[0026] In this way, a first virtual object associated with a first user is presented in the target virtual scene, and a second virtual object associated with a second user is presented in the target virtual scene based on the interaction between the first and second users. Therefore, embodiments of this disclosure can support the presentation of virtual objects corresponding to different live streaming providers in a unified virtual scene, thereby improving the consistency of live streaming content.

[0027] The following section provides a detailed description of various example implementations of this scheme, with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0028] Example Environment

[0029] Figure 1 illustrates a schematic diagram of an example environment 100 in which embodiments of the present disclosure can be implemented. As shown in Figure 1, the example environment 100 may include an electronic device 110.

[0030] In this example environment 100, electronic device 110 may run an application 120 that supports live interactive streaming. Application 120 may be any suitable type of application for live interactive streaming, and examples may include, but are not limited to, live streaming applications or other suitable applications that provide live streaming services. User 140 may interact with application 120 via electronic device 110 and / or its attached devices.

[0031] In environment 100 of Figure 1, if application 120 is active, electronic device 110 can use application 120 to present interface 150 for supporting live interactive broadcasts.

[0032] In some embodiments, electronic device 110 communicates with server 130 to provide services to application 120. Electronic device 110 can be any type of mobile terminal, fixed terminal, or portable terminal, including mobile phones, desktop computers, laptop computers, notebook computers, netbook computers, tablet computers, media computers, multimedia tablets, handheld computers, portable gaming terminals, VR / AR devices, personal communication system (PCS) devices, personal navigation devices, personal digital assistants (PDAs), audio / video players, digital cameras / camcorders, positioning devices, television receivers, radio receivers, e-book devices, gaming devices, or any combination thereof, including accessories and peripherals of these devices or any combination thereof. In some embodiments, electronic device 110 can also support any type of user-facing interface (such as "wearable" circuitry).

[0033] Server 130 can be a standalone physical server, a server cluster or distributed system composed of multiple physical servers, or a cloud server providing basic cloud computing services such as cloud services, cloud databases, cloud computing, cloud functions, cloud storage, network services, cloud communication, middleware services, domain name services, security services, content delivery networks, and big data and artificial intelligence platforms. Server 130 may include, for example, computing systems / servers such as mainframes, edge computing nodes, computing devices in a cloud environment, etc. Server 130 can provide backend services for applications 120 in electronic devices 110 that support live interactive streaming.

[0034] A communication connection can be established between server 130 and electronic device 110. This communication connection can be established via wired or wireless means. The communication connection may include, but is not limited to, Bluetooth, mobile network, Universal Serial Bus (USB), and Wireless Fidelity (WiFi) connections; the embodiments of this disclosure are not limited in this respect. In the embodiments of this disclosure, server 130 and electronic device 110 can achieve signaling interaction through the communication connection between them.

[0035] It should be understood that the structure and function of the various elements in environment 100 are described for illustrative purposes only and do not imply any limitation on the scope of this disclosure.

[0036] The following description will continue with reference to the accompanying drawings, which will provide some exemplary embodiments of this disclosure.

[0037] Example Interaction

[0038] Example 1

[0039] Figures 2A to 2E illustrate example interfaces 200A to 200E according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. Interfaces 200A to 200E may be provided, for example, by the electronic device 110 shown in Figure 1.

[0040] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG2A, the electronic device 110 may present a first live streaming interface 200A corresponding to a first user. As an example, the first live streaming interface 200A may present a first virtual object 205 in a first virtual scene 210.

[0041] In some embodiments, the first virtual scene 210 may be determined based on the configuration operations of the first user. For example, before or during a live stream, the first user may select a virtual scene for the live stream. In some embodiments, different virtual scenes may have different scene layouts or virtual elements. For example, an indoor virtual scene may include virtual elements such as a sofa or a television, while an outdoor virtual scene may include virtual elements such as a lawn or a forest.

[0042] In some scenarios, a single user can be associated with multiple applicable virtual scenes, and the user can switch between the applied virtual scenes during the live stream. For example, different users may be allowed to use the same or different virtual scenes.

