Abstract

An intelligent automatic lotus fiber extraction system, comprising: purifying raw material lotus petioles; then discarding rotten petioles by means of an artificial intelligence spectral sorting process; and before a robotic fiber extraction and stretching process, performing digital measurement on selected petioles and cutting same into standard lengths. Lotus fibers are obtained by means of the extraction system, so that environmental pollution caused by plastic fibers can be reduced, and energy consumption can be reduced.
