Abstract

A method for producing a borohydride-containing sheet according to an embodiment includes: (a) a step for preparing a substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface; (b) a step for bringing a borohydride-containing material, which contains borohydride, into contact with the substrate; and (c) a step for heating the borohydride-containing material to a temperature of at least 120 °C in a state in which the borohydride-containing material spreads on at least one surface among the first surface and the second surface of the substrate.