[0043] In some embodiments, the first virtual object 205 may be determined based on a configuration operation by a first user. For example, the first virtual object 205 may be selected by the first user from a set of preset virtual objects. As another example, the first virtual object 205 may also be created based on the first user's association information. For example, the first virtual object 205 may be created based on a reference image uploaded by the first user and may have a visual representation associated with the first user.

[0044] In some examples, the first virtual object 205 can be a virtual three-dimensional object, and the first virtual scene 210 can be a three-dimensional virtual scene. Accordingly, the first virtual object 205 can perform various types of virtual actions in the first virtual scene 210, such as moving, interacting with virtual elements in the virtual scene, etc.

[0045] In some embodiments, the movement of the first virtual object 205 in the first virtual scene 210 can be determined based on the association information of the first user. As an example, the voice information of the first user can be obtained, and the first virtual object 205 can be determined to present the corresponding lip movements based on the voice information.

[0046] As another example, motion information of a first user can be collected, and the first virtual object 205 can be driven to perform corresponding actions based on this information. For example, an image sensor, motion sensor, or other suitable sensing device can be used to capture the first user's body movements, and the first virtual object 205 can be driven to perform corresponding virtual actions based on these movements. For instance, when a camera captures the first user's head-shaking motion, the first virtual object 205 can perform a corresponding virtual head-shaking motion in the first virtual scene 210.

[0047] As another example, the system can receive operation information from a first user and drive the first virtual object 205 to perform corresponding actions based on that information. For example, the first user can click an action button in the interactive interface, which can trigger the first virtual object 205 to perform the virtual action corresponding to that action button, such as clapping.

[0048] The following section will further introduce several live interactive scenarios involving virtual objects.

[0049] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG2B, the electronic device 110 can receive the first user's selection of the online control 215 in the first live broadcast interface 200A and present the first live broadcast interface 200B. Specifically, the first live broadcast interface 200B can present an online invitation panel 220.

[0050] As shown in Figure 2B, the online invitation panel 220 includes an online permission control 225. For example, the online permission control 225 is currently enabled, indicating that the first user can be invited by other users to present the first virtual object in the virtual scene of other live streaming interfaces. The online permission control 225 may, for example, display the text "Allow invited online" as a functional description. When the online permission control 225 is disabled, other users will not be able to send live streaming interaction invitations to the first user.

[0051] In some embodiments, the online invitation panel 220 may include invitation controls for other users and their corresponding user IDs. Further, the other users are currently live streaming and have their online access enabled. For example, if streamers A, B, and C are currently live streaming and have their online access enabled, then the user information (e.g., username and avatar) and invitation controls for streamers A, B, and C will be displayed in the online invitation panel 220. As another example, the first user may also be referred to as streamer D.

[0052] In some scenarios, electronic device 110 can determine the user information of other users in the online invitation panel 220 in response to the association between other users and the first user. For example, broadcaster A may be mutually following the first user, and the first user may have conducted an online live stream with broadcaster A within a preset time period (e.g., within seven days). Electronic device 110 can display "Mutual Follow" and "Recently Connected" indicators next to broadcaster A's username in the online invitation panel 220 to indicate the first user's historical interaction information with broadcaster A.

[0053] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 may present the invited users in a preset order in the online invitation panel 220 based on the interaction relationship between the first user and the invited users, for example, displaying the most recently connected users at the top of the online invitation panel 220.

[0054] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 may update the first live streaming interface based on the interactive operation between the first user and the second user to present the first virtual object and the second virtual object in the target virtual scene.

[0055] As an example, the first user can click the invitation control 230 in the online invitation panel 220 shown in Figure 2B. For example, the first user clicks the invitation control 230 for streamer B (also known as the second user). Before being selected, the invitation control includes the text "Invite" to indicate that the first user can invite the current user to participate in the online live stream. After being selected, the invitation control includes the text "Waiting 60 seconds" to indicate that the first user has invited streamer B as the second user to participate in the online live stream.

[0056] Alternatively or concurrently, after being selected by the first user, the invitation control 230 counts down for a preset time (e.g., within 60 seconds), displaying corresponding countdown text. During the countdown, the invitation control 230 is grayed out (i.e., cannot be clicked). After the countdown ends, the invitation control 230 becomes clickable again and displays the text "Invitation," thus notifying the first user.

