Detailed Implementation

[0036] The embodiments of this application are described in detail below. Examples of these embodiments are shown in the accompanying drawings, wherein the same or similar reference numerals denote the same or similar elements or elements having the same or similar functions throughout. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary and intended to explain this application, and should not be construed as limiting this application.

[0037] The door lock device 100 according to an embodiment of the first aspect of this application is described below with reference to Figures 1-6.

[0038] As shown in Figures 1-6, a door lock device 100 according to a first aspect embodiment of the present application is used for a dishwasher. The dishwasher includes a dishwasher body and a door. The door lock device 100 is adapted to be connected between the dishwasher body and the door. The door lock device 100 includes a lock body 10, a lock rod 20, and a latch 30.

[0039] The locking bar 20 is movably disposed on the lock body 10 along a first direction (e.g., the front-back direction in Figure 1), and the locking bar 20 is provided with a first locking part 21; the latch 30 is provided with a second locking part 31, one of the first locking part 21 and the second locking part 31 is formed as a locking block 311 and the other is formed as a locking groove 210, the opening of the locking groove 210 faces the first direction, and the locking block 311 is movably fitted into the locking groove 210 along a second direction (e.g., the up-down direction in Figure 1), the second direction intersects the first direction, wherein at least one of the locking bar 20 and the latch 30 is provided with a limiting structure 32, the limiting structure 32 is configured to restrict the locking block 311 from disengaging from the locking groove 210 along the second direction.

[0040] It should be noted that, in a specific example, as shown in Figure 1, the first direction is the front-to-back direction, and the second direction is the up-to-down direction, intersecting with the first direction. Specifically, the dishwasher is equipped with a drive motor, and the lock body 10 is equipped with a transmission mechanism. Furthermore, a rack is formed at the rear end of the lock rod 20. One end of the transmission mechanism is connected to the motor shaft of the drive motor, and the other end of the transmission mechanism is connected to the rack.

[0041] It should be noted that a transmission connection refers to connecting two or more components together through a certain assembly method to achieve the transmission of force or power. A transmission connection can effectively transfer force or power from one component to another, thereby enabling the entire system to operate normally. The two components in a transmission connection can be directly or indirectly connected, as long as the transmission of force is achieved.

[0042] When the drive motor is operating, it drives the rack to move forward or backward via a transmission mechanism, thereby causing the locking lever 20 to move forward or backward. In a specific example, as shown in Figure 1, the moving distance of the locking lever 20 is greater than or equal to 90 mm and less than or equal to 100 mm. This allows the dishwasher door to open at a suitable gap, effectively venting moisture, reducing mold and odors, and accelerating the drying process of the dishes. For example, the moving distance of the locking lever 20 can be 90 mm, 92 mm, 94 mm, 96 mm, 98 mm, and 100 mm.

[0043] For example, a locking groove 210 is formed in the first locking part 21, and a locking block 311 is formed in the second locking part 31; or, for example, a locking block 311 is formed in the first locking part 21, and a locking groove 210 is formed in the second locking part 31. In a specific example, as shown in FIG1, the first locking part 21 is located at the left end of the locking rod 20, a locking groove 210 is formed in the first locking part 21, and a locking block 311 is formed in the second locking part 31. Further, the locking groove 210 penetrates the first locking part 21 in the vertical direction, and an opening is formed at the front end of the locking groove 210, which penetrates the first locking part 21 in the front-back direction.

[0044] For example, a limiting structure 32 can be provided on the locking bar 20; similarly, a limiting structure 32 can be provided on the latch 30; furthermore, both the locking bar 20 and the latch 30 can be provided with limiting structures 32. In a specific example, as shown in Figure 1, a limiting structure 32 is provided on the latch 30. The limiting structure 32 can restrict the movement of the locking block 311 relative to the locking groove 210 in the vertical direction, thereby effectively preventing the locking block 311 from disengaging from the locking groove 210 in the vertical direction.

[0045] In existing technology, when the dishwasher door is opening or closing, the end of the push rod connected to the door latch is prone to slipping relative to the door latch, which can lead to abnormal disengagement between the push rod and the door latch, reducing the reliability of the dishwasher's automatic door opening and closing function and ultimately affecting the user experience.

[0046] In this embodiment, when the dishwasher senses that the washing program is finished, the dishwasher can control the door to open automatically. That is, the dishwasher can control the door to rotate and open so that a gap is created between the door and the main body of the dishwasher. As the door is gradually opened, the locking block 311 of the second locking part 31 and the locking groove 210 formed by the first locking part 21 will slide relative to each other in the vertical direction. Through the limiting structure 32, the relative sliding between the locking block 311 of the second locking part 31 and the locking groove 210 formed by the first locking part 21 in the vertical direction can be effectively avoided, thereby effectively preventing the locking block 311 from disengaging from the locking groove 210 in the vertical direction during the opening of the door.

