Potassium carbonate powder tableting method

Abstract

This invention relates to the field of powder tableting technology, specifically to a method for tableting potassium carbonate powder. The method includes the following steps: (1) dissolving potassium carbonate powder in a solvent to obtain a potassium carbonate solution; (2) spray granulating the potassium carbonate solution to obtain intermediate material; (3) sieving the intermediate material to obtain intermediate material with a particle size of 50-1500 μm, mixing the intermediate material with an organic additive to form a mixture, and then tableting and sintering the mixture. This invention is suitable for continuous automatic tableting of potassium carbonate powder. During the process, adhesion is less likely to occur, avoiding problems such as broken particles, small particle size, and poor strength. The resulting particles have a higher one-time forming rate, a crushing strength of not less than 30 N / particle, and more stable product quality.
