Description

Technical Field

[0001] This invention belongs to the field of agricultural biology and seed engineering technology, and relates to a crop seed treatment technology, particularly a growth-promoting and stress-resistant rapeseed seed pelleting agent. Background Technology

[0002] rape( Brassica napus Rapeseed (L.) is an important oilseed and cash crop in my country, ranking among the world's top in terms of planting area and total output. Rapeseed oil accounts for over 50% of China's total vegetable oil production, holding an irreplaceable strategic position in ensuring national edible oil supply security, optimizing the agricultural industrial structure, and increasing farmers' income. With the acceleration of agricultural modernization, the demand for high-quality, efficient, and green technologies in rapeseed production is increasingly urgent. However, in actual planting, rapeseed faces multiple constraints from seed germination to maturity and harvest, seriously affecting its yield and quality improvement.

[0003] The seed germination stage is a crucial starting point in the rapeseed growth cycle, and its emergence rate and seedling quality directly determine the subsequent growth. my country's main rapeseed producing areas are mostly distributed in the Yangtze River Basin, the Huang-Huai region, and the hilly areas of Southwest China. These areas often experience low-temperature damage during early spring sowing, leading to delayed seed germination and seedlings with insufficient cold resistance, resulting in frost damage. Uneven soil moisture and waterlogging due to continuous rain in early spring in some areas are also significant problems, easily causing root rot due to oxygen deficiency. Furthermore, rapeseed fields are commonly infested with pathogens of rapeseed clubroot, damping-off, and seedling blight, as well as underground pests. Among these, rapeseed clubroot, a typical soil-borne disease, causes tumors and malformations in seedling roots, severely hindering nutrient absorption and further exacerbating seedling gaps and increasing replanting costs.

[0004] After entering the growth period, rapeseed faces more complex biotic and abiotic stresses, among which cold resistance, waterlogging tolerance, and resistance to clubroot disease become key factors restricting its stable yield. Regarding abiotic stresses, in addition to drought, high temperature, salinization, and nutrient imbalance, low-temperature stresses such as late spring frosts and early autumn frosts during the growth period can easily lead to frost damage to rapeseed leaves and a decrease in flowering and fruit setting rates. Waterlogging caused by the plum rain season or improper irrigation can damage root respiration, inhibit nutrient absorption and translocation, resulting in weak plant growth and reduced branching. Regarding biotic stresses, clubroot disease is particularly severe in continuously cropped fields. After the pathogen invades the root system, it multiplies rapidly, causing the roots to swell and deform, losing normal physiological functions. At the same time, diseases and pests such as sclerotinia rot, downy mildew, and aphids frequently occur, not only directly damaging plant tissues but also spreading viruses and triggering chain reactions. Statistics show that the combined effects of severe diseases and pests, as well as low temperature and waterlogging, can lead to a 20%-50% reduction in rapeseed yield and significantly reduce the quality of rapeseed oil.

[0005] To address the aforementioned issues, traditional production methods often employ seed coating, foliar spraying of pesticides and fertilizers, but these methods have several limitations. Conventional seed coating agents primarily focus on single-function disease prevention (such as common fungal diseases) or insecticidal activity, making it difficult to specifically target rapeseed clubroot disease and lacking a comprehensive effect that simultaneously addresses multiple stresses (cold, waterlogging, and diseases) and promotes growth. Patent 202510447620.8 discloses a growth-promoting and waterlogging-resistant rapeseed seed pelleting agent that promotes rapeseed germination and seedling growth. Its waterlogging-resistant components significantly enhance the waterlogging tolerance of rapeseed seeds and seedlings, improving agronomic traits and quality without affecting germination rate and increasing seedling vigor, facilitating mechanized sowing. The preparation process is simple, low-cost, and easy to promote, offering significant economic and social benefits. Foliar fertilization and pesticide application require multiple operations, are time-consuming and labor-intensive, have low nutrient and pesticide utilization rates, and are easily washed away by rain, leading to reduced effectiveness. In recent years, seed pelleting technology has attracted attention because it enables precise seed positioning and sowing and simplifies the planting process. However, existing rapeseed pelleting agents generally have problems such as poor film-forming properties and unsatisfactory slow-release effects. In particular, they have significant shortcomings in integrating multiple resistance characteristics such as resistance to rapeseed clubroot, cold resistance, and waterlogging tolerance with growth-promoting functions, making it difficult to meet the comprehensive needs of rapeseed in coping with multiple key stresses throughout its entire growth period. Summary of the Invention

[0006] This invention proposes a growth-promoting and stress-resistant rapeseed pelleting agent and its application, which solves the technical problems of existing rapeseed pelleting agents having single function and poor synergy in disease control, growth promotion and comprehensive stress resistance enhancement.

[0007] The technical solution of this invention is implemented as follows: This invention aims to provide a growth-promoting and stress-resistant rapeseed seed pelleting agent and its application. By scientifically proportioning highly efficient growth-promoting substances, broad-spectrum disease-resistant components, and key stress-resistance substances, it seeks to address the problems of existing rapeseed seed treatment agents, such as limited functionality, insufficient resistance to abiotic stresses like waterlogging, and environmental risks associated with some components. This provides a safe, efficient, and multifunctional seed treatment solution for rapeseed production, significantly improving the overall performance of rapeseed under complex field conditions and ensuring stable and high yields. The pelleting agent of this invention is scientifically formulated from inert fillers, compound growth-promoting components (including melatonin, naphthaleneacetic acid, and abscisic acid), a highly efficient chemical fungicide (50% fluazinam suspension or Trichoderma), a broad-spectrum insecticide (70% thiamethoxam water-dispersible granules), a plant growth regulator (brassinolide or selenium-based agents), binders, and adjuvants. Its preparation method includes steps such as liquid-phase preparation, solid-liquid mixing, grinding and homogenization, seed pelleting, and low-temperature drying. The process is simple and easy for industrial production.

