In some embodiments, the lower frame may include one or more handles to engage with the exercise device(s) and allow the user to perform exercises (e.g., pull-ups, chin-ups, dips, etc.). The exercise devices described herein include at least two configurations. The device 100 includes an upper frame 10 for attaching the device to a doorframe 15, a lower frame 20 including one or more handles, and a telescoping mechanism 30 coupling the upper frame 10 to the lower frame 20. Further, the telescoping mechanism 30 may include one or more posts coupled to the lower frame 20 which may collapse into the one or more hollow portions defined by the upper frame 10.

The first angled tube 512 may be locked with respect to the first perforated column 412 with a pin 532 passing through the defined hole 528 of the first angled tube 512 and through a selectably aligned hole of the plurality of holes 524 of the first perforated column 412. The second angled tube 518 defines a hole 530 for selective alignment with the plurality of holes 526 of the second perforated column 418. The second angled tube 518 may be locked with respect to the second perforated column 418 with a pin 534 passing through the defined hole 530 of the second angled tube 518 and through a selectably aligned hole of the plurality of holes 526 of the second perforated column 418. Selectable engagement of the hole 528 of the first angular tubing 512 with the plurality of holes 524 of the first perforated column 412 and selectable engagement of the hole 530 of the second angular tubing 518 with the plurality of holes 526 of the second perforated column 418 allows for an adjustable width 210 (shown in FIG. 8) between the first beam 520 and the second beam 522. The adjustable width 210 of the upper frame 110 may be adjustable to fit a range of doorframe depths. The first telescoping assembly 112 and the second telescoping assembly 114 allow adjustment of the length 300 of the device 100. Tube 218 may include a locking mechanism 706 for selectably coupling tube 218 to intermediate tube 220 nested within tube 218. Intermediate tube 220 may include a locking mechanism 209 for selectably coupling intermediate tube 220 to the second post 222 nested within intermediate tube 220. In some embodiments, intermediate tube 220 may define a plurality of holes for selective engagement with locking mechanism 706 (e.g., pin type locking mechanism). For example, locking mechanism 706 may engage with the intermediate tube 220 at the first hole 115a, the second hole 115b, the third hole 115c, the fourth hole 115d, or the fifth hole 115e. In some embodiments, the second post 222 may define a plurality of holes for selective engagement of the locking mechanism 209. For example, locking mechanism 209 may engage with the second post 222 at the first hole 117a, the second hole 117b, the third hole 117c, or the fourth hole 117d. An exercise device comprising: an upper frame configured to couple to a doorframe; a lower frame comprising: a cross-member configured to brace the lower frame against a doorframe, and one or more handles coupled to the lower frame; and a first telescoping assembly, comprising: a first hollow portion defined by the upper frame, and a first post coupled to the lower frame, wherein the first post is configured to nest within the first hollow portion defined by the upper frame, wherein the first telescoping assembly is configured to adjust a length of the exercise device.

2. The exercise device of claim 1, wherein the upper frame comprises a first locking mechanism.

3. The exercise device of claim 2, wherein the first post defines a first plurality of holes configured to selectively align with the first locking mechanism.

4. The exercise device of claim 2, wherein the first telescoping assembly further comprises a first intermediate tube, wherein the first intermediate tube is configured to nest within the first hollow portion of the upper frame, and wherein the first post is configured to nest within the first intermediate tube.

5. The exercise device of claim 4, wherein the first intermediate tube defines a second plurality of holes configured to selectively align with the first locking mechanism, and wherein the first intermediate tube includes a second locking mechanism.

6. The exercise device of claim 5, wherein the first plurality of holes of the first post are configured to selectively align with the second locking mechanism of the first intermediate tube.

7. The exercise device of claim 5, wherein the first telescoping assembly further comprises a second intermediate tube, wherein the second intermediate tube is configured to nest within the first intermediate tube, and wherein the first post is configured to nest within the second intermediate tube.

8. The exercise device of claim 7, wherein the second intermediate tube defines a third plurality of holes configured to selectively align with the second locking mechanism of the first intermediate tube, and wherein the second intermediate tube comprises a third locking mechanism.

9. The exercise device of claim 8, wherein the first plurality of holes of the first post are configured to selectively align with the third locking mechanism of the second intermediate tube.

10. The exercise device of claim 8, wherein the first telescoping assembly further comprises a third intermediate tube, wherein the third intermediate tube is configured to nest within the second intermediate tube, and wherein the first post is configured to nest within the third intermediate tube.

