[0052] Hereinafter, the embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The following detailed description and drawings are used to exemplarily explain the principles of the present invention, and the present invention is not limited to the described preferred embodiments, and the scope of the present invention is limited by the claims. Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to exemplary embodiments, some of which are illustrated in the drawings. The following description will be made with reference to the drawings, and unless otherwise indicated, the same reference numerals in different drawings indicate the same or similar parts. The aspects described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all aspects of the present invention. On the contrary, these aspects are merely examples of systems and methods of various aspects of the present invention according to the appended claims.

[0053] The present invention provides an in-ear wearable device. The in-ear wearable device can provide various functions to the user, such as audio playback, voice reception, health monitoring, etc., by being inserted into the user's ear, particularly into the user's ear canal. Hereinafter, the structure and principle of the in-ear wearable device will be described in detail, taking an in-ear wireless earphone as an example. However, it should be understood that the in-ear wearable device of the present invention is not limited to an in-ear wireless earphone. For example, in addition to the voice playback function, the in-ear wearable device can additionally or alternatively implement functions such as voice reception, temperature detection, blood pressure detection, heart rate detection, blood glucose detection, blood oxygen detection, etc. Furthermore, in some embodiments, the in-ear wearable device may be realized as not an in-ear wireless earphone, i.e., without the audio playback function, but only with other functions.

[0054] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of an in-ear wireless earphone 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, only one earphone (e.g., a left earphone) is shown, but those skilled in the art will understand that a pair of earphones is usually composed of two earphones with a symmetrical structure, so for simplicity, only one earphone is shown in the drawings, and the following description is also directed to only one earphone. The in-ear wireless earphone 10 has a first side 10A and a second side 10B. The first side 10A of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 represents the side that is in the user's ear canal when the user wears the in-ear wireless earphone 10, and the second side 10B of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 represents the side that is exposed to the external environment when the user wears the in-ear wireless earphone 10. As shown in FIG. 1, the first side 10A of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 is located at the bottom, and the second side 10B is located at the top.

[0055] Referring to FIG. 1, an in-ear wireless earphone 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a custom housing 100 and a panel 200. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a custom housing of an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. In this specification, "custom" means that the housing is designed and manufactured to fit the ear of each user, and is not designed and manufactured uniformly. The custom housing 100 can be manufactured based on the ear mold by taking an ear mold of the user's ear, for example, using a manufacturing device. The custom housing 100 can be manufactured by 3D printing or other manufacturing methods. The size of the custom housing 100 can be the same as the acquired ear mold, or it can be slightly smaller than the acquired ear mold to improve the wearing comfort of some sensitive users.

[0056] When a user wears a standard earphone, the size of the standard earphone is fixed, so that the size needs to be as small as possible to accommodate the size of many users' ears (e.g., the concha cavity), but in order to ensure stable wearing and not fall off, it is necessary to provide a protruding part to stably lock the earphone in the ear. In this case, the standard earphone creates pressure on a part of the ear canal or ear cavity of many users when worn, causing a problem of discomfort due to long-term wearing. For example, many users feel uncomfortable in their ears when wearing a standard earphone for 30 minutes or even shorter. On the other hand, in the present invention, the custom housing 100 of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 is customized for the user and hardly presses the user's ear, so that the in-ear wireless earphone 10 of the present invention has improved wearing comfort and allows the user to wear the earphone for a long time, for example, for several hours or even longer, compared with a standard earphone. Furthermore, since the user can wear the earphone for a long time, in addition to conventional video services, the possibility that the user will use it in various scenes, such as voice and video calls, games, and various virtual reality activities, is increased.

[0057] In an exemplary embodiment, the custom housing 100 is a one-piece structure or formed in one piece, i.e., formed at one time based on a user's ear impression. In other embodiments, the custom housing 100 may be comprised of multiple parts, for example, may include a core portion and a custom fit portion, where the core portion is the same for all users or multiple users, and may be assembled together with the panel 200, and the custom fit portion is the portion formed based on the user's ear impression. When the custom housing 100 includes a core portion and a custom fit portion, the components other than the custom fit portion are the same for multiple users, which may increase productivity.

[0058] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the custom housing 100 includes a first portion that is inserted into and conforms to the shape of a user's ear canal, and a second portion that is exposed to the outside environment when the first portion is inserted into the ear canal. By "custom," it is meant that when a user wears the in-ear wireless earphones 10, the custom housing 100 at least partially fits into the user's ear canal. Thus, the first portion of the custom housing 100 is the portion that fits into the user's ear canal, i.e., the portion that is sealed off from the outside environment, providing a sealed listening environment in the ear canal when the user wears the in-ear wireless earphones 10. Also, the second portion of the custom housing 100 is the portion that is exposed to the outside environment when the user wears the in-ear wireless earphones 10. In one embodiment, the second portion of the custom housing 100 includes an open end. The open end is located on a side of the second portion that is away from the first portion. In one embodiment, the panel 200 is attached to the custom housing 100 at the open end of the second portion of the custom housing 100. For example, the open end may allow other components of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 to be placed within the custom housing 100 and then the panel 200 may be attached to the open end.

[0059] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the custom housing 100 includes a housing wall 110 and a cavity 120 surrounded by the housing wall 110. In an embodiment, the in-ear wireless earphone 10 may further include components such as a main board, an operating device, a charging device, a battery, an antenna device, a magnet, a sound pickup device, a speaker assembly, a wireless communication module, etc. Each component may be assembled together by bolts, welding, adhesives, fittings, etc. These components may be disposed in a space surrounded by the custom housing 100 and the panel 200. Specifically, these components are mainly located in the cavity 120 of the custom housing 100, and the panel 100 may be used to seal the cavity 120. As long as the other components operate normally, the panel 200 may be a flat cover plate, or a concave or convex or other non-flat cover plate. In an exemplary embodiment, the panel 200 is attached to the custom housing 100 on the second side 10B of the in-ear wireless earphone 10.

[0060] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG 2, the custom housing 100 may include a first protrusion 130 and a second protrusion 140. When a user wears the in-ear wireless earphone 10, the first protrusion 130 may be located in the user's concha or the user's concha and ear canal, and the second protrusion 140 may be located in the user's concha navicularis. The first protrusion 130 may include an opening, and the speaker assembly is located in the first protrusion 140 at a location proximate to the opening, such that sound output from an audio output device of the speaker assembly passes through the opening and enters the user's ear canal.

