Abstract

A steel strip pickling treatment device is provided, which can be connected to a wastewater recycling system. A pre-rinsing channel with a spray pipe assembly is set between the pickling immersion tank and the subsequent pickling wetting tank. This allows residual acid on the steel strip passing through the pickling immersion tank to be pre-rinsed and removed before being carried to the subsequent pickling wetting tank. The wastewater after pre-rinsing is not discharged into the wastewater recycling system. When the pre-rinsed steel strip enters the section after the pickling wetting tank for spray washing, the recycled circulating water can reduce conductivity, significantly improve the water quality of the circulating water in the section after the pickling wetting tank and the efficiency of spray water use, reduce the treatment burden of the wastewater recycling system and improve the water use efficiency of the wastewater recycling system.

Claims

1. A steel strip pickling treatment device, which can be connected to a wastewater recycling and treatment system, and includes: A pickling immersion tank includes an immersion tank body capable of containing an acid solution and a plurality of deflecting rollers disposed within the immersion tank body, and capable of conveying a steel strip immersed in the acid solution and then outputting it; a pickling wetting tank is disposed after the pickling immersion tank and includes a wetting tank body and a plurality of spray pipe assemblies, the pickling immersion tank including a front tank section and a rear tank section, the plurality of spray pipe assemblies being disposed in the rear tank section of the wetting tank body, and capable of rinsing the steel strip entering the rear tank section; a pre-rinsing channel is disposed after the pickling immersion tank and between the front tank section of the pickling immersion tank and includes a pre-rinsing tank body and at least one spray pipe assembly disposed in the pre-rinsing tank body, the spray pipe assembly being capable of performing a pre-rinsing action on the steel strip that has been immersed in the acid solution in the pickling immersion tank; a spray pipeline is capable of connecting to a recycled water supply source of the wastewater recycling and treatment system, and supplying recycled water to the spray pipe assembly and the spray pipe assembly; A wastewater discharge pipeline capable of discharging wastewater generated by the steel strip after pre-rinsing with acid solution by the plurality of spray pipe groups; and a wastewater recovery pipeline capable of recovering wastewater generated by the plurality of spray pipe groups after rinsing the pre-rinsed steel strip to the wastewater recovery and treatment system.

2. The steel strip pickling equipment as described in claim 1, wherein, The bottom of the rear tank section has a wastewater recovery area and at least one wastewater recovery outlet. The bottom of the front tank section has a wastewater collection and discharge area separated from the wastewater recovery area of the rear tank section, and at least one wastewater discharge outlet is provided at the bottom of the front tank section. The wastewater recovery pipeline is connected to the wastewater recovery outlet. The wastewater discharge pipeline is connected to the wastewater discharge outlet.

3. The steel strip pickling equipment as described in claim 2, wherein, The wetting tank is stepped, with the bottom of the front tank section being higher than that of the rear tank section. A baffle is provided on the side of the bottom of the front tank section adjacent to the rear tank section. The wastewater in the wastewater collection and discharge area is blocked by the baffle and will not flow to the wastewater recycling area.

4. The steel strip pickling equipment as described in claim 3, wherein, The bottom of the pre-wash tank has a wastewater discharge area. The bottom height of the pre-wash tank in the pre-rinsing channel is higher than the bottom height of the front section of the wetting tank. Wastewater in the wastewater discharge area of the pre-wash tank can flow to the wastewater collection and discharge area.

5. The steel strip pickling equipment as described in claim 3, wherein, The bottom of the pre-wash tank has a wastewater discharge area, which is separated from the wastewater collection and discharge area of the previous section of the wettable tank.
