Chaise longue

Abstract

Our product is a chaise longue. The front and rear legs of the chaise longue are made of plastic material, while the side bars of body and the frame of reclining section are made of aluminum material. There is a single piece of tensioned mesh fabric on the backrest and reclining section. There are painted aluminum box profiles, which extend lengthwise on both sides of the body and have the appearance of rectangular prisms. These profiles have also a frame function that stretches the fabric. The front and rear legs of the chaise longue are made of plastic. These legs, which also have the appearance of a rectangular prism, are positioned perpendicular to the ground on both sides of the aluminum profiles that extend the full length on either side of the body. On the outer side of the rear legs, there are large wheels designed to pull and carry the chaise longue easily. In terms of durability, the inner parts of the feet facing each other are connected together under the chaise longue with arch-shaped plastic braces that have a rectangular prism appearance. Mesh fabric has been stretched across the surface of the body lengthwise and seamlessly. The mechanism for adjusting the backrest angle on the rear side is made of plastic, too, which offers a five-stage backrest angle. At the back and underneath this section are also arch-shaped plastic braces.