[0061] FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the in-ear wireless earphone includes an air vent 300 and an airflow adjustment device 400. The air vent 300 is at least partially (i.e., at least partially) disposed within the custom housing 100, i.e., is at least partially formed by the custom housing 100. In an embodiment, a segment of the air vent 300 disposed within the custom housing 100 is disposed within the housing wall 110. For example, the segment of the air vent 300 disposed within the custom housing 100 may be formed during the manufacture of the custom housing 100, or may be additionally formed within the housing wall 110 after the custom housing 100 is manufactured. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the air vent 300 is disposed entirely within the custom housing 100, as shown in FIG. 3. In an exemplary embodiment, the air vent 300 is disposed entirely within the housing wall 110 of the custom housing 100. The vent 300 includes a first opening 300A that is exposed to a user's ear canal when the user wears the in-ear wireless earphone 10, and a second opening 300B that is exposed to the external environment. Thus, the first opening 300A is located on a first side 10A of the in-ear wireless earphone 10, and the second opening 300B is located on a second side 10B of the in-ear wireless earphone 10. In some embodiments, the vent 300 is a straight vent. In some embodiments, the vent 300 is a folded vent. A folded vent can provide a longer vent length in a relatively smaller volume than a straight vent, and is suitable for smaller volume in-ear wireless earphones 10 or custom housings 100.

[0062] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the airflow regulator 400 is mounted within the air vent 300. The air vent 300 and the airflow regulator 400 form at least a portion of an airway that is isolated from the inner cavity 120 of the custom housing 100. As used herein, "isolated" refers to no fluid communication between the airway and the inner cavity 120 of the custom housing 100 when the user wears the in-ear wireless earphone 10 (i.e., when the first portion of the custom housing 100 is inserted into the user's ear canal). The airway is configured to provide fluid communication between the user's ear canal and the external environment when the user wears the in-ear wireless earphone 10. The airway thereby provides fluid communication between the first side 10A and the second side 10B of the in-ear wireless earphone. By isolating the air passage from the inner cavity 120 of the custom housing 100, the impact of the ventilation airflow on the internal components and sound quality of the in-ear wireless earphone during ventilation through the air passage can be avoided or reduced, and the applicability and stability of the in-ear wireless earphone in different modes can be improved.

[0063] In one embodiment, the airflow regulator 400 is disposed at the second opening 300B of the vent 300, i.e., at an end located on the second side 10B of the vent 300. In one embodiment, the airflow regulator 400 is disposed at a position of the vent 300 away from both the first opening 300A and the second opening 300B, i.e., at a middle position of the vent 300.

[0064] According to some embodiments of the present invention, the air passage is at least partially disposed within the custom housing 100. In some embodiments, the air passage is completely disposed within the custom housing 100. In some embodiments, the air passage is a straight passage. In some embodiments, the air passage is a folded passage. A folded passage is suitable for placement in smaller housings and in-ear wireless earphones and can achieve an air passage of the same or longer length as a straight passage.

[0065] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow regulator 400 is configured to adjust the airflow of the air passage by an electric operation. Specifically, the airflow regulator 400 can open and close the air passage by opening and closing the air hole 300 by an electric operation. Thus, the air passage can be ventilated when the airflow regulator 400 is open, and a better listening effect can be provided when the airflow regulator 400 is closed.

[0066] When a user wears an in-ear wireless earphone with a custom housing, if the air vent is closed, the ear canal is sealed by the custom housing, and the user can have a better listening effect for music, etc. However, when the air vent is closed, the ear canal is sealed by the custom housing due to the ear clogging effect, and the air pressure inside and outside the ear canal is different, which causes discomfort and unnatural sounds when the user wears the earphone for a long time. By opening and closing the air vent 300 with the air flow regulator 400, the usage mode can be converted, the clogging effect can be overcome, the user's wearing comfort can be improved, and the earphone can be adapted to different usage scenarios.

[0067] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the airflow regulator 400 can be electrically operated to switch between a fully open state where the air passage is fully opened (100%) and a fully closed state where the air passage is fully closed (0%). In the fully open state, the air passage is in a maximum open state, and a maximum amount of airflow can be achieved. In the fully closed state, the air passage is in a completely closed state, and no air can pass through.

[0068] In one embodiment, the airflow regulator 400 may be electrically operated to one or more partially open states for partially opening the air passage in addition to the fully open and fully closed states described above. This allows the airflow regulator 400 to have multiple airflow gears. For example, the airflow regulator 400 may be electrically operated to a 25% open state, a 50% open state, a 75% open state, etc.

[0069] In one embodiment, the airflow regulator 400 is electrically operated to continuously adjust the airflow of the air passage, thereby allowing the airflow regulator 400 to be infinitely adjustable.

[0070] In one embodiment, the airflow adjustment device 400 is configured to adjust the audio characteristics of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 by adjusting the airflow of the air passage. Thus, the airflow adjustment device 400 can adjust the airflow of the air passage, i.e., the degree of opening of the air hole. When the air passage of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 is completely closed, the in-ear wireless earphone 10 can have a better noise reduction effect and audio listening experience. When the airflow adjustment device 400 opens the air passage of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 by electrically operating, the air passage is ventilated, and the user can receive the external environmental sound more clearly while avoiding the ear clogging effect, and the wearing comfort is improved. In addition, when the airflow adjustment device 400 electrically operates the air passage to have different airflows, the in-ear wireless earphone 10 has different audio characteristics, and the user can easily adjust his listening experience according to different needs.

[0071] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow adjusting device 400 can be controlled by wire or wireless to electrically adjust the airflow of the air passage. In an embodiment, the airflow adjusting device 400 can be connected to a wire or wireless terminal device, such as a computer, a mobile phone, a tablet computer, an audio player, a video processor, a game machine, a navigation device, etc., and can receive a control signal from the wire or wireless terminal device. Based on the corresponding control signal, the airflow adjusting device 400 can electrically adjust the airflow of the air passage. For example, a user can send a command to adjust the airflow of the air passage through application software (APP) on a mobile phone, and the airflow adjusting device 400 can electrically adjust the airflow of the air passage based on the command.

[0072] In some embodiments, the mounting position of the airflow regulator 400 can be located at the first opening 300A or the second opening 300B of the air vent 300. In some embodiments, the mounting position of the airflow regulator 400 can be located at a position away from both the first opening 300A and the second opening 300B of the air vent 300, i.e., at a middle position of the air vent 300. By mounting the airflow regulator 400 at different positions in the air vent, different in-ear wireless earphones 10 can have different audio cavities, thereby limiting different audio effects to meet personal needs.

