Abstract
Provided in the present disclosure are a power-reduction control method and apparatus for a wind power plant, and a controller and a storage medium. The power-reduction control method comprises: in response to the frequency of a grid-connected point being greater than an over-frequency threshold parameter, determining a full-field power reduction amount that needs to be adjusted by means of a wind power plant; calculating an inertia adjustment time; and in response to the inertia adjustment time being less than or equal to an adjustment time parameter, generating a first control instruction, wherein the first control instruction is configured to instruct a fan in the wind power plant to reduce power in a power-reduction manner of using non-braking resistance.
