Pull-out test fixture for embankment reinforcement material

Abstract

This item is a pull-out test jig for embankment reinforcement, intended for reinforced soil walls with a double-wall structure consisting of an embankment structure (inner wall) constructed by burying embankment reinforcement between embankment layers, and a wall material (outer wall) made of retaining blocks. This item is a hollow jig consisting of a corrugated pipe and two caps, and is installed between the wall material and the embankment structure. When installed, a part of the test reinforcement is stored inside the item, and the test reinforcement is embedded in the embankment, extending to the outside of the item through a slit in the end cap. When using this item, the front cap on the wall material side of the item is removed, and one end of the test reinforcement stored inside the item is pulled out to perform the test.
