Abstract

The present invention provides an injector that allows for rapid stopping of injection and suppresses fluid pressure loss during injection. [Solution] The injector comprises a nozzle body and a nozzle needle 30. The nozzle body has an injection hole formed at one end in the axial direction, and the nozzle needle 30 is provided inside the nozzle body so as to be reciprocally movable along the axial direction. The nozzle body has a first cylindrical portion 31 and a second cylindrical portion 32. The first cylindrical portion 31 is located on the side of one end in the axial direction, and the second cylindrical portion 32 is located on the side of the other end in the axial direction and has an inner diameter larger than the inner diameter of the first cylindrical portion 31. The nozzle needle 30 has a flow path adjustment portion 38 that extends radially from a part of the outer circumferential surface in the axial direction. In the axial direction, the flow path adjustment portion 38 is located within the range where the second cylindrical portion 32 is located during injection, and within the range where the first cylindrical portion 31 is located when injection is stopped.
