Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a clothes hanger.
Background Art
[0002] When hanging clothes such as T-shirts on a non-deformable type of hanger (clothes hanger) widely used in ordinary households, etc., the operation of passing the left and right arms of the hanger through the collar opening (hole for the wearer's neck) of the clothes can be performed relatively easily if possible.
[0003] On the other hand, when the collar opening of the clothes is small and the arms of the hanger cannot pass through, the hanger is inserted into the inside of the clothes from the hem side, and while guiding the left and right arms of the hanger into the left and right sleeve openings (holes for the wearer's arms) of the clothes, the hook portion of the hanger must be passed through the collar opening of the clothes. Since this operation is performed on the hanger inside the clothes that cannot be visually observed from the outside, the hanger often gets caught on the clothes or moves in an unintended direction during the process, and it tends to be time-consuming. And if one dislikes this trouble and forcibly passes the arms of the hanger through the collar opening from the outside of the clothes, there is a risk that the collar opening will be widened by the hanger and the fabric will stretch or be damaged.
[0004] Therefore, if a hanger (for example, Patent Document 1) that can pass the left and right arms of the hanger through the collar opening in a state where the arms are folded downward and then open and maintain the arms is used, the above-mentioned trouble can be saved.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0006] However, the hanger described in Patent Document 1 has a problem that the number of parts is large and it is difficult to reduce the manufacturing cost.
[0007] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above matters, and an object thereof is to provide a clothing hanger that can be passed through a collar while the left and right arms are folded downward and then the arms can be opened and maintained, and that can easily reduce the manufacturing cost by reducing the number of parts.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0008] In order to achieve the above object, a clothing hanger according to the present invention includes a main body having leg portions that are substantially U-shaped in side view on the left and right below a hook portion, and left and right arms that are integrally rotatable about an axis extending in the front-rear direction by a connecting portion and can be opened and closed. The left and right arms in the opened state have a rising portion that extends upward from the connecting portion, a straddle portion that extends outward in the left-right direction and in a mountain shape and straddles the lower end of the leg portion, and a shoulder portion that extends outward in the left-right direction from the straddle portion. When the connecting portion moves in a direction in which it rises relative to the main body, the straddle portion is configured to be separated from the lower end of the leg portion (Claim 1).
[0009] In the above clothing hanger, the main body may have a guide portion that extends downward between the two leg portions and guides the connecting portion that moves up and down (Claim 2).
[0010] The above clothing hanger may have an operating rod that is integrated with the connecting portion to perform the lifting operation of the connecting portion and extends above the connecting portion (Claim 3).
Effects of the Invention
[0011] In the present invention, a clothing hanger can be obtained that can be passed through a collar while the left and right arms are folded downward and then the arms can be opened and maintained, and that can easily reduce the manufacturing cost by reducing the number of parts.
[0012] That is, in the clothes hanger of the invention according to each claim of the present application, the left and right arms that can be opened and closed can be opened and closed and folded downward when the straddle portion is separated from the lower end of the leg portion (in a state where it does not straddle the lower end of the leg portion), and the left and right arms in the folded downward state can be passed through the collar, and then the arms can be opened. On the other hand, when the straddle portion of the left and right arms in the opened state straddles the lower end of the leg portion, the left and right arms are restricted by the leg portion and cannot be closed, that is, the left and right arms can be maintained in the opened state. Further, the clothes hanger of the present invention can easily reduce the manufacturing cost by reducing the number of parts.
[0013] In the clothes hanger of the invention according to claim 2, by guiding the connecting portion by the guide portion, it is possible to ensure smooth opening and closing of the left and right arms and prevent the left and right arms from swaying with respect to the main body.
[0014] In the clothes hanger of the invention according to claim 3, by using the operating rod, it is possible to facilitate the opening and closing operation of the left and right arms.

Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention
[0016] Embodiments of the present invention will be described below.
[0017] The clothing hanger (hereinafter referred to as "hanger") H shown in FIGS. 1(A) and (B), FIGS. 2(A) and (B), and FIGS. 3(A) to (E) has a main body 3 having leg portions 2 that are substantially U-shaped in side view on the left and right below the hook portion 1 (see particularly FIG. 1(C)), and left and right arms 5 and 6 that are integrally rotatable about an axis extending in the front-rear direction and are openable and closable by a connecting portion 7 (or a connecting member 4 that connects the connecting portion 7). In addition, the front, rear, upper, lower, left, and right of the hanger H in this specification refer to the front, rear, upper, lower, left, and right directions when the hanger H is viewed as shown in FIG. 2(A).
[0018] And, the left and right arms 5 and 6 in the opened state extend upward from a rising portion 8 connected to the connecting portion 7 connected to the connecting member 4, as shown in FIGS. 1(A), (B), and 2(A), and extend outward in the left-right direction and in a peak shape from this rising portion 8, straddling the lower end of the leg portion 2 located above the connecting portion 7 (connecting member 4). As shown in FIG. 2(B), when the connecting portion 7 (connecting member 4) moves in a direction in which it rises relative to the main body 3, the straddling portion 9 is configured to be separated from the lower end of the leg portion 2.