[0047] After the dishwasher door opens automatically, it can expel moisture, reduce mold and odors, and accelerate the drying process of the dishes. Afterward, the dishwasher can control the door to close automatically; that is, it can control the door to rotate so that the door is eventually closed. During the door's gradual closing process, the limiting structure 32 effectively prevents the locking block 311 from disengaging from the locking groove 210 in the vertical direction. Therefore, the door lock device 100 of this application can effectively prevent the locking block 311 from disengaging from the locking groove 210 in the second direction during the door opening and closing process, thereby effectively ensuring the reliability of the dishwasher's automatic door opening and closing function.

[0048] According to the embodiments of this application, the door lock device 100 includes a lock body 10, a lock rod 20, and a latch 30. The lock rod 20 is movably mounted on the lock body 10 along a first direction and has a first locking portion 21. The latch 30 has a second locking portion 31. One of the first locking portion 21 and the second locking portion 31 is formed as a lock block 311, and the other is formed as a lock groove 210. The opening of the lock groove 210 faces the first direction. The lock block 311 is movably fitted into the lock groove 210 along a second direction, which intersects with the first direction. At least one of the lock rod 20 and the latch 30 is provided with a limiting structure 32. The limiting structure 32 is configured to restrict the lock block 311 from disengaging from the lock groove 210 along the second direction. This effectively prevents the lock block 311 from disengaging from the lock groove 210 along the second direction during the opening and closing of the door, thereby effectively improving the reliability of the door lock device 100 and enhancing the user experience.

[0049] In one embodiment of this application, as shown in Figures 1-6, the limiting structure 32 is disposed on the latch 30 and includes a first limiting rib 321. The first limiting rib 321 is located on the side of the lock groove 210 away from the fixed end 34 of the latch 30 in the second direction, and is adapted to abut against at least one side edge of the lock groove 210 in the third direction to restrict the lock block 311 from disengaging from the lock groove 210. The third direction intersects both the second direction and the first direction.

[0050] It should be noted that, in a specific example, as shown in Figure 1, the third direction is the left-right direction, and the third direction intersects with both the second and first directions. In a specific example, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the fixed end 34 of the latch 30 is located on the lower side of the latch 30, the first limiting rib 321 is located on the upper side of the lock groove 210, and the first limiting rib 321 abuts against the first locking parts 21 on the left and right sides of the lock groove 210 in the vertical direction, thereby effectively preventing the locking block 311 from disengaging from the lock groove 210 during the opening and closing of the dishwasher door.

[0051] In this embodiment, the limiting structure 32 is provided on the latch 30, and a first limiting rib 321 is provided in the limiting structure 32. The first limiting rib 321 is located on the side of the lock groove 210 away from the fixed end 34 of the latch 30 in the second direction, and is adapted to abut against at least one edge of the lock groove 210 in the third direction to restrict the lock block 311 from disengaging from the lock groove 210. The third direction intersects both the second direction and the first direction, which can effectively restrict the first locking part 21 from moving relative to the lock block 311 towards the side away from the fixed end 34 of the latch 30 in the second direction, thereby effectively realizing the limiting function of the limiting structure 32. In addition, the first limiting rib 321 has a simple structure, is easy to manufacture, and can effectively reduce costs.

[0052] In one embodiment of this application, as shown in Figures 1-6, the first direction is the front-to-back direction of the dishwasher, the second direction is the up-to-down direction of the dishwasher, and the third direction is the left-to-right direction of the dishwasher.

[0053] In one specific example, the dishwasher body has a washing chamber, the front of which is open. The dishwasher door is located on the front of the dishwasher body and is used to open or close the opening of the washing chamber. The lower end of the door is rotatably connected to the dishwasher body, a latch 30 is located on the upper part of the door, and a lock body 10 is located on the upper part of the dishwasher body.

[0054] Further, as shown in Figure 1, the locking rod 20 extends forward and backward, and a rack is formed at the rear end of the locking rod 20. The rack is connected to the transmission mechanism of the lock body 10. A locking groove 210 is formed at the front end of the locking rod 20, which runs vertically through the locking rod 20. The opening of the locking groove 210 faces forward. The lower end of the latch 30 is a fixed end 34 and is fixed to the door body. The upper end of the latch 30 is formed as a locking block 311. The first limiting rib 321 is connected to the locking block 311 and arranged on the upper side of the locking block 311. When the locking block 311 is engaged in the locking groove 210, the first limiting rib 321 is located on the upper side of the locking rod 20.