[0073] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow adjustment device 400 is provided so as not to be exposed from the outer surface of the customized housing 100. Thus, except for the first opening 300A and the second opening 300B of the air vent 300, the airflow adjustment device 400 is enclosed in the customized housing 100 and cannot be observed or touched from the outside. By preventing the airflow adjustment device 400 from being exposed from the outer surface of the customized housing 100, the members of the airflow adjustment device 400 do not come into contact with the user's ear when the airflow adjustment device 400 performs electric adjustment, improving the user's experience and improving the accuracy of the airflow adjustment. In addition, the airflow adjustment device 400 is enclosed in the customized housing 100, which can prevent or reduce the entry of external foreign objects or contaminants into the airflow adjustment device 400, and can improve the stability of the airflow adjustment device 400 and the in-ear wireless earphone 10.

[0074] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow regulator 400 includes a movable part, a fixed part, and an electric actuator, and the electric actuator electrically drives the movable part to move relative to the fixed part to regulate the airflow of the air passage. Hereinafter, the airflow regulator according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0075] Solenoid valve structure According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow adjustment device can adopt an electromagnetic valve structure. Fig. 4A is a perspective view of an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4B is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4C is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device of an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4D is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device in an open state according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 4E is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device in a closed state according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0076] As shown in FIG. 4A, the in-ear wireless earphone 10 includes a custom housing 100, a panel 200, and an air vent 300. As shown in FIG. 4B, the air vent 300 of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 is disposed in the custom housing 100 and includes a mounting position 300C for mounting the airflow regulator 400. In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4B, the mounting position 300C is disposed at a position away from both the first opening 300A and the second opening 300B of the air vent 300, i.e., at a middle position of the air vent 300. In some embodiments, the mounting position 300C may be disposed at the first opening 300A or the second opening 300B of the air vent 300. Other members and configurations of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 are as described above, and will not be described here.

[0077] In some embodiments, the extension direction of the portion of the vent 300 at the attachment location 300C is generally linear, e.g., the vent 300 is a straight vent, or the vent 300 is an entirely folded vent but has a straight segment at the attachment location 300C.

[0078] According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 4C to 4E, the airflow regulator 400 includes a piston 410 (not shown in FIG. 4C) as a movable part, a housing 420 as a fixed part, and an electromagnetic unit 430 as an electric actuator. The housing 420 includes an opening 421 communicating with the air vent 300. The piston 410 is provided inside the housing 420. The piston 410 is movable relative to the housing 420 by the electromagnetic unit. In an embodiment, as shown in FIGS. 4D and 4E, the housing 420 includes an internal chamber 422, and the piston 410 is movable in the internal chamber 422. In an exemplary embodiment, the direction of movement of the piston 410 is approximately parallel to the extension direction of the air vent 300 in the airflow regulator 400. In this specification, "the extension direction of the air vent 300 in the airflow regulator 400" refers to the extension direction of the portion of the air vent 300 at the attachment position 300C, ie, the center line of the portion of the air vent 300 at the attachment position 300C.

[0079] 4D and 4E, the electromagnetic unit 430 includes an electromagnetic coil 431, and the piston 410 includes a magnet. The electromagnetic coil 431 generates an electromagnetic field when energized. In one embodiment, when observed along the movement direction of the piston 410, the electromagnetic coil 431 is disposed to surround the piston 410 along a radial direction. The electromagnetic coil 431 may be fixed on or inside the housing 420.

[0080] In one embodiment, the electromagnetic unit 430 further comprises a power line 432 that provides a driving current to the coil 431. In one embodiment, the power line 432 is electrically connected to a battery (not shown) of the in-ear wireless earphone 10. In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4B, the custom housing 110 comprises a window 150 facing the lumen 120, which allows the power line 432 of the electromagnetic unit 430 to pass through the window 150 and be electrically connected to the battery of the in-ear wireless earphone 10.

[0081] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow regulator 400 can adjust the airflow of the air passage by driving the movement of the piston 410 relative to the housing 420 by the electromagnetic unit 430. Specifically, when the electromagnetic coil 431 is powered on, an electromagnetic field is generated inside the electromagnetic coil 431, and the piston 410 opens and closes the opening 421 of the housing 420 by the magnetic field, thus opening and closing the air passage or adjusting the degree of opening of the air passage. When the electromagnetic coil 431 is powered off, the electromagnetic coil 431 no longer generates an electromagnetic field, and the piston 410 returns to a position to close or open the opening 421 of the housing 420, thereby closing or opening the air passage. In an exemplary embodiment, the piston 410 of the airflow regulator 400 is in a state of closing the opening 421 of the housing 420 when the electromagnetic coil 431 is not energized.

[0082] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the housing 420 has two openings 421 communicating with the vent hole 300, each located on either side of the piston 410. In an embodiment, as shown in Figures 4D and 4E, the electromagnetic unit 430 further includes a stopper portion 433. When the piston 410 is moved relative to the housing 420 by the electromagnetic coil 431 to open the opening 421 of the housing 420, the stopper portion 433 can limit the movement range of the piston 410 to prevent the piston 410 from moving to a position where the piston 410 closes the other opening 421 of the housing 420.

[0083] In one embodiment, the airflow regulating device 400 further includes a connecting tube 440. The connecting tube 440 is in fluid communication with the opening 421 of the casing 420. The airflow regulating device 400 is connected to the vent 300 of the earphone 10 through the connecting tube 440. The connecting tube 440 connects the housing 420 of the airflow regulating device 400 to the vent 300. In one embodiment, the connecting tube 440 is a flexible connecting tube. The airflow regulating device 400 can more advantageously achieve isolating the airway and the cavity 120 of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 through the connecting tube 440. However, the method of the present invention for achieving airway and cavity isolation is not limited thereto.

[0084] In some embodiments, housing 420 is a housing that is separate from custom housing 100. However, the invention is not limited in this respect. In some embodiments, housing 420 may be formed with custom housing 100, i.e., housing 420 may be formed integrally with custom housing 100.

[0085] The airflow regulator 400 having a solenoid valve structure has been described above with reference to Figures 4A to 4E. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Next, airflow regulators 400 having other solenoid valve structures will be described with reference to the drawings.

