Abstract
An acoustic device (1) comprises: a rotary operator (11); a base unit (12) that rotatably supports the rotary operator (11); a braking unit (13) that generates a braking force in the rotating rotary operator (11); and an regulating unit (14) that regulates the braking force generated by the braking unit (13). The braking unit (13) has a first contact unit (26) that comes into contact with the center of rotation of the rotary operator (11) from the side opposite to the base unit (12) side in the direction (Z) of the axis of rotation of the rotary operator (11). The regulating unit (14) regulates the state of contact between the first contact unit (26) and the rotary operator (11).
