A stirring and suction underwater compressed air sludge suction device comprising a mounting frame (1), a hydraulic sludge stirring system and a compressed air sludge suction system, wherein the hydraulic sludge stirring system and the compressed air sludge suction system are arranged on the mounting frame (1), characterized in that the hydraulic sludge stirring system comprises a hydraulic pump, an oil line (3), a hydraulic motor (4), a filter (5) and sludge stirring teeth, wherein a door-shaped mounting frame made of U-profile steel (2) is fixedly arranged on the top of the mounting frame (1), wherein the oil line (3) is fixedly arranged on the door-shaped mounting frame made of U-profile steel (2), wherein the hydraulic motor (4) is fixedly arranged on the top of the mounting frame (1), and wherein the filter (5) is fixedly arranged on the top of the door-shaped mounting frame made of U-profile steel (2).wherein a mounting plate (6) is fixedly arranged on the underside of the mounting frame (1), and wherein sludge stirring teeth (7) are fixedly arranged on the underside of the mounting plate (6).
