Claims

1. A training data acquisition unit acquires training data in which the difference between the atmospheric pressure measured at each point inside the building and the atmospheric pressure measured at a predetermined reference point is associated with the floor level of each point and whether or not that point is in an open area as correct labels. A learning device comprising: a learning unit that generates an estimation model for estimating the hierarchical level of a measurement point and whether or not the measurement point is an open area, based on the pressure difference between the measurement point and a reference point, by learning using the aforementioned training data.

2. The aforementioned training data includes data showing the received signal strength of LPWA measured at various points within the building. The learning device according to claim 1, further comprising a training data generation unit that generates training data using data obtained by adding a noise component to the data indicating the received signal strength of LPWA.