[0008] Based on this, the present invention provides a growth-promoting and stress-resistant rapeseed seed pelleting agent, wherein the pelleting agent comprises the following components by mass percentage: 40-55% inert filler, 20-30% growth-promoting component, 5-10% bactericide, 0.01-0.1% plant growth regulator, 3-5% insecticide, 1-3% binder, 0.05% lipopeptide, 0.005% 5-aminolevulinic acid, adjuvants, and the balance being water.

[0012] Preferably, the above-mentioned stress resistance is at least one of disease resistance, cold resistance and waterlogging resistance, and the disease resistance is resistance to rape clubroot.

[0013] The preparation method of the above-mentioned rapeseed pelleting agent includes the following steps: Step 1: Liquid phase preparation. Weigh a measured amount of binder and dissolve it thoroughly in warm water (30-40℃) accounting for 60-70% of the total water volume to form a homogeneous and transparent colloidal solution. Under low-speed stirring, add the following components in sequence: lipopeptide biosurfactant, 5-aminolevulinic acid, insecticide (thiamethoxam), plant growth regulator (brassinolide or selenium agent), and growth-promoting components: melatonin, naphthaleneacetic acid, and abscisic acid. Stir for 5-10 minutes after adding each component to ensure thorough dispersion and dissolution.

[0014] Step 2: Solid-liquid blending. The inert filler and bactericide (fluazinam powder or Trichoderma) that have been mixed in the pre-proportioned ratio and passed through a 100-mesh sieve are slowly added to the liquid phase prepared in Step 1.

[0015] Step 3: Mix with inert filler and grind until the particle size is ≤50 μm to obtain a homogenized pellet suspension.

[0016] Step 4: Seed pelleting. Select large, plump rapeseed seeds free of impurities. Use the above pelleting suspension at 2% of the seed weight for coating and pelleting. Ensure that the agent evenly covers the seed surface, the film formation time is ≤40 minutes, the pelleting layer is firm, and the shedding rate is <5%.

[0017] Step 5: Drying treatment. After pelleting, air dry the seeds at 35-40℃ for 15-25 minutes until the seed surface is dry and no longer sticky.

[0018] Secondly, the present invention provides the application of the above-mentioned rapeseed pelleting agent in promoting rapeseed plant growth, increasing yield and improving stress resistance.

[0019] Preferably, the above-mentioned stress resistance is at least one of disease resistance, cold resistance and waterlogging resistance, and the disease resistance is resistance to rape clubroot.

[0021] Preferably, the amount of rapeseed pelleting agent added in the above coating treatment is 2% of the seed weight; the stress resistance is at least one of disease resistance, cold resistance and waterlogging resistance, and the disease resistance is resistance to rapeseed clubroot.

[0022] The present invention has the following beneficial effects: 1. The rapeseed pelleting agent prepared by this invention integrates multiple functions such as growth promotion, disease resistance (e.g., clubroot), insecticidal properties, and stress resistance (waterlogging tolerance, cold resistance) into a single pelleting agent formula. Through seed pelleting treatment, it solves multiple problems that rapeseed may face from sowing to the seedling stage, such as slow growth, diseases, and pests. It can comprehensively improve the germination vitality of rapeseed seeds, the overall resistance of seedlings, and the growth performance throughout the entire growth period. It simplifies field management procedures and reduces the labor intensity and production costs for farmers. The scientific compounding of plant growth regulators and stress-resistant components synergistically enhances the effect, effectively cultivating strong seedlings before winter and enhancing the cold resistance of seedlings. This ensures that rapeseed has stronger low-temperature resistance while growing rapidly, making it suitable for rapeseed sown in autumn and winter.

[0023] 2. The optimal formulation of the pelleting agent provided by this invention, "fluazinam (drug-to-seed ratio 1:100) + brassinolide (BR) + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants," has shown stable and excellent effects in disease prevention, yield increase, and rapeseed quality across four varieties, making it the most universally applicable disease-resistant treatment. If reducing the use of chemical pesticides, the formulation "Trichoderma (drug-to-seed ratio 40:100 or 60:100) + selenium (drug-to-seed ratio 12:100) + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants" also shows good effects in disease prevention, yield increase, and rapeseed quality. After the insecticide in the pelleting agent is absorbed by the roots, it can be translocated to all parts of the plant, resulting in a long-lasting effect, reducing the number of pesticide sprays during the seedling stage, lowering the risk of pesticide residues, and reducing harm to natural enemies. The optimized inert filler ratio improves seed physical properties, facilitates precision sowing, and provides a microenvironmental buffer for seed germination.

