Claims
1. An information processing system comprising: a control unit that transmits to a user terminal an objective input screen for inputting the objective of a questionnaire survey including at least one qualitative question item and the objective of the qualitative question item; creates objective information indicating the objective for each qualitative question item in response to input from the user terminal to the objective input screen; and generates a chat prompt for obtaining answers to the qualitative question item in line with the objective through a chat between the generating AI and the respondent by inputting the qualitative question item and the created objective information into the generating AI.
2. An information processing system according to claim 1, wherein the questionnaire survey also includes at least one quantitative question item, and the control unit displays question type information on the objective input screen for each qualitative question item, allowing the user to select whether the qualitative question item is for further exploring the respondent's answers to previous quantitative or qualitative questions or for broadening the range of answers, and sets the question type information selected by the user terminal to the chat prompt.
3. An information processing system according to claim 2, wherein the control unit causes the system to select a previous quantitative or qualitative question item to be referenced in the questionnaire survey for each qualitative question item, and inputs reference question identification information that identifies the selected question item together with the target information to the generating AI.
4. An information processing system according to claim 3, wherein the control unit causes the generating AI to output virtual answer preview information indicating a plurality of virtual answer information for the qualitative question items obtained by chatting with a virtual respondent using the generated chat prompt based on a plurality of different virtual answers for the quantitative question items.
5. An information processing system according to claim 3, wherein the control unit receives the respondent's answer information to the qualitative and quantitative questions up to that point in the questionnaire survey conducted with the respondent, inputs the answer information and the reference question identification information into the generating AI, and starts a chat using the chat prompt for the next qualitative question, and receives the answer information that the respondent's terminal has given to the generating AI for the qualitative question from the generating AI.
6. An information processing method that sends a purpose input screen to a user terminal for inputting the purpose of a questionnaire survey including at least one qualitative question item and the purpose of the qualitative question item; creates purpose information indicating the purpose for each qualitative question item in response to input from the user terminal to the purpose input screen; and inputs the qualitative question item and the created purpose information into a generating AI to generate a chat prompt for obtaining answers to the qualitative question item in line with the purpose through a chat between the generating AI and the respondent.
7. A program that causes an information processing device to execute the following steps: sending a purpose input screen to a user terminal for inputting the purpose of a questionnaire survey including at least one qualitative question item and the purpose of the qualitative question item; creating purpose information indicating the purpose for each qualitative question item in response to input from the user terminal to the purpose input screen; and inputting the qualitative question item and the created purpose information to a generating AI to generate a chat prompt for obtaining answers to the qualitative question item in line with the purpose through a chat between the generating AI and the respondent.
