Abstract
Description
DescriptionTitle of Invention: MOBILE WATER TREATMENT SYSTEM
[0001] The utility model relates to multi-stage methods for purifying and disinfecting drinking water and is intended to provide the population with drinking water in field conditions from available sources of any quality that are unsuitable for drinking: rivers, lakes, streams, swamps, ponds, poisoned wells, puddles, etc. The scope of application is the civil sector (units of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, Ministry of Emergency Situations, kindergartens, schools, hospitals, public and residential buildings, bomb shelters, etc.), the military sector (battalion, headquarters, platoon, company, autonomous control centers).
[0002] A well-known portable filter for water purification in field conditions (Russian Federation Patent No. 2271997, published on March 20, 2006, IPC C02F1 / 18) comprises a manual piston pump, the filtering elements arranged at pump pressure line, the inlet and outlet branch pipes for supplying of contaminated water and discharge of pure water, wherein the filter is equipped with an individual reservoir to be filled with contaminated water by scooping it up and with an independent filtering unit made in the form of a case equipped with locks and branch pipes for supplying contaminated water and discharging pure water, and a piston pump is fixed in the reservoir, wherein filtering members are arranged in the case in the course of the liquid flow and are made in the form of at least three purification stages: a coarse purification filter, a fine purification filter, and a bactericidal filter, wherein the reservoir is furnished with an outlet pressure branch pipe connected through a flexible hose with an inlet branch pipe of the filtering unit, wherein the reservoir to be filled with contaminated water by scooping it up is made in the form of a bucket closed with a cover equipped with a water intake slot, the manual piston pump is equipped with a rotary lever pivotally connected with the pump piston end projecting from the cover and with the cover itself, and is designed for reciprocating of the piston in the cylinder. The case is equipped with fasteners for attaching the reservoir to the pump. The case is equipped with a handle and a carrying strap. The case is equipped with a flexible hose for supplying purified water to the clean water collection reservoir.
[0003] The disadvantage of the known device is the use of the manual pump, whichis inconvenient and, in some cases, dangerous. In addition, the manual pumping process creates pulsating uneven pressure, which reduces the quality of filtration and, accordingly, the quality of drinking water.
[0004] A known water treatment installation (Ukrainian Patent No. 38345, published on March 20, 2006, IPC C02F1 / 18) comprises a pressurizing pump, an inlet manifold, a preliminary water treatment filter, a sterilizing device, a manifold for reagent release(admixtures) with a safety valve, wherein the sterilizing device is implemented in the form of an ozonizer with an ejector and a mixing chamber, and the inlet manifold is attached to the inlet of the preliminary water treatment filter, and the spiral jet separator is used as the preliminary water treatment filter.
[0005] The disadvantages of this installation design include the presence of elements such as an ozonizer and a separator, which require a power supply, which reduces the operating time of the installation in autonomous mode without access to an AC power source.
[0006] The closest analogue is a portable water purification filtration system for field conditions (Ukrainian Patent No. 97353, published on March 10, 2015, IPC B01D36 / 02, B01D29 / 00), which comprises a water treatment unit placed in a convenient carrying and detachable housing, an inlet pipe for collecting dirty water and an outlet pipe for discharging clean water, a filtration unit with a pre-filter and a coarse filtration unit, an osmotic membrane, and a filtration unit at the outlet containing an ionizing composite. Wherein the pre-filter unit consists of a layer of polypropylene fibers and a layer of activated granular carbon, while the filtration unit containing an ionizing composite consists of several layers and, in addition to activated charcoal, is filled with fillers that not only adsorb, but also ionize and mineralize, for example, zeolite or quartz sand, or glauconite sand, or bentonite, or shungite, or other fillers. In addition, the system comprises an electric pump connected to at least one pre-filter and a power supply unit made with the possibility of connection to a voltage source. A DC electric pump with a range of operating voltages of 12V, 24V, or 36V suitable for transport is used; but it is possible to use this pump with a connection to any voltage, including 220V AC, through converters or voltage dividers, which are mass-produced by industry.
[0007] However, drinking water must not only be harmless to humans but also biologically active in its effect on the human body, increasing the viability of its cells.
[0008] The utility model is based on the task of creating a mobile water treatment system and obtaining high-quality mineralized antioxidant hydrogen drinking water in field conditions from available sources of any quality and unsuitable for drinking.
[0009] The task is solved with a mobile water treatment system comprising a water treatment unit consisting of a portable housing, an inlet pipe for dirty water intake and an outlet pipe for clean water discharge, an electric pump connected to at least one pre-filter and a power supply unit made with the possibility of connection to a voltage source, a filtration unit containing a block of coarse filters, an osmotic membrane, and a filtration unit containing an ionizing composite; according to the utility model, the system additionally comprises an autonomous power supply device, and the water treatment unit additionally comprises a gas collector cartridge, a tourmaline cartridge, and a bioactivator filter containing heat-treated zeolite, and a magnetic structurer is placed at the purified water outlet, wherein the coarse filter unit consists of at least two coarse filters and an activated carbon filter, wherein the pre-filter is made with a washing mesh and contains heat-treated zeolite.
[0010] The autonomous power supply device is made as at least one lithium-polymer battery with a cooling means.
[0011] The autonomous power supply device is equipped with at least one solar panel.
[0012] The autonomous power supply device is made with the possibility of charging from a 220V alternating current network.
[0013] The gas collector cartridge contains coconut shells.
[0014] The first coarse filter is made of 20-micron polypropylene fibers.
