Abstract

The present disclosure provides an intelligent continuous production method for Xiaochaihu granules, comprising the following steps: sieving and pulverizing a filler, and conveying same to a material preparation chamber for airflow premixing; adding an extract into an extract tank, and stirring and mixing uniformly; conveying the pre-mixed filler and the extract into a mixer, mixing uniformly, adding a wetting agent, and mixing to obtain a soft material; simultaneously performing airflow premixing of the filler for a next batch; conveying the soft material to a granulator for granulation, and feeding granules into a hot-air section of a fluidized bed for drying; conveying the filler for the next batch to the mixer; when the conveyance of the soft material is completed, sequentially conveying the extract and the wetting agent to prepare a soft material for the next batch; and when the granules are transferred to a cold-air section of the fluidized bed, performing granulation on the soft material for the next batch, and feeding granules into the hot-air section of the fluidized bed; and sieving to obtain Xiaochaihu granules. The continuous production method of the present invention can improve the product quality and stability while improving the production efficiency, and greatly save materials and energy.
