Abstract
The present invention relates to the field of pharmaceutical technology, and in particular, to a MyD88 inhibitor and use thereof. The MyD88 inhibitor comprises one or more of a specific compound of a novel structure and a racemate, optical isomer, pharmaceutically acceptable salt, pharmaceutically acceptable hydrate, pharmaceutically acceptable solvate, and pharmaceutically acceptable prodrug of the compound. The inhibitor can inhibit the excessive expression and release of inflammatory cytokines, thereby treating diseases associated with excessive inflammation via this pharmacological mechanism. Studies show that the MyD88 inhibitor provided herein has an effective inhibitory effect on inflammatory factors and better in vivo anti-inflammatory activity.