[0015] The second coarse filter is made of 1 -micron polypropylene fibers.
[0016] The elements in the filtration unit are placed along the flow of the purified water in the following order: the first coarse filter based on 20-micron polypropylene fibers, the activated carbon filter, the second coarse filter based on 1 -micron polypropylene fibers, the osmotic membrane, the gas collector cartridge, the filter containing magnesium and calcium, the tourmaline cartridge, the bioactivator filter containing zeolite, the structurer.
[0017] Zeolite pre-treated at a temperature of 100-300 °C is used.
[0018] A composite of heat-treated magnesium and calcium is used as an ionizing composite.
[0019] The essence of the utility model is explained by the figure which schematically depicts the proposed system.
[0020] The mobile water treatment system consists of an autonomous power supply device 1 and a water treatment unit 2, which are connected by a power supply unit 3 made with the possibility of connection to sources of any voltage. The autonomous power supply device 1 contains at least one lithium-polymer battery with a cooling means, while being equipped with a charging input 4 from both the 220V AC network and alternative energy sources, such as solar panels.
[0021] The water treatment unit 2 comprises a portable housing, inlet pipe 5 for dirty water intake and outlet pipe 6 for clean water discharge, and an electric pump 7 connected to a pre-filter 8 installed on the suction and to a block of coarse filters which consists of a coarse filter 9 based on 20-micron polypropylene fibers, an activated carbon filter 10, and a coarse filter 11 based on 1 -micron polypropylene fibers. The pre-filter 8 is made with a washing mesh and contains heat-treated zeolite. In the preferred embodiment, in the direction of water flow, the following elements are placed in the housing: an osmotic membrane 12, a gas collector cartridge 13, a filtration unit 14 containing an ionizing composite, a tourmaline cartridge 15, a bioactivator filter 16 containingzeolite, and a magnetic structurer 17. The gas collector cartridge 13 contains coconut shells. The osmotic membrane 12 is connected by a pipeline to the outlet drainage pipe 18.
[0022] The mobile water treatment system is used as follows.
[0023] Before use, it is recommended to measure the water hardness (at values up to 1500 ppm, the system will operate in normal mode). If the system is used at higher values, this will reduce the service life of its filter elements. The inlet pipe 5 for dirty water intake and the drainage pipe 18 are connected to pipelines, the free ends of which are lowered into the water that needs to be purified. For the system to work properly, a hose up to 5 meters long is used to collect water. The outlet pipe 6 is also connected to a pipeline, the free end of which is lowered into a container prepared for purified water. Pipes designed for different pipelines are made in different colors for ease of assembly and operation. The power supply unit connected to the electric pump 7 is connected to the autonomous power supply device 1, after which the water treatment system starts operating, and the water goes through 10 stages of treatment, namely: - pre-filter 8, made of a washing mesh and containing heat-treated zeolite, removes living organisms contained in the inlet water;- coarse filter 9 (20 microns) retains sand, rust particles, and microalgae; - activated carbon filter 10 removes chlorine, iron oxide and molecular iron, pesticides, herbicides, and volatile organic substances;- coarse filter 11 (1 micron) retains finer particles, protecting the osmotic membrane 12 from them;- osmotic membrane 12 (pore size 0.0001 microns) is a barrier for inorganic and organic compounds, solids, heavy metals, and carcinogens;- gas collector cartridge 13 reduces overall water hardness and retains some of the gases dissolved in water, improves taste and smell, and removes volatile, gaseous impurities from purified water;- filtration unit 14 containing ionizing composite gives the water antioxidant properties (the redox potential value is up to -300 mV), fills the water with active calcium and magnesium ions (in ionic form that these elements are easily absorbed by the body's cells), raises the pH to 7.5-9.5 (oncoprotection), and saturates the water with free molecular hydrogen H2at a concentration of up to 1200 ppb;- with the tourmaline cartridge 15, due to the infrared spectrum of ionization, water is purified of viruses and bacteria, chlorine and heavy metals that are harmful to the human body are neutralized, water is softened, the number of negative ions increases, and water acquires properties that slow down the aging of the body at the cellular level;- bioactivator filter 16 containing zeolite not only saturates the water with useful minerals in ionic form (quartz, feldspar and montmorillonite, oxides of silicon, calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, iron, phosphorus, copper, zinc, titanium, silver, manganese, nickel, vanadium, molybdenum, zirconium, gallium, cobalt, lanthanum, beryllium, boron, fluorine, etc.), but also adsorbs dissolved harmful gases from water, including those of organic origin, nitrates, residual chlorine, and most importantly, it removes radionuclides from water, which is very important today for residents of any region;- with the magnetic structurer 17, in a water molecule located between the two poles of a magnet, only one degree of freedom - oscillation along the X- axis - of the lines of force of the applied magnetic field remains. Moreover, the specific position of the dipoles of water molecules in the magnetic field along the field lines will be preserved, thus making the water more structured, more "living", i.e., closer to the internal environment of the body. In addition, water is freed from the negative informational memory of the presence of already removed toxic and harmful substances.
[0024] Thus, antioxidant water with an optimal level of salts, adjusted pH, high content of free molecular hydrogen H2and electron-donating oxidation-reduction potential (redox), purified from harmful mechanical, organic, and radionuclide impurities, as well as toxins in gaseous form, is obtained. At the same time, static elements of water treatment and power supply are used, which increases the autonomy and mobility of the system (3672 hours of operation).