11. The exercise device of claim 10, wherein the third intermediate tube defines a fourth plurality of holes configured to selectively align with the third locking mechanism of the second intermediate tube, and wherein the third intermediate tube includes a fourth locking mechanism.

12. The exercise device of claim 11, wherein the first plurality of holes of the first post are configured to selectively align with the fourth locking mechanism of the third intermediate tube.

13. The exercise device of claim 1, further comprising a second telescoping assembly comprising: a second hollow portion defined by the upper frame, and a second post coupled to the lower frame, wherein the second post is configured to nest within the second hollow portion defined by the upper frame; and wherein, in addition to the first telescoping assembly, the second telescoping assembly is configured to adjust a dimension between the upper frame and the lower frame.

14. The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the upper frame further comprises a fifth locking mechanism.

15. The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the second post defines a fifth plurality of holes configured to selectively align with the fifth locking mechanism of the upper frame.

The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the second telescoping assembly further comprises a first extension tube, wherein the firstextension tube is configured to nest within the second hollow portion of the upper frame, and wherein the second post is configured to nest within the first extension tube.

17. The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the first extension tube defines a sixth plurality of pin holes configured to selectively align with the fifth locking mechanism of the upper frame, and wherein the first extension tube comprises a sixth locking mechanism.

18. The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the fifth plurality of holes of the second post are configured to selectively align with the sixth locking mechanism of the first extension tube.

19. The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the second telescoping assembly further comprises a second extension tube, wherein the second extension tube is configured to nest within the first extension tube, and wherein the second post is configured to nest within the second extension tube.

20. The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the second extension tube defines a seventh plurality of pin holes configured to selectively align with the sixth locking mechanism of the first extension tube, and wherein the second extension tube comprises a seventh locking mechanism.

21. The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the fifth plurality of holes of the second post are configured to selectively align with the seventh locking mechanism of the second extension tube.

22. The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the second telescoping assembly further comprises a third extension tube, wherein the third extension tube is configured to nest within the second extension tube, and wherein the second post is configured to nest within the third extension tube.

The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the third extension tube defines an eighth plurality of holes configured to selectively align with the seventh locking mechanism of the second extension tube, and wherein the eighth plurality of holes of the third extension tube comprises an eighth locking mechanism.

24. The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the fifth plurality of holes of the second post are configured to selectively align with the eighth locking mechanism of the third extension tube.

25. The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the one or more handles further comprise a grip portion, wherein a first longitudinal axis of the grip portion is approximately parallel to a second longitudinal axis of a portion the handle, and wherein the second longitudinal axis of the portion of the handle is separated from the longitudinal axis of the grip portion by a dimension.

26. The exercise device of claim 25, wherein the one or more handles are rotatably adjustable, such that the grip portion is selectively rotated about the longitudinal axis of the portion of the handle.

27. An exercise device comprising: an upper frame configured to couple to a doorframe; a lower frame comprising: a cross-member configured to brace the lower frame against a doorframe, and one or more handles coupled to the lower frame; and a first telescoping assembly, comprising: a first hollow portion defined by the lower frame, and a first post coupled to the upper frame, wherein the first post is configured to nest within the first hollow portion defined by the lower frame, wherein the first telescoping assembly is configured to adjust a length of the exercise device.

28. The exercise device of claim 27, wherein the lower frame comprises a first locking mechanism.

29. The exercise device of claim 28, wherein the first post defines a first plurality of holes configured to be selectively aligned with the first locking mechanism.

30. The exercise device of claim 28, wherein the first telescoping assembly further comprises a first intermediate tube, wherein the first intermediate tube is configured to nest within the first hollow portion of the lower frame, and wherein the first post is configured to nest within the first intermediate tube.

31. The exercise device of claim 30, wherein the first intermediate tube defines a second plurality of holes configured to be selectively aligned with the first locking mechanism, and wherein the first intermediate tube includes a second locking mechanism.

32. The exercise device of claim 31, wherein the first plurality of holes of the first post are configured to be selectively aligned with the second locking mechanism of the first intermediate tube.

The exercise device of claim 31, wherein the first telescoping assembly further comprises a second intermediate tube, wherein the second intermediate tube is configured to nest within the first intermediate tube, and wherein the first post is configured to nest within the second intermediate tube.