[0024] 3. The preparation process of this application is simple and easy to mass-produce. Through seed pelleting, multiple effective ingredients are applied to the seeds at once, which is simple to operate and precise in dosage, saving the manpower and material costs of multiple field applications. This is in line with the development direction of modern agriculture towards simplification and high efficiency. When using the optimal pelleting agent formula "fluazinam (pesticide-to-seed ratio 1:100) + brassinolide (BR)" compound preparation, it shows good comprehensive performance in rapeseed disease control, yield increase and quality improvement through the synergistic effect of efficient bactericidal and strong growth promotion. The input cost of this formula is low, requiring only about RMB 0.67 per mu. Under conventional production conditions, by promoting healthy plant growth, rapeseed yield can be increased by about 14 kg per mu, and it is expected to achieve a stable net income increase of RMB 85-219 per mu, with an input-output ratio as high as 1:126 to 1:327. This invention provides an efficient, safe, and comprehensive seed treatment solution for simplified cultivation and improved quality and efficiency in the rapeseed industry, which has important application value for ensuring stable and high rapeseed yields. Based on the embodiments of the present invention, all other embodiments obtained by those of ordinary skill in the art without creative effort are within the scope of protection of the present invention.

[0030] Unless otherwise specified, the experimental methods used in the following experimental examples are conventional methods; the materials and reagents used are commercially available unless otherwise specified.

[0031] Example 1 A growth-promoting and stress-resistant rapeseed seed pelleting agent, comprising the following components by weight percentage: Inert filler (40-55%): composed of diatomaceous earth, talc powder, and attapulgite powder in a mass ratio of 1:1:2; Growth-promoting components (20-30%): melatonin (MT) (50 μmol / L, 100 μmol / L, 150 μmol / L), naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) (20 mg / kg, 40 mg / kg, 60 mg / kg), abscisic acid (ABA) (10 μmol / L, 15 μmol / L, 20 μmol / L); Highly effective chemical bactericide (5-10%): 50% fluazinam suspension concentrate; Plant growth regulators (0.01-0.1%): Brassinolide (BR) (15 μmol / kg, 20 μmol / L, 30 μmol / L); Broad-spectrum insecticide (3-5%): 70% thiamethoxam water-dispersible granules; Binder (1-3%): Methylcellulose; Additives and water (balance).

[0032] The specific steps for preparing the above-mentioned rapeseed growth-promoting and multi-resistance pelleting agent are as follows: Step 1: Liquid phase preparation. Weigh a measured amount of binder and dissolve it thoroughly in warm water (30-40℃) accounting for 60-70% of the total water volume to form a homogeneous and transparent colloidal solution. While stirring at low speed, add the insecticide (thiamethoxam) and growth promoters: MT, NAA, BR, and ABA sequentially. Stir for 5-10 minutes after each addition to ensure complete dispersion and dissolution. Step 2: Solid-liquid blending. The inert filler and bactericide (fluazinam powder), which have been pre-mixed in proportion and passed through a 100-mesh sieve, are slowly added to the liquid phase prepared in Step 1. Step 3: Mix with inert filler and grind until the particle size is ≤50 μm to obtain a homogeneous pellet suspension; Step 4: Seed pelleting. Step 5: Drying treatment. After pelleting, air dry the seeds at 35-40℃ for 15-25 minutes until the seed surface is dry and no longer sticky.

[0033] Example of implementation effect 1 Field trials were conducted using rapeseed seeds pelleted with the growth-promoting and multi-resistance pelleting agent prepared in Example 1: Experimental materials: Xiangza Oil 787 and Fanming Oilseed Shoots, among which Fanming Oilseed Shoots were developed in May 2022 at Hunan Agricultural University. 60 Early flowering material obtained by Co-induced mutagenesis of WH23, Xiangzayou 787 was provided by Hunan Agricultural University.

[0034] Experimental treatments: The materials were sown on October 1, 2023. One hybrid variety and one conventional variety were selected and subjected to pelleting treatments. Treatment 1 used different concentrations of BR (15 μmol / kg, 20 μmol / L, 30 μmol / L), treatment 2 used different concentrations of NAA (20 mg / kg, 40 mg / kg, 60 mg / kg), treatment 3 used different concentrations of ABA (10 μmol / L, 15 μmol / L, 20 μmol / L), and treatment 4 used different concentrations of MT (50 μmol / L, 100 μmol / L, 150 μmol / L). Unpelleted seeds served as a control. Sowing was carried out by hill sowing, with 10 plants per row, a row spacing of 30 cm, and a plant spacing of 20 cm. Other management was the same as in local high-yield fields.

[0035] Instruments: Seed pelleting machine, magnetic heating stirrer, electronic scale, glass rod, beaker, weighing paper, small spoon.

[0036] Seed pelleting agent components: inert filler (diatomaceous earth, talc, attapulgite powder), binder (methylcellulose), fungicide (fluazinam), insecticide (thiamethoxam), plant growth regulator (brassinolide (BR)), growth promoters (different concentrations of BR, NAA, ABA, MT).

[0037] (Note: The pelleted seeds need a certain amount of time to absorb water and soften the pelleting material.) 1. Pre-winter agronomic trait survey On December 28, 2023, five rapeseed plants were selected from each plot. The number of green leaves on the main stem and the total number of leaves on the main stem were counted. The length and width of the largest leaf, the plant height, and the diameter of the rootstock were measured. The impact of these factors on agronomic traits is shown in Table 1.