[0057] Alternatively or additionally, the electronic device 110 may display a reminder message 235 in response to the first user clicking the invitation control 230. As an example, after the first user selects the invitation control 230 for user B, the reminder message 235 may display the text "Invitation message sent", and the reminder message 235 may automatically close after a preset time (e.g., after 3 seconds).

[0058] As another example, during the countdown of the invitation control 230, if the first user selects the invitation control 230, the electronic device 110 displays the text "You have just invited TA, please invite again in X seconds" in the reminder message 235.

[0059] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 can simultaneously receive a predetermined number of invitation requests from the first user. As an example, the preset number can be 5. After the first user has sent interactive invitations to more than five users, if the first user continues to invite other users, the electronic device 110 can display a reminder that "up to 5 broadcasters can be invited at the same time".

[0060] Alternatively or concurrently, when the electronic device receives a request from the first user to select two invitation controls, i.e., the first user invites two broadcasters to conduct an online live stream, the electronic device 110 will designate the broadcaster who first received the invitation as the second user, so that the first user and the second user can conduct an online live stream.

[0061] In some embodiments, in response to a second user rejecting a first user's online invitation, the electronic device 110 displays the text "User XX rejected your invitation" in a notification message 235. User XX refers to the user invited by the first user, such as broadcaster B.

[0062] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 may, in response to a failure to invite a second user, display the reason for the failure in the reminder message 235 and update the user information displayed in the online invitation panel 220. For example, if user B closes the live stream after being invited by the first user, the electronic device 110 will display the text "Broadcaster B has closed the live stream" in the reminder message 235 and will no longer display broadcaster B's user information in the online invitation panel 220.

[0063] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG2C, the electronic device 110 corresponding to the second user can present a second live streaming interface 200C to the second user. Interface 200C is a live streaming interface corresponding to the second user. As shown, the second live streaming interface 200C can be presented as a second virtual object 240 in a second virtual scene 245. Similarly, the second virtual object 240 and / or the second virtual scene 245 can be determined based on the configuration operations of the second user.

[0064] In some embodiments, in response to an invitation operation of a first user, a second live interface 200C may present an invitation information panel 250. The invitation information panel 250 may include user information of the first user (such as the avatar and username of the first user: Host D), the text content "Invite you to join the online live broadcast", and interactive controls. The interactive controls may be, for example, a rejection control, an approval control, and an interactive control 255. The second user may select the approval control or the rejection control to approve or reject the online live broadcast invitation of the first user, and then the electronic device 110 presents corresponding text content in the reminder information 235 of the first live interface 200B in response to the selection of the second user.

[0065] Additionally or alternatively, the second user may select the interactive control 255 to no longer receive the online live broadcast invitation of the first user within a preset time (for example, within 5 minutes). Text content such as "Do not accept their invitations within 5 minutes" may be included near the interactive control 255 to prompt the second user about the function of the interactive control 255.

[0066] In some embodiments, if the electronic device 110 does not receive an operation on the invitation information panel 250 from the second user within a preset time (for example, within 10S), the electronic device 110 closes the invitation information panel 250 and does not give a prompt in the first live interface 200B of the first user.

[0067] In some embodiments, if the electronic device 110 responds to the second user selecting the approval control and the second user fails to join the online live broadcast, the electronic device 110 presents a reminder information 260 in the second live interface 200C. The reason for the second user's failure to join the online live broadcast may be, for example, that the first user has already invited other users to conduct an online live broadcast, or the first user has closed the live broadcast room. Text content is presented in the reminder information 260 to indicate to the second user the reason for the failure to join the online live broadcast.

[0068] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 may receive online live broadcast invitations from multiple users and present multiple invitation information panels in the second live interface 200C. When the number of invitation information panels is less than a preset number (for example, 3), the electronic device 110 presents the invitation information panels in the second live interface 200C in sequence. When the number of invitation information panels is greater than three, the electronic device 110 folds the invitation information panels and presents them in the second live interface 200C. The arrangement order of the multiple invitation information panels may be determined based on the chronological order of receiving the invitations from the corresponding users.

