Abstract

The application discloses a roller shearing device and a use method thereof, which comprises an upper cutter shaft and a lower cutter shaft, a first cutter mounting groove is formed in the side wall of the upper cutter shaft, a second cutter mounting groove is formed in the side wall of the lower cutter shaft, the center line of the first cutter mounting groove is symmetrically arranged with the central axis of the upper cutter shaft, and the center line of the second cutter mounting groove is symmetrically arranged with the central axis of the lower cutter shaft; a cutter seat is detachably mounted in the first cutter mounting groove, an inclined groove is formed in the cutter seat, a first adjusting pad plate and a second adjusting pad plate are detachably mounted in the inclined groove, a cutting edge is placed on the first adjusting pad plate, one side of the cutting edge can abut against one side of the second adjusting pad plate away from the groove wall of the inclined groove, a cutter pressing strip is detachably mounted in the inclined groove, and one side of the cutter pressing strip can abut against one side of the cutting edge away from the second adjusting pad plate; and the upper cutter shaft and the lower cutter shaft are symmetrically arranged. The application can directly form the inclined groove on the cutter seat, can effectively reduce the difficulty of groove forming, and can improve the groove forming efficiency.