[0019] In the hanger H configured as described above, the left and right arms 5 and 6 that can be opened and closed can be opened and closed and folded downward when the straddle portion 9 is separated from the lower end of the leg portion 2 (when not straddling the lower end of the leg portion 2) (see Fig. 2(B)). The left and right arms 5 and 6 in the folded-down state can be passed through the collar of clothing such as a T-shirt, and then the arms can be opened. When the straddle portion 9 of the opened left and right arms 5 and 6 straddles the lower end of the leg portion 2, the left and right arms 5 and 6 are restricted by the leg portion 2 and cannot be closed, that is, the left and right arms 5 and 6 can be maintained in the opened state. Further, in the hanger H in which the left and right arms 5 and 6 are maintained in the opened state, when the connecting portion 7 (connecting member 4) is moved in the direction of relatively rising with respect to the main body 3, the straddle portion 9 is separated from the lower end of the leg portion 2, and the left and right arms 5 and 6 are released from the restraint of the leg portion 2 and can be folded downward, that is, the collar of the clothing can be passed through. Therefore, the operation of hanging clothing such as a T-shirt on the hanger H and the operation of removing it from the hanger H can be easily performed.
[0020] Here, the main body 3 and the left and right arms 5 and 6 are each formed by appropriately bending a single wire (by wire bending). However, although wire bending (wire forming) is generally performed using a multi-forming machine, this is not limited to this case, and for example, it may be performed by press working or welding.
[0021] That is, the main body 3 is formed by bending a wire so as to have, in order from one end to the other end, a hook portion 1 extending in a substantially arc shape in a front view, a portion on the rear side of the left leg portion 2, a portion on the front side of the left leg portion 2, a portion on the front side of the right leg portion 2, and a portion on the rear side of the right leg portion 2, and the other end is extended so as to abut against a portion between the hook portion 1 and the left leg portion 2. In Fig. 2(A), the tip of the wire is provided on the left side of the hook portion 1 (the hook portion 1 has a circular shape with a notch on the left side in a front view), but this is not limited to this, and for example, it may have a shape symmetrical to this.
[0022] The left and right arms 5 are each formed by bending a wire so that, from one end to the other end, they have, in this order, a connecting portion 7 that is substantially loop-shaped when viewed from the front, a rising portion 8, a straddling portion 9, and a shoulder portion 10. The portion from the shoulder portion 10 to the other end is a looped portion 11 that is bent in a loop shape. By passing a rope through and tying the two looped portions 11 on the left and right, it becomes possible to hang a towel, trousers, or the like on this rope.
[0023] Also, as shown in Fig. 2(A), most of the shoulder portion 10 extends with a certain inclination angle. The angle formed by the rising portion 8 and most of the shoulder portion 10 is an acute angle, but the inclination angle in the vicinity of the portion of the shoulder portion 10 that continues to the straddling portion 9 changes so that the angle formed with the rising portion 8 approaches 90 degrees. However, it is not limited to this. As long as the shoulder portion 10 has a shape and angle that can hold the clothing in a desired state when the clothing is hung on the hanger H. For example, the entire shoulder portion 10 may have a certain inclination angle or curvature, and the angle formed with the rising portion 8 can also be appropriately changed.
[0024] The connecting member 4 that connects the left and right arms 5, 6 is, for example, a cylindrical rivet. The loop-shaped connecting portions 7 of the left and right arms 5, 6 are overlapped, and a rivet is passed through this, and both ends thereof are caulked to be attached (see Fig. 1(C)). At the time of this attachment, the connecting portions 7 of the left and right arms 5, 6 are each passed from the outside in the left-right direction to the inside with respect to the left and right leg portions 2.
[0025] Note that, for the wire used for the main body 3 and the left and right arms 5, 6, for example, the same wire (wire) as that used for commercially available wire hangers can be used. In particular, it is preferable to use a stainless-steel one or one with a rust-preventive coating on the surface, etc., which is difficult to rust.
[0026] As described above, since the hanger H can be composed of the main body 3, the connecting member 4, and the left and right arms 5, 6, it is also easy to reduce the number of parts and the manufacturing cost.
[0027] As described above, the hanger H of this example can maintain the left and right arms 5 and 6 in an open state. For this purpose, when maintaining the left and right arms 5 and 6 in an open state, it is preferable that the center of the connecting portion 7 (connecting member 4) that serves as the opening / closing axis of the left and right arms 5 and 6 is below the lower ends of the left and right legs 2. More precisely, as shown in FIG. 4, when maintaining the left and right arms 5 and 6 in an open state, when drawing a circle with the lower end of one of the left and right legs 2 (the left leg in the illustrated example) as the center and its outer periphery passing through the center of the connecting portion 7 (connecting member 4), it is desirable that the other of the left and right legs 2 is located inside the circle.
[0028] It should be noted that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and it goes without saying that various modifications can be made without departing from the gist of the present invention. For example, the following modification examples can be cited.