[0055] In one embodiment of this application, as shown in Figures 1-6, the first limiting rib 321 extends along a third direction, and there may be one or multiple first limiting ribs 321 spaced apart along the third direction. For example, as shown in Figures 1-6, the first limiting rib 321 extends in the left-right direction, thereby effectively increasing the contact area when the first limiting rib 321 abuts against the first locking part 21.

[0056] For example, the number of first limiting ribs 321 can be one; or the number of first limiting ribs 321 can be multiple ribs spaced apart in the left-right direction, such as two, three, four, five, six or more ribs spaced apart in the left-right direction. In some specific examples, as shown in Figures 3-5, the number of first limiting ribs 321 is one. Setting the number of first limiting ribs 321 to one can effectively simplify the construction of the limiting structure 32. In one specific example, as shown in Figure 6, the number of first limiting ribs 321 is two ribs spaced apart in the left-right direction. Setting the number of first limiting ribs 321 to two ribs spaced apart in the left-right direction can ensure that the first limiting ribs 321 are subjected to uniform and reliable force when they abut against the first locking part 21.

[0057] In this embodiment, by setting the first limiting rib 321 to extend along a third direction, the contact area when the first limiting rib 321 abuts against the first locking part 21 can be effectively increased, thereby effectively avoiding stress concentration and thus effectively protecting the first limiting rib 321 and the first locking part 21. By setting the number of the first limiting rib 321 to one, the construction of the limiting structure 32 can be effectively simplified and the cost reduced. By setting the number of the first limiting rib 321 to multiple, the uniformity of the force on the first limiting rib 321 when it abuts against the first locking part 21 can be effectively improved, thereby effectively improving the stability of the force on the first limiting rib 321.

[0058] In one embodiment of this application, as shown in Figures 3-6, the limiting structure 32 further includes a second limiting rib 322. The second limiting rib 322 and the first limiting rib 321 are respectively located on both sides of the locking groove 210 in the second direction. In the second direction, the first locking part 21 is located between the first limiting rib 321 and the second limiting rib 322.

[0059] For example, the first limiting rib 321 is located on the upper side of the locking groove 210, and the second limiting rib 322 is located on the lower side of the locking groove 210. That is, in the vertical direction, the first locking part 21 is located between the first limiting rib 321 and the second limiting rib 322. In some specific examples, as shown in Figures 3-6, the first limiting rib 321 is located on the upper side of the locking groove 210, and the second limiting rib 322 is located on the lower side of the locking groove 210. Furthermore, the second limiting rib 322 extends in the left-right direction, and there is one second limiting rib 322 or multiple second limiting ribs 322 arranged at intervals in the left-right direction.

[0060] In this embodiment, a second limiting rib 322 is provided in the limiting structure 32. The second limiting rib 322 and the first limiting rib 321 are respectively located on both sides of the locking groove 210 in the second direction. In the second direction, the first locking part 21 is located between the first limiting rib 321 and the second limiting rib 322, which can effectively limit the movement of the first locking part 21 relative to the locking block 311 in the second direction, thereby further improving the reliability of the limiting structure 32. In addition, the second limiting rib 322 can effectively improve the strength and rigidity of the limiting structure 32, thereby effectively improving the service life of the limiting structure 32.

[0061] In one embodiment of this application, as shown in Figures 3-6, the limiting structure 32 further includes a limiting plate 323, which is connected to the lock block 311. The limiting plate 323 is located on the side of the lock groove 210 away from the lock body 10 in the first direction and is directly opposite to the opening of the lock groove 210. In the third direction, the width of the limiting plate 323 is greater than the width of the opening of the lock groove 210. The first limiting rib 321 is formed on one side edge of the limiting plate 323 in the second direction.

[0062] For example, as shown in Figures 3-6, the limiting plate 323 can be a rectangular plate extending in the vertical direction. The limiting plate 323 is located on the front side of the locking block 311, and the rear side of the limiting plate 323 is fixedly connected to the front end of the locking block 311. The openings of the limiting plate 323 and the locking groove 210 are directly opposite each other in the front-rear direction. Furthermore, the limiting plate 323 and the locking block 311 can be manufactured using an integral molding process. For example, a first limiting rib 321 is formed on the upper edge of the limiting plate 323. In some specific examples, such as those shown in Figures 3-6, the first limiting rib 321 is formed on the upper edge of the limiting plate 323.