[0038] Table 1. Survey of agronomic traits of seeds before winter after pelleting. Note: A represents the variety Xiangzayou 787, B represents the variety Fanming Oilseed Protea. Treatments 1, 2, and 3 were pelleted NAA (20 mg / kg, 40 mg / kg, and 60 mg / kg), treatments 4, 5, and 6 were pelleted MT (50 μmol / L, 100 μmol / L, and 150 μmol / L), treatments 7, 8, and 9 were pelleted BR (15 μmol / kg, 20 μmol / L, and 30 μmol / L), and treatments 10, 11, and 12 were pelleted ABA (10 μmol / L, 15 μmol / L, and 20 μmol / L). The pelleting components and concentrations of the remaining treatments were consistent. The data in the table are the mean ± standard deviation of 5 rapeseed plants in each plot. Different letters in the same column indicate statistical significance. P <0.05).

[0039] Compared with the control CK1, treatments 8 (20 μmol / L BR), 9 (30 μmol / L BR), and 11 (15 μmol / L ABA) in the cultivar Xiangzayou 787 showed outstanding performance in increasing the number of green leaves on the main stem and the total number of leaves. Treatments 8 and 9 also had the largest leaves, indicating a larger photosynthetic area. Treatment 8 performed best, with a rhizome diameter of 1.94 cm, an increase of 47% compared to CK1. Treatments 7 (1.88 cm), 4 (1.76 cm), and 6 (1.7 cm) also performed well. Robust rhizomes indicate stronger nutrient storage and transport capacity, laying the foundation for cold resistance and rapid growth after the winter. Treatments 9, 10, and 11 had significantly higher plant heights than CK1, while treatments 3, 4, and 6 had relatively shorter plant heights. Moderate dwarfing (non-inhibition) before winter helps reduce the risk of frost damage; therefore, treatments 4 and 6 promoted lateral growth while controlling longitudinal growth, exhibiting an ideal robust seedling morphology. Treatment 8 showed the most ideal overall effect in promoting pre-winter growth, significantly increasing the number of leaves, leaf area, and rootstock thickness, and cultivating typical robust seedlings before winter. In addition, treatments 4 (50 μmol / L MT), 6 (150 μmol / L MT), and 9 (30 μmol / L BR) also exhibited strong growth-promoting effects.

[0040] Compared to the control CK2, treatment 9 (30 μmol / L BR) ranked first in both the number of green leaves on the main stem (10.6 leaves) and the total number of leaves (11.4 leaves) of the cultivar Fanming Oilseed. In terms of leaf area, treatments 7, 8, and 9 (BR series) all performed exceptionally well, with leaf length and width significantly exceeding CK2, with treatment 9 (26.24 cm × 17.58 cm) having the largest leaf area. All treatments had greater rhizome thickness than CK2. Treatment 7 (15 μmol / kg BR) ranked first with a rhizome thickness of 2.16 cm, a 66% increase compared to CK2's 1.3 cm. The brassinolide (BR) series treatments (7, 8, and 9) performed best. Among them, treatment 9 showed the greatest advantage in leaf number and leaf area, while treatment 7 was most effective in cultivating the thickest rhizomes. This indicates that BR pelleting treatment can greatly stimulate the pre-winter growth potential of this cultivar.

[0041] 2. Frost damage survey On February 27, 2024, a frost damage survey was conducted on rapeseed in each community, and a five-level frost damage index evaluation method was established based on the morphological characteristics of the frozen rapeseed. Grade 0: Plants are normal and have not suffered frost damage; Level 1, only a few large leaves are affected, and the affected leaves are locally withered and grayish-white; Grade 2, half of the leaves are affected, and the affected leaves are partially or mostly withered, but the heart leaves are normal; Level 3: Most of the leaves are damaged, with some or most of the affected leaves withered, while the heart leaves are normal or slightly damaged by frost. Level 4: All large leaves and heart leaves are damaged by frost and are on the verge of death.

[0042] The frost damage index is calculated using the following formula: Frost damage index (%) = (1×S1+2×S2+3×S3+4×S4) / (Total number of plants surveyed×4)×100%; where S1, S2, S3, and S4 are the number of rapeseed plants exhibiting frost damage levels 1-4.

[0043] Table 2. Results of frost damage investigation after seed pelleting As shown in Table 2, compared with the control CK1, treatment 6 (150 μmol / L MT) of the Xiangza Oil 787 variety showed the most significant cold resistance, with a freezing damage index of only 0.85%, which was 77.7% lower than that of CK1. Secondly, treatment 8 (20 μmol / L BR) had a freezing damage index of 1.11%, and treatment 11 (15 μmol / L ABA) had a freezing damage index of 1.35%, also showing strong cold resistance.

[0044] Compared with the control CK2, the freezing damage index of the cultivar *Salix viminalis* was 7.77%, significantly higher than CK1, indicating that this cultivar has relatively weak cold resistance. The effects of pelleting treatment were mixed; some treatments significantly enhanced cold resistance, while others exacerbated freezing damage. Treatment 7 (15 μmol / kg BR) showed the most significant improvement in cold resistance, with a freezing damage index of 3.13%, a 59.7% reduction compared to CK2. Treatments 2 (40 mg / kg NAA) and 8 (20 μmol / L BR) also performed well, with freezing damage indices of 3.21% and 3.80%, respectively. The freezing damage indices of treatments 5 (100 μmol / L MT), 10 (10 μmol / L ABA), and 12 (20 μmol / LABA) were much higher than CK2, reaching 13.33%, 8.86%, and 14.86%, respectively. This indicates that inappropriate concentrations or types of growth regulators may have adverse effects on certain varieties, leading to delicate plant tissues or physiological disorders and reduced cold resistance. Pelletizing treatment can effectively improve the cold resistance of rapeseed, but for Xiangzayou 787, high-concentration MT and medium-concentration BR are most effective; for Fanming oilseed rape, low- and medium-concentration BR and medium-concentration NAA are most effective, while some MT and ABA treatments show negative effects.

