Description

[0001] System for converting solar energy into electrical energy

[0002] Brief description of the invention

[0003] The invention relates to the field of energy, specifically to the use of solar energy and its conversion into electrical energy. The novelty lies in the original design, which combines different types of energy conversion and allows for the production of environmentally friendly electricity without the use of fossil fuels, and, if necessary, can operate both in conditions of sufficient sunlight and in conditions of insufficient sunlight, as well as in the absence of sunlight.

[0004] There are numerous systems for using solar energy in the national economy. The main disadvantage of most of them is that energy is generated during daylight hours with sufficient lighting, and in its absence, the system is idle.

[0005] A system is proposed that is also capable of operating in conditions of insufficient and absent lighting due to the accumulation of energy in the form of battery power energy and its release in the absence of lighting, as well as in the absence of sunlight.

[0006] Fig. 1 shows the general appearance of the invention and its operation under conditions of sufficient sunlight. Fig. 2 shows the operation of the invention under conditions of insufficient sunlight.

[0007] Full description of the invention

[0008] The system includes a mirror 1, a focusing lens 2 and a container with water 4, see Fig. 1. The sun's rays, focused by the lens 2 and the sun's rays, reflected by the mirror 1, heat the water in the container 4, which is a heat-insulated tank, bringing it to a boil. In parallel, the water is heated in the heat exchanger 3. It is possible to add other methods of generating steam from water, if necessary. In order to convert thermal energy into electrical energy, steam is fed to the steam turbine generator 5. Electrical energy enters the transformer-inverter 7, from where it is supplied to the consumer 10, and also charges the battery 9.

[0009] If there is insufficient sunlight (see Fig. 2), the electrical energy stored in the battery 9 can be fed to the heater 8, located in the tank 4, in order to bring the water temperature to such a temperature that the thermal energy will be converted by the steam turbine generator 5 into electrical energy.

[0010] In conditions of the absence of sunlight, energy from the battery 9 is fed to the rotor of the generators 6, and electrical energy is generated through the stator of the generators 6. It is transmitted to the consumer 10 via the transformer-inverter 7. The design allows for the generation of environmentally friendly electric power without the use of minerals (oil, coal, gas, etc.) both with sufficient and insufficient lighting, as well as in the absence of sunlight.
