Abstract

The invention relates to an eye mask adapted to cover the eyes and eyelids of a user. The mask comprises a main body (1) comprising electrical heating means (14) and a battery (15) configured to power the electrical heating means (14) and a removable element (2) removably connected to the main body (1). The removable element comprises a wall forming a reservoir which is provided with holding apertures adapted to hold a liquid, in particular water, under the influence of the surface tension between said liquid and the walls of the apertures. The invention also relates to a method of using such a mask.