[0045] 3. Harvest period survey On May 1, 2024, a harvest period trait survey was conducted on rapeseed in each plot, and the yield components are shown in Table 3.

[0046] Table 3. Factors Componenting Output Compared with the control CK1, treatment A11 (15 μmol / L ABA) showed the most significant yield increase in the Xiangzayou 787 variety, with a single plant yield of 13.26 g and a yield increase rate as high as 21.54%. Treatments 12 (20.44%), 8 (17.32%), and 7 (16.59%) followed closely behind. The yield increase in treatment 11 was mainly due to a significant increase in the number of seeds per pod (23.6 seeds) and a higher number of siliques. Treatments 12 and 6 mainly achieved yield increases through a substantial increase in the number of effective siliques per plant. The yield increase in treatment 8 was characterized by a balanced improvement in all components. The yield reductions observed in treatments 1, 5, and 10 may be related to uncoordinated growth in the early stages or insufficient nutrient supply in the later stages.

[0047] Compared with the control CK2, the yield of the cultivar *Salvia splendens* in treatment 9 (30 μmol / L BR) reached 16.06 g per plant, with a yield increase of 36.45%. Secondly, treatment 8 (20 μmol / L BR) also performed well, with a yield increase of 34.75%.

[0048] Table 3 shows that the brassinolide (BR) series treatments (7, 8, and 9) were the optimal yield-increasing treatments for the two rapeseed varieties. In particular, treatments 8 and 9 improved yield by optimizing the number of pods and the thousand-seed weight, respectively. In addition, ABA treatments (11 and 12) also had a significant yield-increasing effect on Xiangzayou 787.

[0049] 4. Rapeseed quality analysis during harvest period Table 4. Rapeseed quality analysis at harvest time Table 4 shows that, compared with the control CK1, the pelleting agent significantly improved the quality of the Xiangza Oil 787 variety. Treatments 4 (MT) and 2 (NAA) significantly increased the content of beneficial oleic acid, while treatment 11 (ABA) achieved the highest yield increase and was the optimal treatment. Compared with the control CK2, in the Fanming Oilseed Shoot variety, treatment 3 (NAA) showed the best effect in increasing oil content, while treatments 7, 8, and 9 (BR) significantly increased yield, demonstrating outstanding overall benefits.

[0050] Example 2 Based on the above research, we optimized the formulation of the growth-promoting and stress-resistant rapeseed seed pelleting agent by adding 5-aminolevulinic acid (ALA), lipopeptide biosurfactants, Trichoderma, and selenium (Se) to create a new pelleting agent. The specific components are as follows: A growth-promoting and stress-resistant rapeseed seed pelleting agent, comprising the following components by weight percentage: Inert filler (40-55%): composed of diatomaceous earth, talc powder, and attapulgite powder in a mass ratio of 1:1:2; Growth-promoting components (20-30%): melatonin (MT) (50 μmol / L, 100 μmol / L, 150 μmol / L), naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA) (20 mg / kg, 40 mg / kg, 60 mg / kg), abscisic acid (ABA) (10 μmol / L, 15 μmol / L, 20 μmol / L); Fungicide (5-10%): 50% fluazinam suspension or Trichoderma; Plant growth regulators (0.01-0.1%): brassinolide (BR) (15 μmol / L, 20 μmol / L, 30 μmol / L) or selenium agents (2.0 mg / L); Broad-spectrum insecticide (3-5%): 70% thiamethoxam water-dispersible granules; Lipopeptides 0.05%: Lipopeptide biosurfactants; 5-Aminolevulinic acid 0.005%; Binder (1-3%): Methylcellulose; Additives and water (balance).

[0051] The specific steps for preparing the above-mentioned rapeseed growth-promoting and multi-resistance pelleting agent are as follows: Step 1: Liquid phase preparation. Weigh a measured amount of binder and dissolve it thoroughly in warm water (30-40℃) accounting for 60-70% of the total water volume to form a homogeneous and transparent colloidal solution. Under low-speed stirring, add the following components in sequence: lipopeptide biosurfactant, 5-aminolevulinic acid, insecticide (thiamethoxam), plant growth regulator (selenium agent), and growth-promoting components: MT, NAA, BR, and ABA. Stir for 5-10 minutes after each addition to ensure thorough dispersion and dissolution.

[0052] Step 2: Solid-liquid blending. The inert filler and bactericide (fluazinam powder or Trichoderma) that have been mixed in the pre-proportioned ratio and passed through a 100-mesh sieve are slowly added to the liquid phase prepared in Step 1.

[0053] Step 3: Mix with inert filler and grind until the particle size is ≤50 μm to obtain a homogenized pellet suspension.

[0054] Step 4: Seed pelleting.

[0055] Step 5: Drying treatment. After pelleting, air dry the seeds at 35-40℃ for 15-25 minutes until the seed surface is dry and no longer sticky.

[0056] Example of implementation effect 2 Field trials were conducted using rapeseed seeds pelleted with the growth-promoting and multi-resistance pelleting agent prepared in Example 2: Experimental materials: Spatholobus suberectus, Xiangzaoyou 787, Xiangzuoyou 207, and Xiangyou 18, among which Xiangzaoyou 787, Xiangzuoyou 207, and Xiangyou 18 were provided by the College of Agriculture of Hunan Agricultural University.

