Abstract

The present application relates to a kind of pipeline flow automatic regulating control protection system and protection method, including the flow meter and regulating valve installed on pipeline, flow meter is used to collect the medium flow data in pipeline, regulating valve is used to adjust the medium flow in pipeline, also include main controller, analog input module and analog output module, main controller is used to control the medium flow in regulating pipeline, the acquisition data of flow meter is transmitted to main controller by the analog input module, main controller compares the acquisition data and carries out comparison operation, then control signal is output to regulating valve by the analog output module, and the adjustment control of the medium flow in pipeline is executed by regulating valve.When abnormal situation occurs in flow meter, it can switch the regulator from automatic to manual, prevent the regulating valve from fluctuating greatly, avoid the production and process indicators from fluctuating due to the problem of flow meter, so as to ensure personal safety and production conditions, the stability of running equipment.
