Abstract
Description
Processing device including a safety cover
[0001] The present invention relates to a processing device including a safety cover, and more specifically, to a processing device including a safety cover capable of preventing safety accidents to a user when processing meat or fish.
[0002] Traditionally, when cutting fish or meat for processing, a person would hold the fish or meat in one hand and trim it with a knife in the other.
[0003] When trimming fish or meat in this way, heat generated from the human body during the process of holding the meat with one hand is transferred to the meat through the hand holding it, which can destroy the texture of the meat. Additionally, pressing the meat with the hand causes its shape to scatter, requiring the fish or meat to be gathered up during the process, which results in a long working time.
[0004] In particular, for raw fish that must maintain its freshness and shape, it is difficult to obtain a consistent shape depending on the hand movements, which leads to a decline in product quality. Additionally, since fish or meat is processed directly by humans, blood from cuts to the hands during work seeps into the fish or meat, resulting in poor hygiene or safety accidents for workers. Furthermore, the conventional method of preparing fish or meat has the problem of causing a decrease in economic efficiency due to increased labor.
[0005] For this reason, numerous cutting machines have been developed for the purpose of preparing meat or fish. Below, various cutting machines as prior art will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0006] FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a shredding mechanism disclosed in application number 10-2000-0072327.
