame-shaped member 3E into the body portion 20E.

[0127] Furthermore, by pressing the marked portion 34a, the fitted portion 38b moves along the inclination of the guide portion 27f, and the frame-shaped member 3E moves in the direction in which the fitted portion 38b is provided, causing the fitted portion 39 to fit into the locking groove portion 28b of the fitting portion 28, and the fitted portion 38a to fit into the fitting portion 27a. This simplifies the operation of fitting multiple fitting portions and fitted portions.

[0128] Furthermore, by pressing the marked portion 34b, the fitted portion 38b engages with the fitted portion 27b. If a collision sound is produced at this time due to the contact between the fitted portion 38b and the fitted portion 27b, it becomes easier to recognize that the fitting is complete.

[0129] Furthermore, when removing the fan 2E from the frame-shaped member 3E, one simply lifts the marked portion 34b in the opposite direction to how it was installed, thus reducing confusion about how to remove it.

[0130] In each of the above embodiments, when the frame-shaped member is on the outside, it looks better if the garment 100 is facing downwards. This is because the edges of the garment are not visible. Also, when the frame-shaped member is on the outside, a larger flange around the fitting portion makes it less likely to come off. This is because when the fan is strongly pushed outwards by the body, the garment is pulled inwards, but if the flange is large, the garment catches on the corner of the flange, reducing the force that would dislodge the frame-shaped member.

[0131] When the frame-shaped member is on the inside and the fitting part and the fitted part are grooved, the design prevents the fabric from applying a force that disengages the fitting when the body comes into contact with the fan and the angle of the clothing changes.

[0132] Suitable materials for the frame-like members include plastic, rubber, and leather. When creating seam allowances for the frame-like members using a thick plastic sheet, the seam allowance portion of the frame-like member should be made thin. The thick and thin parts of the frame-like member may also be made separately and then integrated.

[0133] When the mating part and the fitted part are of the same groove type, it is preferable that the pair of mating parts be formed vertically when worn. This is because the downward-facing inner edge of the upper fitted part is fully inserted into the groove of the upper mating part by tactile force.

[0134] Furthermore, in each embodiment, it is often preferable for the grooves and corresponding fitting portions to be slightly arc-shaped rather than straight, as this increases the fitting length and thus the fitting force. Moreover, even when forming the opposing members to be parallel during fitting, it is often preferable for them to be even more arc-shaped, as this increases the fitting length and thus the fitting force. Additionally, by providing a thin, weak, and flexible portion in the frame-shaped member, it functions as a deformable portion itself.