[0057] Experimental treatments: On October 9, 2024, seeds were sown in Shuanglong Community, Jiashan Town, Shimen County, Changde City, Hunan Province (N:29.49, E:111.34). Trichoderma, fluazinam, BR, and selenium (Se) were added for pelleting and coating, respectively. Each plot consisted of 10 rows with 10 plants per row, a row spacing of 30 cm, and a plant spacing of 20 cm. Three replicates were included. Sowing was done by hill sowing, and other management practices were the same as in local high-yield fields.

[0058] The following formulations were set up: uncoated control (CK), Trichoderma + BR + ALA (0.005%) + lipopeptide biosurfactant (0.05%), Trichoderma + SE + ALA (0.005%) + lipopeptide biosurfactant (0.05%), fluazinam + BR + ALA (0.005%) + lipopeptide biosurfactant (0.05%), and fluazinam + SE + ALA (0.005%) + lipopeptide biosurfactant (0.05%). Trichoderma and fluazinam were each prepared with three concentration gradients (Trichoderma-to-plant ratio: 20:100, 40:100, 60:100; fluazinam-to-plant ratio: 1:50, 1:100, 1:150), and were respectively combined with brassinolide (0.01%, 1:1000) and selenium (2.0 mg / L, 12:100) to form compound agents for coating four varieties: Xiangzayou 787, Fanming Oilseed, Xiangzuoyou 207, and Xiangyou 18. Among them, Xiangzuoyou 207 and Xiangyou 18 are clubroot resistant varieties; Xiangzayou 787 (hybrid) and Fanming Oilseed (conventional variety) are non-resistant varieties.

[0059] 1. Incidence rate and disease index On February 21, 2025, the incidence rate and disease index were investigated. The disease survey was conducted according to the method of Fang Huaming (Jiang Hanping's article on the epidemic pattern and cultivation countermeasures of clubroot disease in rapeseed). The time recorded was the overwintering period of rapeseed.

[0060] Incidence rate = n (number of infected plants) / N (total number of plants surveyed) × 100% Disease index = ∑ (number of disease-grade plants × representative disease level value) / (total number of plants surveyed × highest representative disease level value) × 100%.

[0061] Clubroot disease is graded into four levels: 0, 1, 2, and 3. Grade 0: No symptoms of illness; Grade 1: The main root is normal, and there are a small number of tumors in the lower 1 / 3 of the lateral roots; Grade 2: Tumors on the main root or on 1 / 3-2 / 3 of the lateral roots; Grade 3: Tumors are present on the main root and more than 2 / 3 of the lateral roots.

[0062] Table 5. Survey of clubroot disease during overwintering period Note: AD: Xiangza Oil 787, Fanming Oilseed, Xiangzuo Oil 207, Xiangyou 18; 1-12: Fluazinam drug ratio: (1:50, 1:100, 1:150) + BR, Fluazinam drug ratio: (1:50, 1:100, 1:150) + SE, Trichoderma (drug ratio: 20:100, 40:100, 60:100) + BR, Trichoderma (drug ratio: 20:100, 40:100, 60:100) + SE.

[0063] Table 5 shows that for the non-resistant hybrid Xiangzayou 787, the combined treatment of Trichoderma and selenium (SE) exhibited the best disease inhibition effect, with even better results at higher concentrations. The optimal treatment, A12 (Trichoderma 60:100 + SE + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants), had the lowest disease index at 53.33%, a decrease of 13.34% compared to CK1. Treatments A11 (58.67%) and A10 (58.97%) followed. Fluazinam treatment had no significant effect, and in some cases, the disease index was even higher than the control.

[0064] For the non-resistant common species *Spodoptera litura*, fluazinam treatment showed significantly better disease control than *Trichoderma*. The optimal combination was a fluazinam-brassinolide (BR) + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactant at a 1:100 ratio. Treatment B2 (fluazinam 1:100 + BR + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactant) significantly reduced the disease index to 40%, a 14.67% reduction compared to CK2, making it the most effective treatment. Treatments B5 (43.27%) and B4 (45.33%) followed.

[0065] For the resistant variety Xiangzuo Oil 207, pesticide coating significantly enhanced the resistance of the disease-resistant variety. Treatment C2 (fluazinam 1:100 + BR + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants) reduced the disease index to 6.55%, a further reduction of 8.78% on top of existing resistance. Treatments C11 (8.67%) and C7 (8.89%) also showed good results. The combination of fluazinam (1:100) + BR + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants again demonstrated the best effect, minimizing disease occurrence.

[0066] For the resistant variety Xiangyou 18, the disease index of the control (CK4) was only 6.67%, demonstrating strong genetic resistance. The optimal treatment D2 (fluazinam 1:100 + BR + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactant) achieved a disease index of 0.00%, completely inhibiting the occurrence of disease. Treatments D7 (2.08%) and D3 (2.67%) also showed good results.

[0067] All rapeseed seed pelleting coating treatments showed varying degrees of inhibition against clubroot disease. Among them, the treatments of fluazinam (1:100 seed-to-drug ratio) + brassinolide (BR) + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants (i.e., A2, B2, C2, D2) demonstrated stable and excellent disease control effects in all four varieties, making them the most universally applicable treatments. Trichoderma treatment also showed good results in specific varieties (such as Xiangzayou 787) and can be considered as an alternative for pelleting formulations.