[0086] FIG 5A is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG 5B is an exploded schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device of an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG 5C is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device in an open state according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG 5D is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device in a closed state according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0087] As shown in FIG. 5A, the in-ear wireless earphone 10 includes a custom housing 100, a panel 200, and an air vent 300. The air vent 300 of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 is disposed in the custom housing 100, and includes a mounting position 300C for mounting an airflow regulator 400. In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5A, the mounting position 300C is disposed at a position away from both the first opening 300A and the second opening 300B of the air vent 300, i.e., at a middle position of the air vent 300. In some embodiments, the mounting position 300C may be disposed at the first opening 300A or the second opening 300B of the air vent 300. Other members and configurations of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 are as described above, and will not be described here.

[0088] According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figures 5B to 5D, the airflow regulator 400 includes a piston 410 as a movable part, a housing 420 as a fixed part, and an electromagnetic unit 430 as an electric actuator. The housing 420 includes an opening 421 communicating with the air vent 300. The piston 410 is provided inside the valve body 420. The piston 410 is movable relative to the housing 420 by the electromagnetic unit 430. In an embodiment, as shown in Figures 5C and 5D, the housing 420 includes an internal chamber 422, and the piston 410 is movable in the internal chamber 422. In an exemplary embodiment, the direction of movement of the piston 410 intersects with the extension direction of the air vent 300 in the airflow regulator 400, and is, for example, approximately perpendicular.

[0089] In one embodiment, the electromagnetic unit 430 comprises an electromagnet 434, and the piston 410 comprises a magnet. The electromagnet 434 is magnetic when energized. In one embodiment, the electromagnet 434 is positioned to at least partially overlap the piston 410 when viewed along the direction of movement of the piston 410. The electromagnet 434 may be fixed on or inside the housing 420.

[0090] In one embodiment, the electromagnetic unit 430 further comprises a power line 432 that provides a driving current to the electromagnet 434. In one embodiment, the power line 432 is electrically connected to a battery (not shown) of the in-ear wireless earphone 10. In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5A, the custom housing 110 comprises a window 150 facing the inner cavity 120, and the power line 432 of the electromagnetic unit 430 can pass through the window 150 and be electrically connected to the battery of the in-ear wireless earphone 10.

[0091] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the airflow regulator 400 can adjust the airflow of the air passage by driving the piston 410 to move relative to the housing 420 using the electromagnet 434. Specifically, when the electromagnet 434 is powered on, the electromagnet 434 generates magnetism and attracts or repels the piston 410 to open or close the opening 421 of the housing 420, thereby opening or closing the air passage or adjusting the degree of opening of the air passage. When the electromagnet 434 is powered off, the magnetism of the electromagnet 434 disappears and the piston 410 returns to a position that closes or opens the opening 421 of the housing 420, thereby closing or opening the air passage. In an exemplary embodiment, the piston 410 of the airflow regulator 400 closes the opening 421 of the housing 420 when the electromagnet 434 is not energized.

[0092] 5C and 5D, the electromagnetic unit 430 further includes a magnetic limiting portion 435. The magnetic limiting portion 435 may be a magnet or an electromagnet. For example, when the electromagnet 434 is turned off, the piston 410 may be attracted or repelled by the magnetic limiting portion 435 and return to a position that closes or opens the opening 421 of the housing 420. In an embodiment, as described above with reference to the stopper portion 433, the magnetic limiting portion 435 may also limit the range of movement of the piston 410.

[0093] In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 5A to 5D, the other configuration of the airflow regulator 400 is as described above, and a description thereof will be omitted here.

[0094] Butterfly valve structure According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow adjustment device can adopt a butterfly valve structure. Figure 6A is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 6B is an exploded schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device of an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 6C is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device in an open state according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 6D is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device in a closed state according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0095] As shown in FIG. 6A, the in-ear wireless earphone 10 includes a custom housing 100, a panel 200, and an air vent 300. The air vent 300 of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 is disposed within the custom housing 100, and includes a mounting position 300C for mounting an airflow regulator 400 (not shown in FIG. 6A). In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG. 6A, the mounting position 300C is disposed at a position away from both the first opening 300A and the second opening 300B of the air vent 300, i.e., at a middle position of the air vent 300. In some embodiments, the mounting position 300C may be disposed at the second opening 300B of the air vent 300. In the embodiments shown in FIGS. 6A to 6D, other members and configurations of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 are as described above, and will not be described here.

[0096] According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figs. 6B to 6D, the airflow regulator 400 includes a valve plate 510 as a movable part, a valve body 520 as a fixed part, and a motor 530 of an electric actuator. The valve body 520 includes an opening 621 communicating with the air hole 300. The valve plate 510 is provided inside the valve body 520. The valve plate 510 can rotate relative to the valve body 520, i.e., can rotate within the valve body 520. In an embodiment, the motor 530 is a stepping motor. In an exemplary embodiment, the axis of rotation of the valve plate 510 intersects with the extension direction of the air hole 300 in the airflow regulator 400, and is, for example, approximately vertical.

[0097] In an exemplary embodiment, the airflow regulator 400 further comprises a valve plate fixing member 540 disposed on the exterior of the valve body 520, and the valve plate 510 comprises an extension 511. The extension 511 passes through the wall of the valve body 520 and is fixedly connected to the valve plate fixing member 540. In one embodiment, the extension 511 of the valve plate 510 is fixed to the valve plate fixing member 540 by an adhesive or the like.

[0098] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow regulator 400 further includes a first engagement portion 551 torsionally connected to the valve plate 510, and a second engagement portion 552 torsionally connected to the output shaft 531 of the motor 530. The first engagement portion 551 and the second engagement portion 552 are engaged with each other. In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in Figs. 6B to 6D, the first engagement portion 551 and the second engagement portion 552 are tooth-shaped engagement portions, respectively, whereby the first engagement portion 551 and the second engagement portion 552 mesh with each other. In this specification, the "tooth-shaped engagement portion" refers to a member for gear transmission, including but not limited to a gear, a rack, a worm wheel, a worm, and the like. In an exemplary embodiment, the first engagement portion 551 is a straight bevel gear, and the second engagement portion 552 is a straight bevel gear. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the first engagement portion 551 and the second engagement portion 552 may be other types of tooth-shaped engagement portions as long as they can rotate the valve plate 510 by meshing with each other.

[0099] In some embodiments, the first engagement portion 551 and the valve plate 510 are integrally formed. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In some embodiments, the valve plate 510 and the first engagement portion 551 may be formed separately and then connected together. For example, the valve plate 510 and the first engagement portion 551 may be connected to each other by adhesive, screws, etc.