[0063] In this embodiment, a limiting plate 323 is provided in the limiting structure 32. The limiting plate 323 is connected to the locking block 311. The limiting plate 323 is located on the side of the locking groove 210 away from the lock body 10 in the first direction and is directly opposite to the opening of the locking groove 210. In the third direction, the width of the limiting plate 323 is greater than the width of the opening of the locking groove 210. The first limiting rib 321 is formed on one side edge of the limiting plate 323 in the second direction, which can effectively limit the movement distance of the first locking part 21 relative to the locking block 311 in the first direction, and avoid the first locking part 21 moving too far relative to the locking block 311 in the first direction, thereby effectively ensuring the reliability of the automatic opening and closing function of the dishwasher door.

[0064] In one embodiment of this application, as shown in FIG3, one side edge of the limiting plate 323 in the second direction is bent toward the locking block 311 in the first direction to form a first limiting rib 321. In a specific example, as shown in FIG3, the upper side edge of the limiting plate 323 is bent toward the locking block 311 in the front-back direction to form a first limiting rib 321.

[0065] In this embodiment, by bending one side edge of the limiting plate 323 in the second direction toward the locking block 311 in the first direction to form the first limiting rib 321, the structure of the limiting structure 32 can be effectively simplified, avoiding the need to set the first limiting rib 321 separately. This can effectively reduce the number of parts in the limiting structure 32. In addition, it can also effectively simplify the manufacturing process of the first limiting rib 321, thereby effectively reducing the manufacturing difficulty of the first limiting rib 321.

[0066] In one embodiment of this application, as shown in Figures 3-6, the limiting plate 323 is connected to the locking block 311 via the first limiting rib 321, and / or the limiting structure 32 further includes a connecting rib 324. In a first direction, one end of the connecting rib 324 is connected to the locking block 311 and the other end passes through the opening of the locking groove 210 and is connected to the limiting plate 323. In a second direction, the connecting rib 324 extends from one end of the limiting plate 323 to the other end.

[0067] In a specific example, as shown in Figure 4, the limiting plate 323 is connected to the locking block 311 through the first limiting rib 321. The first limiting rib 321 is located on the upper side of the locking block 311 and is fixedly connected to the locking block 311. The front end of the first limiting rib 321 is fixedly connected to the upper end of the limiting plate 323. Thus, the limiting plate 323 can be connected to the locking block 311 through the first limiting rib 321.

[0068] In some specific examples, as shown in Figures 3, 5 and 6, the limiting structure 32 is provided with a connecting rib 324. The connecting rib 324 extends in the front-back direction. The rear end of the connecting rib 324 is fixedly connected to the locking block 311, and the front end of the connecting rib 324 passes through the opening of the locking groove 210 and is fixedly connected to the rear side of the limiting plate 323. Furthermore, the connecting rib 324, the limiting plate 323 and the locking block 311 can be manufactured by an integral molding process.

[0069] In this embodiment, the limiting plate 323 is connected to the locking block 311 via the first limiting rib 321, and / or the limiting structure 32 also includes a connecting rib 324. In the first direction, one end of the connecting rib 324 is connected to the locking block 311 and the other end passes through the opening of the locking groove 210 and is connected to the limiting plate 323. In the second direction, the connecting rib 324 extends from one end of the limiting plate 323 to the other end, which can effectively improve the structural strength of the connection between the first limiting rib 321 or the limiting plate 323 and the locking block 311, thereby firmly fixing the first limiting rib 321 or the limiting plate 323 to the locking block 311, thereby ensuring the stability of the locking block 311 in the locking groove 210, and thus effectively ensuring the stability of the limiting structure 32.

[0070] In one embodiment of this application, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the end of the locking rod 20 facing away from the lock body 10 is provided with two claws 211. The two claws 211 are arranged at intervals in a third direction to cooperate in defining a lock groove 210. The third direction intersects both the second direction and the first direction. In a specific example, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the front end of the first locking portion 21 of the locking rod 20 is provided with two claws 211. The two claws 211 are arranged at intervals in the left-right direction, and the lock groove 210 is formed between the two claws 211.

[0071] In this embodiment, two claws 211 are provided at one end of the locking rod 20 away from the lock body 10. The two claws 211 are arranged at intervals in the third direction to cooperate in defining the lock groove 210. The third direction intersects with both the second and first directions. This not only effectively prevents the locking block 311 from coming out of the lock groove 210 along the third direction, but also effectively simplifies the structure of the locking rod 20, thereby avoiding the need for additional parts and effectively reducing costs.