[0069] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG2D, in response to the second user receiving a live broadcast invitation, the first live broadcast interface 200A corresponding to the first user can be updated to the live broadcast interface 200D. As shown in FIG2D, the electronic device 110 can present the second virtual object 240 associated with the second user in the first virtual scene 210 of the first live broadcast interface 200D.

[0070] Additionally, after the second user accepts the live stream invitation, the second live stream interface 200C corresponding to the second user can also be updated to present the first virtual object 205 and the second virtual object 240 in the first virtual scene 210 in a manner similar to interface 200D. Thus, viewers from different live stream providers can obtain a consistent live stream content experience.

[0071] In some embodiments, in response to updating the first live streaming interface 200A and / or updating the second live streaming interface 200C, the electronic device 110 may present an intermediate interface to the first user and / or the second user. The intermediate interface is a transitional interface with a progress bar animation. During the process of the server 130 establishing a live streaming connection between the first user and the second user, the electronic device 110 presents the transitional interface to the first user and / or the second user to make the interface switching smoother.

[0072] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG2E, the electronic device 110 may, in response to a request from a first user or a second user to exit the live interaction, present an exit panel 270 in the live interface 200E.

[0073] In some embodiments, in response to a first user or a second user selecting the exit control in the online panel 270, the electronic device 110 displays a reminder message 275 in the live streaming interface 200E of the user who selected the exit control. As an example, if the first user selects the exit control in the online panel 270, the electronic device 110 displays a reminder message 275 in the first user's live streaming interface 200E, and the reminder message 275 includes the text content "Host D is leaving the room".

[0074] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 may close the exit panel 270 in response to a first user or a second user selecting the cancel control in the exit panel 270, or in response to no operation on the exit panel within a preset time (e.g., within 15 seconds), in order to reduce the impact on the online live streaming content.

[0075] After either the first or second user chooses to log out, the first live stream interface corresponding to the first user will switch back to the state shown in Figure 2A to display the first virtual object 205 in the first virtual scene 210. That is, the second virtual object 240 will no longer be displayed in the first virtual scene 210. Correspondingly, the second live stream interface corresponding to the second user will switch to the state shown in Figure 2C to display the second virtual object 240 in the second virtual scene 245. That is, the virtual scene displayed in the second live stream interface will switch back to the second virtual scene 245, and the first virtual object 205 will no longer be displayed in the second live stream interface.

[0076] Example 2

[0077] Figures 3A to 3C illustrate example interfaces 300A to 300C according to some embodiments of the present disclosure. Interfaces 300A to 300C may be provided, for example, by the electronic device 110 shown in Figure 1.

[0078] In some embodiments, as shown in FIG3A, the electronic device 110 may present a live streaming interface 300A. As an example, the live streaming interface 300A may be a live streaming interface for a first user (which may be the anchor D in Example 1) and a second user (which may be the anchor B in Example 1) to conduct online live streaming.

[0079] In some scenarios, the live streaming interface 300A includes a first virtual object 305 associated with a first user and a second virtual object 310 associated with a second user. The virtual positions of the first virtual object 305 and the second virtual object 310 are determined based on the target virtual scene.

[0080] For example, when the target virtual scene is a virtual scene including a sofa, the first virtual object 305 and the second virtual object 310 can, for example, sit in different positions on the sofa. As another example, when the target virtual scene is an outdoor virtual scene, the first virtual object 305 and the second virtual object 310 can be placed in virtual positions suitable for standing, such as a virtual road.

[0081] As described above, in some embodiments, the movement of the first virtual object 305 or the second virtual object 310 in the virtual scene can be determined based on the associated information of the corresponding user. As an example, the voice information of the first user can be obtained, and the first virtual object 305 can be determined to present the corresponding lip movements based on the voice information.

[0082] As another example, motion information of a first user can be collected, and the first virtual object 305 can be driven to perform corresponding actions based on this information. For example, an image sensor, motion sensor, or other suitable sensing device can be used to capture the first user's body movements, and the first virtual object 305 can be driven to perform corresponding virtual actions based on these movements. For instance, when a camera captures the first user's head-shaking motion, the first virtual object 305 can perform the corresponding virtual head-shaking motion in a virtual scene.

[0083] As another example, the system can receive operation information from a first user and drive the first virtual object 305 to perform corresponding actions based on that information. For example, the first user can click an action button in the interactive interface, which can trigger the first virtual object 305 to perform the virtual action corresponding to that action button, such as clapping.

