Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION

[0001] To charge their internal batteries, mobile devices (cell phones, smartphones) are connected to AC power outlets using chargers.

[0002] This has meant one, if not two, cable connections and a possibly unattached device on the desk or at the power outlet, which is not only annoying to handle but often also prone to accidents.

[0003] On the other hand, using modern mobile phones for photographs or video recordings is ergonomically problematic.

[0004] Since most operations are performed using touchscreens, the phone must be grasped on its outer edges with pressure between two fingers of one hand. This is already difficult and often leads to loss or damage to the device if it is not held securely and falls.

[0005] When taking photos or videos, and especially when using them for video conferences or chats, it is made more difficult by the fact that the device must not be held in such a way that the respective lens or microphone is covered.

[0006] This handling, with simultaneous one-handed operation and monitoring of the display, often appears like an artistic act and is probably the most common cause of loss or damage to the device, which almost every user makes at some point.

[0007] In addition, these handicaps often make the recordings appear awkward or shaky. TASK

[0008] The object of the present invention is therefore to avoid cable connections between the mobile phone and the charger, as well as between the charger and the mains socket, as well as to hold the device securely when taking photos and videos and to be able to operate it ergonomically. STATE OF THE ART

[0009] There have been several attempts to do this: A large number of holders for mobile phones are known, but almost all of them relate to holders in vehicles, such as the originally Polish DE 10 2013 004 193 B4, DE 203 126 891 U1 and DE 29 623 159 U1 and the most recent DE 10 2013 004 193 A1 and many more.

[0010] In addition to these car mounts, there are also mobile phone mounts with a device for preventing or compensating for camera shake, so-called gimbals or steadycams, which, however, are quite heavy.

[0011] Similarly, so-called selfie sticks, where the mobile phone is clamped onto a telescopic rod.

[0012] All of these devices may grip and hold the mobile phone better, but they are cumbersome, often heavy and otherwise useless.

[0013] In addition, there are a variety of contactless chargers (so-called QI chargers) on which the mobile phone only needs to be placed to charge the battery.

[0014] But these also require space and a power cable - so they tend to be an additional nuisance in tight spaces.

[0015] Furthermore, EP 2 239 825 B1 and DE 20 2006 010 690 U1, for example, refer to a wireless flush-mounted charging station that can be plugged directly into the power outlet and left in place. The mobile phone can be docked directly to the power outlet.

[0016] The charging process can always be kept in view, for example, thanks to the integrated charging control in the form of a trained LED.

[0017] KR 2018 0070 203 A describes a replacement battery that is mechanically coupled to a connecting element and is connected to the mobile phone via a plug that can be plugged directly into a socket.

[0018] Something similar to KR 2018 0070 203 A is also described in EP 2 782 193 A1.

[0019] An obvious example is the American patent US 5 611 701 A, which describes a foldable plug-in device for battery chargers that is integrated into a mobile phone and can therefore be plugged directly into the power socket.

[0020] The disadvantage here is that the plug-in power adapter on the mobile phone is inevitably too large to be carried in a trouser pocket, for example. A variant under US 5 611 701 A with a plug connection attached to the body of the mobile device with retractable pins is, as can be seen from the drawing, rather bulky on a mobile device. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

[0021] The object of the present invention is therefore to find a solution in which the mobile phone is combined with a holder that is not very bulky, is therefore easy to transport, holds the mobile phone securely in sockets, allows an ergonomic holding position for video recordings and enables a secure stand on the table - e.g. during video conferences. SOLUTION

[0022] The inventive step here consists in a housing of the device which encloses it in such a way that all usual operating elements, such as camera lenses, microphones and loudspeakers, are left out, but the housing does not significantly exceed the volume of the device with the housing.

[0023] This was discovered using a fork-shaped frame whose cross-section encompasses the frame of common mobile phones and whose central body houses a power plug according to the respective regional standard. The connecting pins of these power plugs can protrude downwards or from the back of the fork body, or be attached to it in a foldable manner.

[0024] The requirement for a mains plug that complies with relevant standards and safety regulations means a base that holds the device in the socket and two live connecting pins that inevitably protrude and cause interference during handling and transport.

[0025] A further inventive step in the present concept is therefore to use them to support the grip by resting on the back of the hand or its fingers and thus stabilizing the guidance of the mobile phone in its function as a camera.

[0026] In addition, the connection pins can be fitted with a cap that simultaneously functions as a power bank and balances the weight of the camera mount.

[0027] With the cap attached, it also provides a secure stand, e.g. on the desk and for video conferences. DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION WITH THE DRAWINGS

[0028] Fig. 1 shows a mobile phone and holder in a partially transparent view. Fig.1 shows the socket for plugging in the mobile phone (1) with the USBC connection charging plug (2), the integrated (embedded) circuit for the power supply (3) in the body, as well as the holding base (4) with the connection pins and the protective and stand-up cap (5).