[0068] Figure 1 Field images of a clubroot-resistant pelleting agent, produced by... Figure 1 It can be seen that in the experimental plot of the resistant variety Xiangyou 18 treated with the formula of the present invention (treatment D2: fluazinam 1:100 + BR + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactant), the rapeseed plants treated with the pelleting agent showed uniform growth, vigorous growth, and dark green leaves, indicating a healthy growth state.

[0069] Figure 1 Symptoms of different levels of clubroot disease in rapeseed, by Figure 2 As can be seen, the disease severity grading standard for rapeseed clubroot is intuitive and clear. Grade 0 represents a healthy plant with clean white roots, well-developed fibrous roots, and no visible tumors; Grade 1 has a basically normal main root with small, scattered root nodules on only a few lateral roots or fibrous roots; Grade 2 has obvious tumors on the main root, or more than one-third of the lateral roots are swollen; Grade 3 is the most severe level, with huge, irregular tumor masses forming on the main root and most of the lateral roots, severely damaging the root structure, and some root nodules beginning to rot. This grading standard provides an objective basis for the calculation of the disease index in Table 5.

[0070] Figure 3 Symptoms of clubroot disease in rapeseed under different pelleting treatments were described by... Figure 3 It can be seen that the inhibitory effects of different treatments on clubroot disease in rapeseed vary significantly. Figure (A) shows the roots of plants treated with the control (CK) treatment, where severe tumors have formed on the main and lateral roots, reaching the level 3 disease standard. Figure (B) shows the roots of plants treated with one of the optimal formulations of this invention (treatment D2: fluazinam 1:100 + BR + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants). Their root systems are basically healthy, with only a very few fibrous roots showing tiny nodules resembling level 1 symptoms, or even completely healthy (level 0), forming a stark contrast to the control. This figure visually demonstrates that the pelleting agent of this invention can fundamentally protect rapeseed roots from or significantly reduce the infection of clubroot pathogens, powerfully proving its excellent disease resistance and prevention function.

[0071] 2. Survey of the components of yield during the harvest period On May 4, 2025, a survey was conducted on the components of rapeseed yield during the harvest season in each community.

[0072] Table 6. Factors Componenting Output As shown in Table 6, for variety A Xiangza Oil 787, treatments A11 and A2 effectively controlled diseases and greatly released its yield potential. The optimal treatment, A11 (Trichoderma 40:100 + SE + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants), achieved a yield of 1410 g, an increase of 88%. The second best treatment, A2 (Fluoridamine 1:100 + BR + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants), yielded 1360 g, an increase of 81.3%. The yield-increasing effects of these two treatments were extremely significant.

[0073] For the cultivar B *Spodoptera fruticosa*, treatments B8 and B2 showed the best yield increases. Considering disease control, treatment B2 had the highest overall benefit. The optimal treatment, B8 (40:100 *Trichoderma* + BR + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants), yielded the highest amount at 1260 g, an increase of 37%. Treatment B2 (1:100 fluazinam + BR + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants) was the second best, yielding 1205 g, an increase of 31%. Treatment B2 also demonstrated excellent performance in both disease control and yield increase.

[0074] For variety C Xiangzuo Oil 207, the optimal treatment C2 (flurididine 1:100 + BR + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants) yielded 2160 g, an increase of 47.9%. Treatments C11 (1930 g) and C12 (1870 g) were the next best. This corresponds to the results in Table 5. Treatment C2, through efficient disease control, maximized the yield potential of the resistant variety and is the optimal treatment for this variety.

[0075] For variety D Xiangyou 18, the optimal treatment D2 (fluridinium chloride 1:100 + BR + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants) yielded 2510 g, an increase of 178.9%, followed by treatment D3 (2300 g). Treatment D2 showed better results, achieving a disease index of 0 and bringing about a nearly twofold increase in yield.

[0076] Yield data is highly correlated with disease control data. The better the disease control effect, the more obvious the yield increase effect. Overall, the treatment of fluazinam (1:100) + BR + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactant (A2, B2, C2, D2) is the most universal and effective yield increase scheme among all varieties, especially showing great application value in the two resistant varieties. Secondly, Trichoderma treatment (such as A11, B8, C11) also showed good yield increase potential.

[0077] 3. Rapeseed quality analysis during harvest period Table 7. Rapeseed Quality Analysis at Harvest Table 7 shows that for variety A, Xiangzayou 787, the oil content of the control (CK1) was 46.45%. The Trichoderma compound treatment not only prevented disease but also significantly increased the oil content of "Xiangzayou 787". The optimal treatment, A12 (Trichoderma 60:100 + SE + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants), had the highest oil content at 48.92%. Treatments A8 (48.11%) and A11 (47.86%) followed.

[0078] Variety B, *Spodoptera fruticosa*, had an oil content of 43.40% compared to the control (CK2). The optimal treatments, B3 (fluazinam 1:150 + BR + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants) and B9 (Trichoderma 60:100 + BR + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants), tied for the highest oil content at 47.91% and 47.87%, respectively. Treatment B2, which demonstrated excellent yield and disease control, also had a relatively high oil content (47.04%), with multiple treatments significantly increasing oil content. Considering both yield and disease control, treatment B2 ensured high yield while also significantly improving quality.

