However, most of the nozzles are to be attached externally over the tip of the paste tube, as these nozzle can collect paste residue, dust and bacteria over time leading to contamination and unhygienic practices, further, external nozzles are more prone to clogging, if paste dries up at the tip, which will block the flow, external nozzles further makes the tube harder to squeeze and are more likely to get damaged, detached or loss and their regular use can also wear down the attachment leading to leaks or loose fittings, these drawbacks can reduce convenience and user satisfaction over time. Hence, there was immense need for development of such nozzles, which are devoid of these aforementioned drawbacks.

[0011] To address the drawbacks associated with dispensing of large amount of paste and also to overcome the drawbacks associated with aforementioned nozzles, the inventors of present invention discloses, a paste dispensing nozzle, which dispenses the paste in reduced amount in contrast to the amount dispensed by conventional paste tubes. The paste dispensing nozzle is designed in such a way, that it fits inside the front opening of the paste tube. As the same is capable of fitting inside the tube of the paste, thus overcomes the drawbacks associated with the external fitment nozzles. The present invention discloses a nozzle design that includes stepped cylindrical portions to regulate flow, thereby offering precise control over the amount of paste dispensed per use. In summary, the inventors of the present invention have developed a novel paste dispensing nozzle. The invention offers an internal fitment design, ensuring seamless integration with the paste tube while providing a controlled and reduced amount of paste per application.

A paste dispensing nozzle assembly (100) for controlled paste dispensing wherein the same is designed to fit inside the front opening of paste tube and consists of: a collar portion (101) to provide secure and airtight attachment to the paste tube; a series of stepped cylindrical portions (102, 103 & 104) positioned below collar portion (101), to dispense a consistent amount of paste by reducing the pressure required for dispensing; chamfered base (105) at the base of nozzle portion (100) for smooth alignment and sealing with paste tube.
2. The paste dispensing nozzle assembly (100) as claimed in claim 1 wherein the first stepped cylindrical portion (102) is positioned below the collar (101), and each subsequent step is positioned below the preceding step.
3. The paste dispensing nozzle assembly (100) as claimed in claim 1 wherein the number of steps are determined according to the length of the nozzle assembly (100).
