An industrial steam quality upgrading device

Abstract

This application relates to the technical field of steam treatment equipment, and in particular to an industrial steam quality improvement device, which includes a main tower, an auxiliary tower, and a filter tower. The main tower is provided with an air inlet pipe at its upper end and an air outlet pipe and a liquid drain pipe at its lower end. The auxiliary tower is located on one side of the main tower. This utility model effectively solves the problem of low separation efficiency of existing single towers through a dual-tower structure with the main tower and auxiliary tower working together and a staged gas-liquid separation design. The flared flow guide hood and spiral flow guide plate in the main tower guide the steam to flow downwards evenly, avoiding eddies or short-circuit flow and extending the contact time between the steam and the separation components. The wire mesh demister and baffle plate group in the main tower work together with the porous baffle and glass fiber demister layer in the auxiliary tower to intercept droplets of different sizes in stages, removing large droplets and capturing small droplets, greatly improving the steam dryness, meeting the steam quality requirements of high-demand industrial scenarios, and reducing equipment wear caused by droplet entrainment.