[0084] Similarly, the second virtual object 310 can also perform corresponding virtual actions based on the association information of the second user. As an example, as shown in Figure 3B, the electronic device 110 can collect the body movements of the second user, such as turning and reaching out, and can trigger the second virtual object 310 to perform the corresponding first virtual action 315.

[0085] In some embodiments, the first virtual action 315 may trigger the presentation of a collaborative action associated with the first virtual object 305 and the second virtual object 310. This collaborative action is determined based on the virtual interaction relationship between the first virtual object 305 and the second virtual object 310 in the target virtual scene.

[0086] As shown in Figure 3B, when the first virtual action 315 causes the virtual positions of the first virtual object 305 and the second virtual object 310 in the virtual scene to meet the preset conditions, the first virtual object 305 can be triggered to execute the second virtual action corresponding to the first virtual action 315, wherein the second virtual action is determined based on the first virtual action 315 and the virtual interaction relationship.

[0087] As an example, virtual interaction relationships can indicate contact interactions within a virtual scene. For instance, when two virtual objects are less than a preset distance apart in a virtual scene, they can exhibit a corresponding physical interaction relationship, such as a collision.

[0088] As an example, as shown in Figure 3C, in response to the first virtual action 315 (e.g., a pushing motion) performed by the second virtual object 310, the first virtual object 305 can perform a corresponding second virtual action 320 in the virtual scene based on virtual interaction relationships. For example, it can simulate the upper body movement of the first virtual object caused by the force generated by the pushing motion of the second virtual object. It is understood that the second virtual action can be implemented by detecting the user's action information corresponding to the first virtual action, such as detecting the direction, speed, and magnitude of the force exerted by the user's action, and estimating and simulating the force experienced by the user.

[0089] It should be understood that such virtual interaction relationships can also include interactions related to other appropriate physical laws or other pre-defined interactions. For example, reaching out can trigger another virtual object to perform a handshake.

[0090] In some scenarios, virtual interaction relationships can be specific to the virtual environment. For example, different virtual environments can have different virtual interaction relationships, so that the same triggering action can lead to different response actions in different virtual environments.

[0091] In other scenarios, virtual interaction relationships can also be determined based on configuration actions of a first user (e.g., the inviter) and / or a second user (e.g., the invitee).

[0092] Therefore, the electronic device 110 can present the collaborative interaction between two or more virtual objects in a virtual scene, such as a first virtual action 315 and a corresponding second virtual action 320. In this way, embodiments of this disclosure can improve the live streaming experience to a more realistic degree.

[0093] In some embodiments, during the relevant time period (also referred to as the second time period) when the first virtual object 305 is triggered to perform the second virtual action 320, the electronic device 110 may, for example, no longer respond to the first user's action information to trigger the first virtual object 305 to perform the corresponding action. For example, during a preset time period when the first virtual object 305 performs a "leaning backward" action, even if the first user makes a forward leaning motion, the first virtual object 305 will continue to perform the "leaning backward" action. That is, the first user's ability to control the virtual object's actions based on body movements can be temporarily disabled to ensure the realism of the interaction result.

[0094] Conversely, during other time periods (also known as the first time period) such as after the completion of the second virtual action, the electronic device 110 can resume presenting the corresponding virtual action of the first virtual object 320 based on the action information of the first user.

[0095] In some embodiments, the electronic device 110 may restore the first virtual object 305 and the second virtual object 310 to their initial state or to a state corresponding to the user's current posture after a preset time has elapsed since the first virtual object 305 and the second virtual object 310 performed a collaborative action. For example, after a preset duration of collaborative action, the electronic device 110 may update the first virtual object and the second virtual object in the live streaming interface 300C to a virtual state corresponding to the current posture of the first user and the second user.

[0096] Furthermore, during the update process, the electronic device 110 can present a transition animation. As an example, the transition animation may include the "upper body" of the first virtual object 305 gradually transitioning from a leaning-back state to an upright state in the live broadcast interface 300C. Transition animations allow the live broadcast interface to update smoothly without frame skipping, thereby improving the user's viewing experience.
