AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

In existing technologies, MOR molecular sieve membranes have low crystallinity, are prone to defects, and lack structural integrity.

Method used

Organic alcohols were used as solvents to adjust the viscosity and flowability of the synthetic sol, and a three-stage variable-temperature crystallization process was carried out, first at high temperature, then at low temperature, and then at high temperature again, to optimize the growth of seed crystals and pore structure.

Benefits of technology

It improves the crystallinity and overall structural integrity of MOR molecular sieve membranes, optimizes pore size and pore distribution, and enhances separation performance.

Abstract

Disclosed in the present invention are an MOR molecular sieve membrane and a preparation method therefor. The MOR molecular sieve membrane is prepared by means of the preparation method therefor. The preparation method for the MOR molecular sieve membrane comprises the following steps: S1, mixing an aluminum source, an alkali liquor, a silicon source, villiaumite, organic alcohol and water, so as to obtain a synthetic sol; S2, coating the surface of a porous carrier with a seed crystal liquid, so as to obtain a seed crystal layer; and S3, after coating the surface of the seed crystal layer with the synthetic sol, carrying out variable-temperature crystallization three times, so as to obtain an MOR molecular sieve membrane, wherein in step S1, the molar ratio of SiO2 to Na2O to Al2O3 to ROH to NaF to H2O is 1:(0.1-0.35):(0.03-0.15):(0.2-2):(0.1-0.5):(10-100). In the present invention, organic alcohol is added, thereby improving the crystallinity of the MOR molecular sieve membrane and the integrity of the overall structure.
