The measurement control device (10) for precision grinding of the above grinding body comprises: a measuring instrument (11) that measures the grinding dimension by being installed vertically downward through the center of the head part (9.1) and the upper grinding wheel (9.11); and A measurement control device for precision grinding of a grinding body, characterized by comprising: a measurement stage (12) that is vertically installed upward through the center of the table (9.2) and the lower grinding wheel (9.21) in opposition to the above measuring device (110).
