Claims
Compositions for pyrolysis coke particles are provided. Pyrolysis coke particles may have at least an outer shell of pyrolysis coke. In some cases, the pyrolysis coke particles may be homogeneous seed-based, such that the entire particle is composed of pyrolysis coke and / or the particle consists essentially of pyrolysis coke. In other cases, the particle may be heterogeneous seed-based, such that a different type of carbon-containing material serves as the core of the particle. Systems and methods for the formation of such particles are also provided.
