A method of preparing a fish and aquatic food deodorizing composition, characterized in that it includes the process steps of:measuring 2.5 - 5 cc of 10% povidone iodine solution and 1 liter of tap water, adding 1 liter of tap water at room temperature to the stirring vessel, adding the measured 2.5 - 5 cc of 10% povidone iodine solution to the prepared water, mixing the 10% povidone iodine solution and water thoroughly using a stirring tool.
