Abstract
The present invention belongs to the field of chemical engineering. Disclosed are an acrylonitrile catalyst, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The preparation method comprises: (1) mixing solutions of a molybdenum compound and a bismuth compound at an Mo / Bi molar ratio of 0.5-1.5 to prepare bismuth molybdate containing an α-phase and / or a γ-phase; (2) synthesizing a pentasil-type molecular sieve having an Si / V molar ratio of 50-150 from a silicon source, an organic amine, and a vanadium compound; (3) mixing a silica sol with a molybdenum compound solution at an Si / Mo molar ratio of 0.5-1, then sequentially adding solutions of a nickel, a tungsten, and a thallium compound, and phosphoric acid, the molecular sieve, and the bismuth molybdate thereto, such that the ratio of the weight percentages of Mo, Bi, Ni, W, Tl, V, and P in the catalyst, on the basis of oxides, is (37-38):(4-6):(3-5):(2-3):(0.2-0.3):(0.1-0.3):(0.7-0.8); (4) adding SiO2 powder thereto, such that SiO2 accounts for 45 wt% to 55 wt% of the catalyst; and (5) pulping and homogenizing the resulting mixture, then spray molding same at an outlet temperature of 150-180°C, and calcining same in an air atmosphere at 550-680°C for 1-6 h. The catalyst has a good activity, selectivity and stability, and is wear-resistant.