[0100] 6A, the custom housing 110 includes a window 150 facing the lumen 120, and a power line (not shown) of the motor 530 can be electrically connected to a battery (not shown) of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 through the window 150. In one embodiment, the motor 530 of the airflow regulator 400 can be disposed within the lumen 120 of the housing wall 110 through the window 150.

[0101] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow regulator 400 can adjust the airflow of the air passage by rotating the valve plate 510 with the motor 530. Specifically, when the motor 530 is powered on, the output shaft 531 and the second engagement portion 552 of the motor 530 rotate, driving the first engagement portion 551 and the valve plate 510 to rotate relative to the valve body 520, thereby opening and closing the air passage or adjusting the degree of opening of the air passage.

[0102] As described above, the valve plate 510 and the valve plate fixing part 540 are connected by adhesive. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Hereinafter, other connection forms between the valve plate 510 and the valve plate fixing part 540 of the airflow regulator will be described. In one embodiment, the valve plate fixing part 540 has a female thread hole, and the extension part 511 of the valve plate 510 has a male thread, and the extension part 511 penetrates the wall of the valve body 520 and screws into the female thread hole of the valve plate fixing part 540. In one embodiment, the valve plate fixing part of the airflow regulator 400 is a pin, and the extension part 511 of the valve plate 510 has a hole, the extension part 511 can penetrate the wall of the valve body 520, and the valve plate fixing part as the pin can be inserted into the hole of the extension part 511, thereby fixing and restraining the valve plate 510. In one embodiment, the pin may be fixed to the hole of the extension part 511 by adhesive or the like.

[0103] In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 6A to 6D, the other configuration of the airflow regulator 400 is as described above, and a description thereof will be omitted here.

[0104] Opening rotating lid structure According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow adjustment device can adopt an open rotating lid structure. Fig. 7A is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 7B is an exploded schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device of an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 7C is a schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device in an open state according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 7D is a schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device in a closed state according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0105] As shown in FIG. 7A, the in-ear wireless earphone 10 includes a custom housing 100, a panel 200, and an air vent 300. The air vent 300 of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 is provided in the custom housing 100, and includes a mounting position 300C for mounting an airflow regulator 400 (not shown in FIG. 7A). In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7A, the mounting position 300C is provided at a position away from both the first opening 300A and the second opening 300B of the air vent 300, i.e., at a middle position of the air vent 300. In some embodiments, the mounting position 300C may be provided at the second opening 300B of the air vent 300. In the embodiments shown in FIGS. 7A to 7D, the other members and configurations of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 are as described above, and will not be described here.

[0106] According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figures 7B to 7D, airflow regulator 400 includes rotating cover 610 as a movable part, base 620 as a fixed part, and motor 630 as an electric actuator. Rotating cover 610 includes opening 611, and base 620 includes opening 621. Rotating cover 610 is rotatable relative to base 620. By rotating rotating cover 610 relative to base 620, opening 611 of rotating cover 610 and opening 621 of base 620 communicate with each other and with ventilation hole 300, thereby achieving ventilation of the ventilation path.

[0107] In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 7B-7D, the pivotable cover 610 is disposed so as to at least partially overlap the base 620 along the axis of rotation of the pivotable cover 610. In one embodiment, the pivotable cover 610 is disposed closer to the second opening 300B of the vent 300 than the base 620, i.e., when the user wears the in-ear wireless earphone 10, the pivotable cover 610 is closer to the external environment. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In another embodiment, the pivotable cover 610 is disposed farther from the second opening 300B of the vent 300 than the base 620, i.e., when the user wears the in-ear wireless earphone 10, the pivotable cover 610 is closer to the user's ear canal.

[0108] In an exemplary embodiment, the axis of rotation of the pivotable cover 610 is substantially parallel to the extension direction of the vent hole 300 in the airflow regulator 400. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In one embodiment, the axis of rotation of the pivotable cover 610 intersects, for example is substantially perpendicular to, the extension direction of the vent hole 300 in the airflow regulator 400.

[0109] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7B to FIG. 7D, the rotating cover 610 includes an annular cavity 612 and a connecting portion 613, and the connecting portion 613 is disposed within the annular cavity 612. The opening 611 of the rotating cover 610 is surrounded and formed by the annular cavity 612 and the connecting portion 613. The base 620 includes an annular cavity 622 and a connecting portion 623, and the connecting portion 623 is disposed within the annular cavity 622. The opening 621 of the base 620 is surrounded and formed by the annular cavity 622 and the connecting portion 623. The rotating cover 610 and the base 620 are installed within the vent hole 300 by the annular cavities 612 and 622, respectively. It should be understood that the present invention does not particularly limit the number of openings and connecting portions of the rotating cover and the base.

[0110] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7B, the airflow regulator 400 further includes a pivot cover fixing member 640 and a pin shaft 650 installed at one end of the base 620 away from the pivot cover 610. The base 620 has a through hole. The pin shaft 650 penetrates the base 620 to connect the pivot cover 610 and the pivot cover fixing member 640, and fixes and restrains the pivot cover 610. In an exemplary embodiment, the pin shaft 650 is fixedly connected to the pivot cover fixing member 640. In one embodiment, the pin shaft 650 has a male thread (as shown in FIG. 7B), the pivot cover 610 has a female threaded hole (not shown), and the pin shaft 650 penetrates the base 620 and is screwed into the female threaded hole of the pivot cover 610 to connect the pivot cover 610 and the pivot cover fixing member 640 to each other.

[0111] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the pin shaft 650 and the pivotable lid fixing member 640 are connected to each other in a torsion-resistant manner. In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7B, the pin shaft 650 and the pivotable lid fixing member 640 are integrally formed. In one embodiment, the pin shaft 650 and the pivotable lid fixing member 640 may be formed separately and then connected to each other. For example, the pin shaft 650 and the pivotable lid fixing member 640 may be connected to each other by adhesive, screws, etc.

[0112] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow regulator 400 further includes a first engagement portion 661 that is torsionally connected to the rotary lid 610, and a second engagement portion 662 that is torsionally connected to the output shaft 631 of the motor 630. The first engagement portion 661 and the second engagement portion 662 are engaged with each other. In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG. 7B to FIG. 7D, the first engagement portion 661 and the second engagement portion 662 are each a tooth-shaped engagement portion, whereby the first engagement portion 661 and the second engagement portion 662 mesh with each other. In an exemplary embodiment, the first engagement portion 661 is a spur gear, and the second engagement portion 662 is a spur gear. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the first engagement portion 661 and the second engagement portion 662 may be other types of tooth-shaped engagement portions as long as they can rotate the rotary lid 610 by meshing with each other.

