Abstract

Safety locking device for a ball valve, wherein the ball valve comprises an actuating lever, a switching shaft flange and a stop assembly, the stop assembly comprising a first and a second stop element arranged on the switching shaft flange and each limiting a movement angle of the actuating lever in a respective pivoting direction, comprising a base body (10) and a locking element (20), wherein the base body (10) comprises a base section (20), a jacket section (30) and a base body-side locking receptacle (40), wherein the base section (20) is arranged at a proximal jacket section end (32) of the jacket section (30) and is configured to engage a switching shaft flange of the ball valve, wherein the jacket section spans a base body interior (33) and has a distal axial opening cross-section (34) through which the base body interior (33) is accessible.and further comprising a lateral base body opening cross-section (31) which is configured for a passage of the actuating lever of the ball valve, wherein the locking element (50) comprises a locking section (60), a cover section (70) and a locking element-side lock receptacle (80), wherein the locking section is configured for an arrangement in the interior (33) and comprises a stop receptacle (62) which is configured for a positive-locking rotary positioning of the locking element (50) relative to the switching shaft flange, and further comprising a lateral locking element opening section (61) which is configured for a passage of the actuating lever of the ball valve, wherein the cover section (70) is configured to cover the actuating lever distally at its switching shaft end, and wherein the safety locking device is configured for an assembly operating state,wherein in the assembly operating state the base section (20) engages under the switching shaft flange and provides a positive-locking axial position fixing of the base body (10) relative to the switching shaft flange, the locking section (60) is arranged in the interior of the base body (33), receives the stop elements into the stop element receptacle (52) and provides a positive-locking rotary position fixing of the locking element (50) relative to the switching shaft flange, the lateral base body opening cross-section (31) and the lateral locking element opening cross-section (61) are arranged correspondingly to each other and the lateral opening cross-sections (31, 61) provide a positive-locking rotary position fixing of the actuating lever relative to the base body (10) and / or to the locking element (50),and the base-side lock receptacle (40) and the locking-body-side lock receptacle (80) are arranged correspondingly to each other and provide a positive locking position fixing of the locking body (50) relative to the base body (10) by means of a lock.