[0079] Variety C, Xiangzuo Oil 207, had an oil content of 44.14% compared to the control (CK3). The optimal treatment, C11 (Trichoderma 40:100 + SE + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants), had the highest oil content at 46.05%. Treatment C2 (Fluoridamine 1:100 + BR + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants) also showed a significant improvement, with an oil content of 45.60%. Considering overall yield, quality, and disease control, treatment C2 was the best.

[0080] Variety D Xiangyou 18 had an oil content of 42.97% compared to the control (CK4). The optimal treatment, D2 (1:100 fluazinam + BR + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants), had the highest oil content, reaching 46.70%. Treatment D2 achieved optimal results in disease prevention, yield increase, and quality improvement. Most coating treatments positively impacted rapeseed oil content, likely due to healthier plants, higher photosynthetic efficiency, and a more abundant material basis for rapeseed growth. Treatments demonstrating superior yield and disease prevention typically showed simultaneous improvements in quality.

[0081] For these four varieties, seed coating with a compound formulation of "fluazinam (1:100 ratio) + brassinolide (0.01%, 1:1000 ratio) + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants" showed good effects in disease prevention, yield increase, and rapeseed quality. If the goal is to reduce the use of chemical pesticides, a formulation of "Trichoderma (40:100 or 60:100 ratio) + selenium (2.0 mg / L, 12:100 ratio) + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants" should be considered, especially in the non-resistant variety Xiangzayou 787.

[0082] Example of implementation effect 3 Cost budget (Table 8): 1. Seed dosage: 250 grams per mu (approximately 0.16 acres) 2. Pelletizing agent addition ratio: 2% of seed weight (i.e., 5 grams of pelletizing agent per acre). 3. Cost estimate of the original formula (based on average market price). 4. Setting production parameters and labor costs.

[0083] Worker efficiency: One worker can produce 100 kg of pelleted seeds per day (based on 8 hours / day, producing 18.75 kg per hour). Daily wage: Temporary workers earn around 200 yuan per day.

[0084] Labor cost allocation: Labor cost per kilogram of pelleted seeds = 200 yuan ÷ 100kg = 2.0 yuan / kg; Table 8 Cost Budget Gain and revenue estimation: Assuming the control group (CK) without pelleting agent has a yield of 118 kg / mu in Hunan Province (referencing data from the National Bureau of Statistics). Rapeseed price: calculated based on the market price of 6 yuan / kg; Application cost: The total cost of using the optimal formula of "fludinamide + brassinolide + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactant" for pelleting agent is 0.67 yuan per mu.

[0085] The gains are as follows: Overall production increase: approximately 12%.

[0086] Table 9 Gain Estimation The optimal formulation of this pelleting agent is a compound preparation of "fluazinam (drug-to-plant ratio 1:100) + brassinolide (BR)". Through the synergistic effect of highly effective bactericidal action and strong growth promotion, it exhibits excellent comprehensive performance in rapeseed disease control, yield increase, and quality improvement. This formulation has low input costs, requiring only about 0.67 yuan per mu. Under conventional production conditions, by promoting healthy plant growth, it can increase rapeseed yield by about 14 kg per mu, and is expected to achieve a stable net income increase of 85 to 219 yuan per mu, with an input-output ratio as high as 1:126 to 1:327.

[0087] This invention underwent expert review on March 2, 2025, for a multi-resistant rapeseed seed coating agent. The expert panel unanimously agreed that: 1. The seed coating agent has a good growth-promoting and yield-increasing effect, resulting in good seedling growth and a yield increase of over 7.0% per mu (approximately 0.067 hectares) for rapeseed, demonstrating a significant growth-promoting effect; 2. The seed coating agent has good waterlogging resistance, reducing the waterlogging damage index by over 30% compared to the control after 10 consecutive days of flooding during the 6-7 leaf stage; 3. This seed coating agent has a good effect on rapeseed seeds in fields with clubroot outbreaks, reducing the incidence rate of disease in both resistant and non-resistant varieties (including hybrids and conventional varieties) by over 7.36%, and reducing the disease index by over 6.67%. This novel rapeseed seed coating agent exhibits strong resistance, significant effects, and low cost, making it valuable for application.

[0088] The results of formula optimization and multi-point field trials in this application show that the composite pelleting agent (treatment D2) with "fluazinam (drug-to-seed ratio 1:100) + brassinolide (BR) + ALA + lipopeptide biosurfactants" as the core components has the best overall effect. Planting rapeseed seeds prepared with this seed pelleting agent and pelleting method significantly improves the rapeseed plants' resistance to clubroot and cold hardiness, effectively promoting rapeseed growth. The highly effective fungicide (fluazinam) and the broad-spectrum insecticide (thiamethoxam) in the pelleting agent work synergistically to build a three-dimensional defense against seedling pests and diseases from the sowing period, significantly reducing the frequency of pesticide application in the field. The core growth-promoting and stress-resistant component (brassinolide) effectively cultivates strong seedlings before winter, significantly improving key agronomic traits such as leaf area and rootstock thickness, laying a solid foundation for safe overwintering and increased yield after the winter.

[0089] In summary, this invention not only improves the physical properties of seeds to facilitate precision sowing, but more importantly, without affecting the seed germination rate, it systematically enhances the overall resistance, seedling growth, and final yield and quality of rapeseed through the scientific compounding of multifunctional components, thereby improving the economic benefits of rapeseed.

[0090] The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention and is not intended to limit the present invention. Any modifications, equivalent substitutions, improvements, etc., made within the spirit and principles of the present invention should be included within the protection scope of the present invention.