[0113] In one embodiment, the first engagement portion 661 is integrally formed with the rotating cover 610. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In one embodiment, the rotating cover 610 and the first engagement portion 661 may be formed separately and then connected to each other. For example, the rotating cover 610 and the first engagement portion 661 may be connected to each other by adhesive, screws, etc.

[0114] 7A, the custom housing 110 includes a window 150 facing the lumen 120, and a power line (not shown) of the motor 630 can be electrically connected to a battery (not shown) of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 through the window 150. In one embodiment, the motor 630 of the airflow regulator 400 can be disposed within the lumen 120 of the housing wall 110 through the window 150.

[0115] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow regulator 400 can adjust the airflow of the air passage by driving the rotation of the rotating lid 610 relative to the base 620 with the motor 630. Specifically, when the motor 630 is powered on, the output shaft 631 and the second engagement part 662 of the motor 630 rotate to drive the first engagement part 661 and the rotating lid 610 to rotate relative to the base 620, thereby opening and closing the air passage or adjusting the degree to which the air passage is open.

[0116] Above, the airflow regulator 400 having an open rotating lid structure according to an embodiment of the present invention has been described with reference to Figures 7A to 7D. However, a person skilled in the art will understand that the structure of the open rotating lid of the present invention is not limited thereto. Hereinafter, the airflow regulator having an open rotating lid structure according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0117] In one embodiment, unlike the embodiment shown in Figs. 7A to 7D, the base 620 may not have an annular cavity. As a result, the opening 621 of the base 620 is formed by being surrounded by the adjacent connecting portion 623 and the inner wall of the vent 300. Fig. 8 is a perspective view of an in-ear wireless earphone according to one embodiment of the present invention. In one embodiment, as shown in Fig. 8, the vent 300 has a locking groove for receiving the connecting portion 623 of the base 620 (not shown in Fig. 8). When the base 620 of the airflow regulator 400 is provided in the vent 300, at least a part of the connecting portion 623 of the base 620 is located in the corresponding locking groove. As a result, the base 620 is more firmly installed in the vent 300, preventing the base 620 from rotating and facilitating the rotation of the rotating cover 610 relative to the base 620 by electric operation.

[0118] In the above, it is described that the pin shaft 650 is first fixedly connected (e.g., integrally formed) to the rotating cover fixing member 640, and then the pin shaft 650 is connected to the rotating cover 610. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In an embodiment, the pin shaft 650 may be first fixedly connected (e.g., integrally formed) to the rotating cover 610, and then connected to the rotating cover fixing member 640. For example, the pin shaft 650 and the rotating cover 610 may be connected to each other by adhesive, screws, etc., or may be integrally formed.

[0119] Check valve structure According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow adjustment device can adopt a check valve structure. FIG. 9A is a perspective view of an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9B is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9C is an exploded schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device of an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9D is a schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9E is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device in an open state according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 9F is a partial cross-sectional schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device in a closed state according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0120] As shown in FIG. 9A, the in-ear wireless earphone 10 includes a custom housing 100, a panel 200, and an air vent 300. As shown in FIG. 9B, the air vent 300 of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 is disposed in the custom housing 100, and includes a mounting location 300C for mounting an airflow regulator 400 (not shown in FIG. 9B). In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9B, the mounting location 300C is disposed at the second opening 300B of the air vent 300. In one embodiment, the mounting location 300C is disposed at a location away from both the first opening 300A and the second opening 300B of the air vent 300, i.e., at a middle location of the air vent 300. In the embodiments shown in FIG. 9A to FIG. 9F, other members and configurations of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 are as described above, and will not be described here.

[0121] According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figures 9C to 9F, the airflow regulator 400 includes a valve core 710 as a movable part, a valve seat 720 as a fixed part, and a motor 730 as an electric actuator. The valve seat 720 includes a fluid passage 821 that communicates with an air hole. The valve core 710 moves relative to the valve seat 720 to open and close the fluid passage 821 or adjust the degree of opening of the air passage.

[0122] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow regulator 400 further includes a first engagement portion 741 that engages with the valve core 710 and a second engagement portion 742 that is torsionally connected to the output shaft 731 of the motor 730. The first engagement portion 741 and the second engagement portion 742 are engaged with each other. In an embodiment, as shown in FIG. 9C and FIG. 9D, the first engagement portion 741 and the second engagement portion 742 are tooth-shaped engagement portions, respectively, so that the first engagement portion 741 and the second engagement portion 742 mesh with each other. In an exemplary embodiment, the first engagement portion 741 is a helical tooth rack, and the second engagement portion 742 is a helical cylindrical tooth. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the first engagement portion 741 and the second engagement portion 742 may be other types of tooth-shaped engagement portions as long as they can be driven to move the valve core 710 by meshing with each other.

[0123] In some embodiments, the first engagement portion 741 and the valve core 710 are independent members. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In some embodiments, the first engagement portion 741 and the valve core 710 may be fixedly connected to each other. For example, the first engagement portion 741 and the valve core 710 may be connected to each other by adhesive, screws, etc. In some embodiments, the first engagement portion 741 and the valve core 710 may be integrally formed.

[0124] 9C, 9E, and 9F, the airflow regulator 400 further includes a spring 750. The spring 750 is configured to apply an elastic force to the valve body 710. When the motor 730 applies pressure to the valve core 710, the pressure resists the elastic force of the spring 750, and the valve core 710 can move closer to or farther from the valve seat 720 to close or open the fluid passage 821.

[0125] In one embodiment, as shown in Figures 9C-9F, the direction of movement of the valve core 710 is substantially parallel to the direction of extension of the vent holes 300 in the airflow regulator 400. However, the present invention is not limited to this. In one embodiment, the direction of movement of the valve core 710 intersects, for example is substantially perpendicular to, the direction of extension of the vent holes 300 in the airflow regulator 400.

[0126] 9B, the custom housing 110 includes a window 150 facing the lumen 120, and a power line (not shown) of the motor 730 can be electrically connected to a battery (not shown) of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 through the window 150. In one embodiment, the motor 730 of the airflow regulator 400 can be disposed within the lumen 120 of the housing wall 110 through the window 150.