[0029] FIGS. 5(A) to (C) and FIGS. 6(A) to (E) show a hanger H1 of a first modification example in which the main body 3 has a guide portion 21 for guiding a connecting portion 7 (connecting member 4) that extends downward and moves up and down between the two legs 2.
[0030] That is, in the hanger H shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the portion of the wire constituting the main body 3 on the front side (the other end side) of the right leg 2 is extended so as to abut against the portion between the hook portion 1 and the left leg 2. However, in the first modification example, the same portion is extended downward from between the two legs 2 (the center) to form the guide portion 21, and the front side portion thereof is bent forward.
[0031] Further, in order to achieve the guiding by the guide portion 21, a V-shaped engaging pin 4a is inserted into the ring-shaped connecting member 4 from the front side thereof toward the rear side. The engaging pin 4a is locked to the connecting member 4 by locking portions 4b at both ends thereof, and is configured not to be completely removed from the connecting member 4 toward the rear side thereof. Further, the guide portion 21 is assembled to penetrate through the inside of the engaging pin 4a and extend. Note that the engaging pin 4a is configured separately from the connecting member 4, but is not limited thereto, and may be integrated with the connecting member 4 or the connecting portion 7 by, for example, integral molding or appropriate joining means such as adhesion.
[0032] In the hanger H1 of the first modified example configured as described above, by guiding the connecting portion 7 (connecting member 4) by the guide portion 21, it is possible to ensure smooth opening and closing of the left and right arms 5 and 6 and to prevent the left and right arms 5 and 6 from swaying with respect to the main body 3.
[0033] Note that the hanger H1 is the same as the hanger H described above except that the guide portion 21 and the engaging pin 4a are provided, and the description thereof is omitted.
[0034] FIGS. 7(A) and (B) show a hanger H2 of a second modified example in which an operation rod 31 that is integrated with the connecting portion 7 via the connecting member 4 and extends above the connecting portion 7 (connecting member 4) is provided in order to perform the lifting operation of the connecting portion 7 (connecting member 4).
[0035] That is, the upper part of the substantially rod-shaped operation rod 31 is a handle portion 31a that bends and extends forward, and the lower part is a fitting portion 31b that bends so as to fold back and fits (integrates) inside the ring-shaped connecting member 4. Note that the operation rod 31 is configured separately from the connecting member 4, but is not limited thereto, and may be integrated with the connecting member 4 or the connecting portion 7 by, for example, integral molding or appropriate joining means such as adhesion.
[0036] In the hanger H2 of the second modified example configured as described above, by using the operation rod 31, it is possible to facilitate the opening and closing operations of the left and right arms 5 and 6.
[0037] Further, the main body 3 of this hanger H2 is provided with a guide portion 21, similar to the main body 3 of the hanger H1. In order to realize the guiding of the connecting portion 7 (connecting member 4) by this guide portion 21, an engaging portion 31c that engages with the guide portion 21 is provided in series on the fitting portion 31b of the operating rod 31 that fits into the connecting member 4. Therefore, in the hanger H2 of the second modification example, by guiding the connecting portion 7 (connecting member 4) by the guide portion 21, it is possible to ensure smooth opening and closing of the left and right arms 5 and 6 and to prevent the left and right arms 5 and 6 from swaying with respect to the main body 3.
[0038] Note that the hanger H2 is the same as the above hanger H except that the guide portion 21 and the operating rod 31 are provided, and the description thereof is omitted.
[0039] In the above hanger H, as shown in Fig. 2(A), a straddle portion 9 that extends outward in the left-right direction and in a peak shape from the rising portion 8 is provided by connecting a straight portion that extends downward to the left and right of an arc-shaped portion that passes above the lower end of the leg portion 2. However, it is not limited to this, and various shapes can be provided. For example, like the hanger H3 of the third modification example shown in Figs. 8(A) to (E), a portion of the straddle portion 9 that passes above the lower end of the leg portion 2 may include a portion that extends horizontally, or the inclination angles of the portions of the straddle portion 9 that are located inside and outside the leg portion 2 in the left-right direction may be made different from each other (asymmetrical left and right), or the portion of the straddle portion 9 that is located outside the leg portion 2 in the left-right direction and the shoulder portion 10 may have the same inclination angle (a part of the straddle portion 9 may be also used as the shoulder portion 10).
[0040] In the above-described hanger H, as shown in FIG. 1(C), the left and right arms 5 and 6 made of members having the same shape are connected and integrated by a connecting member 4 which is a cylindrical rivet, and the left and right arms 5 and 6 are configured to be freely openable and closable about the center of the connecting portion 7 (connecting member 4). However, the present invention is not limited to this, and the left and right arms 5 and 6 may be configured to be openable and closable, and an urging force may be applied to the opening and closing. Specifically, it is conceivable to connect the left and right arms 5 and 6 via a coil spring, or to configure the left and right arms 5 and 6 including this coil spring by a single linear member.
[0041] Needless to say, the modification examples cited in this specification may be appropriately combined with each other.
