1. A panty-type sanitary napkin comprising: an inner body containing an absorbent material facing the wearer's bodily fluid outlet; an outer body positioned on the non-skin side of the inner body, with a front and back body integrated to form an abdominal opening and a pair of left and right leg openings; and a sweat-absorbing sheet positioned on the skin side of the outer body along the wearer's abdominal circumference.
2. The sweat-absorbing sheet is arranged on the skin-facing side of the inner lining, overlapping with the longitudinal end of the inner lining, as described in claim 1.
3. The shorts-type sanitary napkin according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the abdominal opening and the leg opening are formed by joining the side edge of the front body of the outer garment and the side edge of the back body of the outer garment, and the sweat-absorbing sheet extends to the joint where the side edge of the front body of the outer garment and the side edge of the back body of the outer garment are joined.
4. The panty-type sanitary napkin according to claim 3, wherein the ratio of the vertical length of the sweat-absorbing sheet to the vertical length of the joint is 30 to 95%.
5. The panty-type sanitary napkin according to claim 3, wherein the vertical length of the sweat-absorbing sheet is 30 mm to 110 mm.

10. The shorts-type sanitary napkin according to claim 8, wherein, at the joint, the side edge of the sweat-absorbing sheet on the front body side and the side edge of the sweat-absorbing sheet on the back body side do not overlap.