[0127] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow regulator 400 can adjust the airflow of the air passage by driving the valve core 710 with the motor 730 so that it moves relative to the valve seat 720. Specifically, when the motor 730 is powered on, the output shaft 731 and the second engagement portion 742 of the motor 730 rotate to drive the first engagement portion 741 and the valve core 710 to move relative to the valve seat 720, and the valve core 710 moves closer to or away from the valve seat 720 to open or close the air passage or adjust the degree of opening of the air passage.

[0128] Squeeze type structure According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow adjustment device can adopt a throttle structure. Figure 10A is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 10B is an exploded schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device of an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 10C is a schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device in an open state according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 10D is a schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device in a closed state according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0129] As shown in FIG. 10A, the in-ear wireless earphone 10 includes a custom housing 100, a panel 200, and an air vent 300. The air vent 300 of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 is disposed within the custom housing 100 and includes a mounting position 300C for mounting an airflow regulator 400 (not shown in FIG. 10A). In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10A, the mounting position 300C may be disposed at a position away from both the first opening 300A and the second opening 300B of the air vent 300, i.e., at a middle position of the air vent 300. In one embodiment, the mounting position 300C is disposed at the second opening 300B of the air vent 300. In the embodiments shown in FIGS. 10A to 10D, other members and configurations of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 are as described above, and will not be described here.

[0130] According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Figs. 10B to 10D, the airflow regulator 400 includes a plurality of vanes 810 as a movable part, a fixed seat 820 as a fixed part, a rotating wheel 830, and a motor 840 as an electric actuator. The fixed seat 820 includes a fluid passage 821 communicating with the air hole 300. The rotating wheel 830 is movable relative to the fixed seat 820. The rotating wheel 830 can drive the vanes 810 to rotate relative to the fixed seat 820 by driving the rotating wheel 830 to rotate. By the rotation of the rotating wheel 830 relative to the fixed seat 820, the vanes 810 can be coupled to each other to close the fluid passage 821 of the fixed seat 820, or separated from each other to open the fluid passage 821 of the fixed seat 820, thereby adjusting the airflow of the air passage.

[0131] 10B, in an exemplary embodiment, the blade 810 has a first protrusion 811 protruding from one side and a second protrusion 812 protruding from the other side, the rotating wheel 830 has a driving groove 831 that fits with the first protrusion 811, and the fixed seat 820 has a sliding groove 822 that fits with the second protrusion 812. When the rotating wheel 830 rotates relative to the fixed seat 820, the first protrusion 811 of the blade 810 moves in the driving groove 831, and the second protrusion 812 moves in the sliding groove 822.

[0132] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow regulator 400 further includes a first engagement portion 851 torsionally connected to the rotating wheel 830 and a second engagement portion 852 torsionally connected to the output shaft 841 of the motor 840. The first engagement portion 851 and the second engagement portion 852 are transmissively engaged with each other. In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10B to FIG. 10D, the first engagement portion 851 and the second engagement portion 852 are each a toothed engagement portion. In an embodiment, the first engagement portion 851 is a spur gear, and the second engagement portion 852 is a spur gear. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the first engagement portion 851 and the second engagement portion 852 may be other types of toothed engagement portions as long as they are joined to each other to rotate the rotating wheel 830.

[0133] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 10B, the first engagement portion 851 and the rotating wheel 830 are integrally formed. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In one embodiment, the first engagement portion 851 and the rotating wheel 830 may be formed separately and then connected together. For example, the first engagement portion 851 and the rotating wheel 830 may be connected to each other by adhesive, screws, etc.

[0134] In an exemplary embodiment, the axis of rotation of the wheel 830 and the direction of extension of the vent 300 in the airflow regulator 400 are substantially parallel to each other. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In one embodiment, the axis of rotation of the wheel 830 and the direction of extension of the vent 300 in the airflow regulator 400 intersect, for example, are substantially perpendicular to each other.

[0135] 10A, the custom housing 110 includes a window 150 facing the inner cavity 120, and a power line (not shown) of the motor 840 can be electrically connected to a battery (not shown) of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 through the window 150. In one embodiment, the motor 840 of the airflow regulator 400 can be disposed within the inner cavity 120 of the housing wall 110 through the window 150.

[0136] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow regulator 400 can adjust the airflow of the air passage by driving the rotation of the rotating wheel 830 relative to the fixed base 820 with the motor 840, thereby moving the blades 810 relative to the fixed base 820. Specifically, when the motor 840 is powered on, the output shaft 841 and the second engagement portion 852 of the motor 840 rotate, driving the first engagement portion 851 and the rotating wheel 830 to rotate, thereby moving the blades 810 relative to the fixed base 820 and opening or closing the air passage or adjusting the degree to which the air passage is open.

[0137] Pluggable structure According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow adjustment device can adopt a plug-type structure. FIG. 11A is a perspective view of an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 11B is a schematic cross-sectional view of an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 11C is an exploded schematic view of an airflow adjustment device of an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 11D is a schematic cross-sectional view of an airflow adjustment device in an open state according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 11E is a schematic cross-sectional view of a part of an airflow adjustment device in an open state according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 11F is a schematic cross-sectional view of an airflow adjustment device in a closed state according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 11G is a schematic cross-sectional view of a part of an airflow adjustment device in a closed state according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 11H is a schematic cross-sectional view of a part of an airflow adjustment device in a partially open state according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0138] As shown in FIG. 11A, the in-ear wireless earphone 10 includes a custom housing 100, a panel 200, and an air vent 300. As shown in FIG. 11B, the air vent 300 of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 is disposed in the custom housing 100 and includes a mounting location 300C for mounting an airflow regulator 400 (not shown in FIG. 11B). In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11B, the mounting location 300C is provided at the second opening 300B of the air vent 300. In some embodiments, the airflow regulator 400 may be mounted at a location away from both the first opening 300A and the second opening 300B of the air vent 300, i.e., at a middle position of the air vent 300. In the embodiments shown in FIG. 11A to FIG. 11H, other members and configurations of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 are as described above, and will not be described here.

[0139] According to an embodiment of the present invention, as shown in Fig. 11A to Fig. 11H, the airflow regulator 400 includes a plug member 910 as a movable part, a plug base 920 as a fixed part, and a motor 930 as an electric actuator. The plug base 920 includes a fluid passage 921 communicating with the air vent 300. The plug base 920 is fixed to the air vent 300 of the in-ear wireless earphone 10. In the exemplary embodiment, the plug base 920 is a separate mounting base, i.e., formed separately from the custom housing 100. The plug member 910 moves relative to the plug base 920 to open and close the fluid passage 921 of the plug base 920, thereby opening and closing the airflow path or adjusting the airflow amount of the airflow path.

