A gluteal regioncushion for use after gluteal region fat injection and / or gluteal region operations, to maintain thr shape of the operation region to help relieve pressure from the gluteal region and transfert it to the thighs, characterized by comprising the following; a body, a memory foam mad of visco material, which has at least two parts, one at the front and one at the back, according to the user's posture position, and which has a cavity under at least one of the said parts, where the body can be placed in one-to-one fit.

[0003] The present invention relates to a gluteal region cushion for use after gluteal region (butt, buttock) fat injection and / or gluteal region operations, to maintain the shape of the operation region, to help relieve pressure from the gluteal region (butt) and transfer it to the thighs.

[0005] After fat injection operations for gluteal region shaping (Brazilian Butt Lift (BBL)), various structures are used to support the desired ideal shape and homogeneous appearance in the operation region. There are various products made of polyurethane material, known in the state of the art as BBL cushion (butt cushion). However, these products cause pain, bruising, scarring and cuts in long-term use due to the hardness of the material. These products, which are used in the known state of the art, are configured so that they only cover the thigh, the back part of the upper leg, leaving the butt (gluteal) region unoccupied. For this reason, one of the most important problems experienced during use is the feeling of falling backwards, posture disorder and back pain due to this feeling.

[0006] In the patent and literature search carried out for the state of the art, the patent application with the publication number US2021322201 A was determined. The subject application document relates to a cushion structure for providing hip comfort after a surgical operation. The document describes a structure to prevent the patient from experiencing pain during sleep or rest after fat transfer, fat grafting, liposuction, butt extraction, buttock implants or a surgical procedure on the gluteal, butt or coccyx region. However, there is no mention of a memory foam structure made of visco material. In addition, said document is generally used in the lying position.

[0007] As a result due to the abovementioned disadvantages and the insufficiency of the current solutions regarding the subject matter, a development is required to be made in the relevant technical field.

[0008] Brief Description of the Invention

[0009] The present invention relates to a gluteal region cushion which fulfils the abovementioned requirements, eliminates all disadvantages and brings some additional advantages. The present invention aims to solve the abovementioned disadvantages by being inspired from the current conditions.

[0010] The main object of the present invention is to obtain a new gluteal region pillow that not only supports the back thigh part of the leg, but also provides a soft support to this region by using the softest visco material in the form of a hollow part coming to the butt (gluteal) region and, accordingly, prevents posture disorder and does not cause back pain. With the gluteal region cushion of the invention, deformation and surface defects that may occur due to zero compression effect on the gluteal region are prevented,

[0011] Another object of the present invention is to prevent situations such as incision marks and pain in the thigh area due to stiffness in the known applications of the technique.

[0027] In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the present invention are described by means of examples only for clarifying the subject matter.

[0028] The present invention relates to a gluteal region cushion (Y) for use after gluteal area fat injection and / or gluteal area operations, to maintain the shape of the operation area, to help relieve pressure from the gluteal area and transfer it to the thighs. Figure 3 shows the general view of the gluteal region cushion (Y). Accordingly, the gluteal region cushion (Y) comprises a body (2). The body (2) is made of polyurethane material and is preferably in the form of a rectangular prism. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, a polyurethane material with high density is used.

[0029] The gluteal region cushion (Y) of the present invention comprises at least one memory foam (1). Memory foam (1) is made of visco material and prevents surface defects that may occur with zero compression effect on the gluteal region. The memory foam (1), which is made of very soft visco material, provides comfort of use with the help of this feature. There is a butt cavity (3) in the memory foam (1) structure, which is a surface on which the butt will rest.

[0030] Memory foam (1) consists of two basic parts. The first of these is the part containing the butt cavity (3) where the user's butt will fit. The other part is the part containing the calf support (4) to support the user's calves and the between-leg support (5) that fits between the legs. Said between-leg support (5) is in the form of a protrusion. The part of the memory foam (1) comprising the butt cavity (3) contacts the surface on which the gluteal region cushion (Y) is positioned, while the other part of the memory foam (1) (the part comprising the calf support (4) and the between-leg support (5)) does not contact the surface on which the gluteal region cushion (Y) is positioned. In this sense, underneath a part of the memory foam (1), there is a cavity (6) that is configured to fit exactly with the body (2). The body (2) corresponds exactly to this space and the gluteal region cushion (Y) is obtained.

[0031] In the gluteal region cushion (Y), which is the subject of the invention, the fact that places are high and some places are inclined is due to the anatomical structure of the gluteal region. In a preferred embodiment of the invention, the preferred dimensions of the gluteal region cushion (Y) are given below.

CLAIMS1. A gluteal region cushion (Y) for use after gluteal region fat injection and / or gluteal region operations, to maintain the shape of the operation region, to help relieve pressure from the gluteal region and transfer it to the thighs, characterized by comprising the following;• a body (2),• a memory foam (1) made of visco material, which has at least two parts, one at the front and one at the back, according to the user's posture position, and which has a cavity (6) under at least one of the said parts, where the body (2) can be placed in a one-to-one fit.

2. A gluteal region cushion (Y) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; the body (2) is made of polyurethane material.

3. A gluteal region cushion (Y) according to claim 1 , characterized in that; the body (2) is in the form of a rectangular prism.

4. A gluteal region cushion (Y) according to claim 1, characterized in that; it comprises a butt cavity (3) which is a surface on which the butt is to be placed, in a part of the memory foam (1) which has no cavity (6) underneath.

5. A gluteal region cushion (Y) according to claim 1, characterized in that; it comprises a calf support (4) on the part of the memory foam (1) having a cavity (6) underneath, on which the calves are placed.

6. A gluteal region cushion (Y) according to claim 1, characterized in that; it comprises a between-leg support (5) in the form of a protrusion on the part of the memory foam (1) having a cavity (6) underneath, which is configured to correspond to the inter-leg.
