1. An information processing device comprising a control unit, the control unit receiving a customer's vehicle consumable replacement request transmitted from the customer's terminal device, identifying suitable replacement parts for the vehicle based on the acquired replacement request, identifying inventory information for the identified replacement part candidates, outputting candidate information for the replacement part candidates to the terminal device so that one or more replacement part candidates can be selected based on the identified inventory information, acquiring candidate information for the replacement part candidates selected by the customer on the terminal device, and outputting replacement part information for the replacement part to be exchanged for the consumable based on the acquired candidate information to the terminal device.
2. The information processing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the consumables include a storage battery.
3. The information processing device according to claim 2, wherein the exchange request includes vehicle information of the vehicle.

An information processing method comprising: obtaining a customer's vehicle consumable replacement request transmitted from the customer's terminal device; identifying suitable replacement parts for the vehicle based on the obtained replacement request; identifying inventory information for the identified replacement parts; outputting candidate information for the replacement parts to the terminal device so that one or more replacement parts can be selected based on the identified inventory information; obtaining candidate information for the replacement parts selected by the customer on the terminal device; and outputting replacement information for the replacement parts to be exchanged for the consumables based on the obtained candidate information to the terminal device.