[0140] According to one embodiment of the present invention, the plug member 910 can move linearly relative to the plug seat 920. In an exemplary embodiment, the direction of movement of the plug member 910 is substantially parallel to the extension direction of the air vent 300 in the airflow regulator 400. In an exemplary embodiment, the plug member 910 can be inserted into and removed from the plug seat 920, as shown in Figures 11C-11H.

[0141] 11C-11H, the plug member 910 includes a fluid passage 911. The fluid passage 911 of the plug member 910 can communicate between the fluid passage 921 of the plug seat 920 and the external environment. When the plug member 910 is inserted into the plug seat 920, the fluid path 911 of the plug member 910 is in fluid communication with the fluid path 921 of the plug seat 920.

[0142] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow regulator 400 further includes a first engagement portion 941 that engages with the plug member 910 and a second engagement portion 942 that is torsionally connected to the output shaft 931 of the motor 930. The first engagement portion 941 and the second engagement portion 942 are transmission-engaged with each other. In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11C, the first engagement portion 941 has a female thread, the second engagement portion 942 has a male thread, and the first engagement portion 941 and the second engagement portion 942 are screwed together. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In other embodiments, the first engagement portion 941 and the second engagement portion 942 may be other types of engagement portions, such as tooth-shaped engagement portions, as long as they can be transmission-engaged with each other to drive the plug member 910 to move.

[0143] In one embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11C, the first engagement portion 941 is fixedly connected to the plug member 910, for example, via a connecting member 943. However, the present invention is not limited to this. In one embodiment, the first engagement portion 941 and the plug member 910 are members independent of each other. For example, the plug member 910 is movably supported by the first engagement portion 941 (for example, the connecting member 943), and moves with the movement of the first engagement portion 941.

[0144] In one embodiment, as shown in Fig. 11C, the second engagement portion 942 is integrally formed with the output shaft 931 of the motor 930, i.e., the second engagement portion 942 is a male screw formed on the output shaft 931. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In one embodiment, the second engagement portion 942 and the output shaft 931 may be formed separately and then fixedly connected together. For example, the second engagement portion 942 and the output shaft 931 may be connected to each other by adhesive, screws, etc.

[0145] 11B, the custom housing 110 includes a window 150 facing the lumen 120, and a power line (not shown) of the motor 930 can be electrically connected to a battery (not shown) of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 through the window 150. In one embodiment, the motor 930 of the airflow regulator 400 can be disposed within the lumen 120 of the housing wall 110 through the window 150.

[0146] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the airflow regulator 400 can adjust the airflow of the air passage by driving the plug member 910 to move relative to the plug seat 920 with the motor 930. Specifically, when the motor 930 is powered on, the output shaft 931 and the second engagement portion 942 of the motor 930 rotate to drive the first engagement portion 941 and the plug member 910 to move relative to the plug seat 920, and the plug member 910 is inserted into or removed from the plug seat 920 to open or close the air passage or adjust the degree of opening of the air passage.

[0147] In an embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11H, when ventilation of the ventilation passage is realized, the plug member 910 can be partially removed from the plug seat 920 by being driven by a motor 930, and does not need to be completely removed from the plug seat 920. Thus, while the plug member 910 is removed from the plug seat 920 in stages, the plug member 910 may be held at different positions relative to the plug seat 920 to allow different degrees of ventilation. In an embodiment, as shown in FIG. 11E, FIG. 11G, and FIG. 11H, the plug member 910 includes a position restricting portion 912, and the plug seat 920 includes a corresponding position restricting portion 922. Thus, by the engagement of the position restricting portions 912 and 922, the plug member 910 can be restricted to different positions relative to the plug seat 920, and therefore different degrees of ventilation can be more easily realized.

[0148] In the above, the airflow regulator 400 having a plug structure according to an embodiment of the present invention has been described with a separate plug seat 920. However, the present invention is not limited thereto. In one embodiment, the plug seat can be formed from the custom housing 100. In an exemplary embodiment, the plug seat and the custom housing 100 are integrally formed. The plug member 910 can be inserted into or removed from the plug seat formed by the custom housing 100.

[0149] As described above, the plug member 910 of the airflow regulator 400 according to the embodiment of the present invention can be inserted into and removed from the plug base 920. However, the present invention is not limited to this. FIG. 12A is an exploded schematic view of an airflow regulator for an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 12B is a schematic view of an airflow regulator in an open state according to an embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 12C is a schematic view of an airflow regulator in a closed state according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in FIGS. 12A to 12C, the plug member 910 is provided in the form of a cap, and can be moved to cover the plug base 920 or removed from the plug base 920, and does not need to be inserted into or removed from the plug base 920. When the motor 930 is powered on, the output shaft 931 and the second engagement portion 942 of the motor 930 rotate, driving the first engagement portion 941 and the plug member 910 to move relative to the plug seat 920, causing the plug member 910 to move away from or approach the plug seat 920, thereby opening and closing the air passage or adjusting the degree to which the air passage is open.

[0150] It has been described that the movement direction of the plug member 910 described above is approximately parallel to the extension direction of the ventilation hole 300 in the airflow regulator 400. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Hereinafter, an airflow regulator having a plug-type structure according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0151] Figure 13A is a cross-sectional schematic diagram of an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 13B is an exploded schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device of an in-ear wireless earphone according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 13C is a schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device in an open state according to an embodiment of the present invention. Figure 13D is a schematic diagram of an airflow adjustment device in a closed state according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0152] As shown in FIG. 13A, the in-ear wireless earphone 10 includes a custom housing 100, a panel 200, and an air vent 300. The air vent 300 of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 is disposed within the custom housing 100, and includes a mounting location 300C for mounting an airflow regulator 400 (not shown in FIG. 13A). In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG. 13A, the airflow regulator 400 may be mounted at a location away from both the first opening 300A and the second opening 300B of the air vent 300, i.e., at a middle location of the air vent 300. In one embodiment, the mounting location 300C is disposed at the second opening 300B of the air vent 300. In the embodiments shown in FIGS. 13A to 13D, other members and configurations of the in-ear wireless earphone 10 are as described above, and will not be described here.
