Abstract
One embodiment of the present invention relates to an automatic carcass washing system for washing a meat carcass that is hung on a hanger and moved while bifurcated into a first meat carcass and a second meat carcass, the system comprising: a sensor unit which detects the bifurcated meat carcasses and collects scan information including the size and curvature of the bifurcated meat carcasses; a robot arm unit which moves along a movement path calculated on the basis of the scan information; a washing module unit which is connected to an end of the robot arm unit to move with the robot arm unit and has a plurality of washing nozzles for spraying washing water toward the bifurcated meat carcasses; and a control unit which calculates the movement path of the robot arm unit on the basis of the collected scan information, and controls the movement of the robot arm unit and the spraying of the washing water of the washing module unit.
