Abstract

This product is made of a metal plate and is used as a water-repellent material to be installed between the upper and lower ends of vertical exterior wall materials of a house. When using this product, the product is positioned by referring to the descriptions in the "Reference Oblique View" and "Reference View Showing the Installation State", and then the upper and lower fixing parts of this product are fixed to the horizontal ventilation furring strips of the house by driving nails or the like horizontally. After that, the lower exterior wall material is attached so as to cover the lower fixing part, and the upper exterior wall material is attached so as to cover the upper fixing part, thereby stabilizing the installation state of this product. Note that, as shown in the "Reference View Showing the Installation State", an elastic seal material made of EPDM or the like may be attached to the corner formed by the lower fixing part and the inclined part of this product.