34. The exercise device of claim 33, wherein the second intermediate tube defines a third plurality of holes configured to be selectively aligned with the second locking mechanism of the first intermediate tube, and wherein the second intermediate tube comprises a third locking mechanism.

35. The exercise device of claim 34, wherein the first plurality of holes of the first post are configured to be selectively aligned with the third locking mechanism of the second intermediate tube.

The exercise device of claim 34, wherein the first telescoping assembly further comprises a third intermediate tube, wherein the third intermediate tube is configured to nest within the second intermediate tube, and wherein the first post is configured to nest within the third intermediate tube.

37. The exercise device of claim 36, wherein the third intermediate tube defines a fourth plurality of holes configured to be selectively aligned with the third locking mechanism of the second intermediate tube, and wherein the third intermediate tube includes a fourth locking mechanism.

38. The exercise device of claim 37, wherein the first plurality of holes of the first post are configured to be selectively aligned with the fourth locking mechanism of the third intermediate tube.

The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, further comprising a second telescoping assembly comprising: a second hollow portion defined by the lower frame, and a second post coupled to the upper frame, wherein the second post is configured to nest within the second hollow portion defined by the lower frame; and wherein, in addition to the first telescoping assembly, the second telescoping assembly is configured to adjust a dimension between the upper frame and the lower frame.

40. The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the lower frame further comprises a fifth locking mechanism.

41. The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the second post defines a fifth plurality of holes configured to be selectively aligned with the fifth locking mechanism of the lower frame.

The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the second telescoping assembly further comprises a first extension tube, wherein the first extension tube is configured to nest within the second hollow portion of the lower frame, and wherein the second post is configured to nest within the first extension tube.

43. The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the first extension tube defines a sixth plurality of pin holes configured to be selectively aligned with the fifth locking mechanism of the lower frame, and wherein the first extension tube comprises a sixth locking mechanism.

44. The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the fifth plurality of holes of the second post are configured to be selectively aligned with the sixth locking mechanism of the first extension tube.

45. The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the second telescoping assembly further comprises a second extension tube, wherein the second extension tube is configured to nest within the first extension tube, and wherein the second post is configured to nest within the second extension tube.

The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the second extension tube defines a seventh plurality of pin holes configured to be selectively aligned with the sixth locking mechanism of the first extension tube, and wherein the second extension tube comprises a seventh locking mechanism.

47. The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the fifth plurality of holes of the second post are configured to be selectively aligned with the seventh locking mechanism of the second extension tube.

The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the second telescoping assembly further comprises a third extension tube, wherein the third extension tube is configured to nest within the second extension tube, and wherein the second post is configured to nest within the third extension tube.

The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the third extension tube defines an eighth plurality of holes configured to be selectively aligned with the seventh locking mechanism of the second extension tube, and wherein the eighth plurality of holes of the third extension tube comprises an eighth locking mechanism.

50. The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the fifth plurality of holes of the second post are configured to be selectively aligned with the eighth locking mechanism of the third extension tube.

The exercise device of any one of the preceding claims, wherein the one or more handles further comprise a grip portion, wherein a first longitudinal axis of the grip portion is approximately parallel to a second longitudinal axis of a portion the handle, wherein the second longitudinal axis of the portion of the handle is separated from the longitudinal axis of the grip portion by a dimension.

52. The exercise device of claim 51, wherein the one or more handles are rotatably adjustable, such that the grip portion is selectively rotated about the longitudinal axis of the portion of the handle.

53. An exercise device comprising: an upper frame configured to couple to a doorframe; a lower frame comprising one or more handles; and a telescoping mechanism, wherein the telescoping mechanism is configured to adjust a length of the exercise device.

54. The exercise device of claim 27, wherein the lower frame further comprises a crossmember configured to brace the lower frame against a doorframe.

55. The exercise device of claim 27, wherein the telescoping mechanism comprises one or more telescoping assemblies.

56. The exercise device of claim 55, wherein the one or more telescoping assemblies comprises a locking mechanism.

57. An exercise device comprising: an upper frame configured to couple to a doorframe; a lower frame comprising one or more handles; and a collapsible mechanism configured to adjust a length of the exercise device.

58. The exercise device of claim 57, wherein the lower frame further comprises a crossmember configured to brace the lower frame against a doorframe.

59. The exercise device of claim 57, wherein the collapsible mechanism comprises one or more collapsible assemblies.

60. The exercise device of claim 59, wherein the one or more collapsible assemblies comprises a locking mechanism.
