The present invention relates to an array antenna device. The array antenna device comprises: a base substrate; an array antenna module part which is positioned on the base substrate and which has a plurality of array antenna modules; and an alignment guide unit positioned between adjacent array antenna modules among the plurality of array antenna modules so as to limit the positions of respective array antenna modules positioned to be adjacent to each other.