[0072] In one embodiment of this application, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, the ends of the two claws 211 facing away from the lock body 10 extend towards each other and cooperate to define the opening of the lock groove 210. In a specific example, as shown in Figure 2, the front end of the left claw 211 extends to the right, and the front end of the right claw 211 extends to the left. The opening of the lock groove 210 is located between the front ends of the left claw 211 and the front ends of the right claw 211.

[0073] In this embodiment, by setting the ends of the two claws 211 that are away from the lock body 10 to extend towards each other and defining the opening of the lock groove 210, the claws 211 can better hold the lock block 311, preventing the lock block 311 from accidentally falling out of the lock groove 210 due to vibration generated by the dishwasher door during opening and closing, thereby effectively strengthening the locking effect of the claws 211 on the lock block 311.

[0074] In one embodiment of this application, as shown in Figures 1 and 2, along the first direction, the width of the locking block 311 in the third direction gradually increases and then gradually decreases, and the third direction intersects with both the second and first directions.

[0075] In a specific example, as shown in Figure 2, the locking block 311 includes a first part 3111 and a second part 3112, with the first part 3111 positioned in front of the second part 3112. Along the front-back direction, the width of the first part 3111 gradually increases in the left-right direction. Along the front-back direction, the width of the second part 3112 gradually decreases in the left-right direction.

[0076] Furthermore, the two claws 211 can move the latch 30 by abutting against the first part 3111. In addition, the two claws 211 can move relative to each other in the left and right direction, that is, the two claws 211 can deform in the left and right direction, so that the locking block 311 is located in the locking groove 210 or disengaged from the locking groove 210. When the locking block 311 is located in the locking groove 210, the dishwasher door can automatically open or close. When the locking block 311 disengages from the locking groove 210, the dishwasher door can be fully opened to put in or take out the tableware.

[0077] In this embodiment, along the first direction, the width of the locking block 311 in the third direction is set to gradually increase and then gradually decrease. The third direction intersects both the second and first directions. This not only increases the contact area between the claw 211 and the locking block 311, thereby effectively increasing the friction between the claw 211 and the locking block 311, but also allows the locking block 311 to play a guiding role, making it easier for the locking block 311 to move into or disengage from the locking groove 210, thereby effectively improving the convenience of operation.

[0078] A dishwasher according to a second aspect of this application includes: a dishwasher body, a door, and a door lock device 100 according to the first aspect of this application described above.

[0079] The dishwasher body defines a washing chamber, one side of which is open. The door is connected to the dishwasher body for opening and closing the opening of the washing chamber. One of the lock body 10 and the latch 30 is fixed to the dishwasher body and the other is fixed to the door. The door lock device 100 has an unlocked state and a locked state. In the locked state, the lock block 311 engages in the lock groove 210. In the unlocked state, the lock block 311 disengages from the opening of the lock groove 210 along a first direction.

[0080] For example, the lock body 10 is fixed to the dishwasher body and the latch 30 is fixed to the door; or the lock body 10 is fixed to the door and the latch 30 is fixed to the dishwasher body. In a specific example, the lock body 10 is fixed to the dishwasher body and the latch 30 is fixed to the door. Further, as shown in Figures 3-6, the latch 30 is also provided with a connecting plate 33 and a fixing end 34. The connecting plate 33 is fixedly connected to the lower side of the lock block 311, and the fixing end 34 is fixedly connected to the lower side of the connecting plate 33. The door is provided with a mounting groove, and the fixing end 34 can be installed in the mounting groove. The fixing end 34 is provided with a screw hole 340, through which the latch 30 can be fixed to the door.

[0081] When the door lock device 100 is in the locked state, the lock body 10 can drive the lock rod 20 to move, and the lock rod 20 can drive the door to rotate through the latch 30 to realize the automatic opening or closing of the door. In a specific example, the angle of rotation of the door is greater than or equal to 6° and less than or equal to 8°. For example, the angle of rotation of the door can be 6°, 6.5°, 7°, 7.5° and 8°. When the door lock device 100 is in the unlocked state, the lock block 311 disengages from the opening of the lock groove 210 in the front-to-back direction, thereby enabling the door to be fully opened to put in or take out tableware.

[0082] According to the dishwasher of the present application embodiment, by setting the door lock device 100 of the first aspect embodiment above, the lock block 311 can be effectively prevented from disengaging from the lock groove 210 in the second direction during the opening and closing of the door, thereby effectively improving the reliability of the door lock device 100 and thus effectively improving the user experience.
