[0001] Various embodiments of the disclosure relate to candle blowing apparatuses and methods. More particularly, various embodiments of the disclosure relate to a handheld candle extinguishing device configured for blowing off lighted candles, without any need for direct human contact or human breath, while maintaining convenience and enjoyment of the act.BACKGROUND
[0002] Birthday, holiday, and occasion cakes are often decorated with designs with a particular motive or theme to commemorate a particular event. The cakes are meant to be visually pleasing and protected until the cake is sliced for serving. Candles are frequently placed on cakes to help commemorate the event being celebrated. After the candles are lit, by a match or other means, the person or persons who are involved in the commemoration are then asked to blow the candle or candles out to extinguish the same. Blowing out by the mouth to extinguish birthday candles on the birthday cake can transmit harmful bacteria, germs, and viruses to the cake and contaminate it when the birthday candles are extinguished by mouthwash, and subsequently to the guests and the people who eat it, and to provoke contagion by virus, infectious, contagious, and epidemic diseases which can be very dangerous and sometimes non-curable like influenza, tuberculosis, typhoid, glue, meningitis, salmonella, phelicobacter pylori cause of peptic ulcer disease, malaria, Ebola, bird flu, sars, syphilis, hepatitis (A, B, and C) that destroy faith, AIDS, rabies, microbes causing tonsillitis, streptococci, and bacteria and antibiotic-resistant microbes etc.
[0003] Considering the current scenario of the candle extinguishing apparatuses and methods, there are different types of candle extinguishing designs available in the market. One of the candle extinguishing apparatus is basically a device for extinguishing the lighted candles which comprises a base plate, and a fitting on the plate for engaging a neck of an inflatable rubber balloon. Apost is provided which is supported by the base plate and having a pin configured to extend radially therefrom for puncturing the balloon. The pin isconfigured to puncture the inflated balloon in order to release air to blow the lighted candles. However, a major drawback of using this candle extinguishing apparatus is that the manual movement is involved in moving the pin towards the inflated balloon, to puncture the inflated balloon in order to release the air for blowing the lighted candles, which leads to the spread of germs or bacteria through the hands, thereby posing a potential health risk particularly if birthday boy or girl is sick. With one forceful blow or hand touch, a sick individual can contaminate the entire cake.
[0004] Thus, in view of the above, it is desired to address the above mentioned disadvantages or other shortcomings by providing an efficient, thoroughly designed, adaptive, and safe to use handheld candle extinguishing device configured to enable the birthday boy or girl to hygienically blow out the lighted candles without any need for direct human contact or breath, thereby reducing spread of the germs or the bacteria and saving time and human efforts and eventually money or at least provide a useful alternative.

[0006] Accordingly, several objects and advantages of the present disclosure are to provide an effective handheld candle extinguishing device which also lends itself to a specific use in blowing off lighted candles, without any need for direct human contact or human breath, while maintaining convenience and enjoyment of the act, as per the requirements of the user. It is a further object of the present disclosure to provide the handheld candle extinguishing device which is thoroughly designed, adaptable, and safe to use as well as, at least partially or fully, alleviates at least some of the disadvantages associated with prior candle extinguishing apparatuses or devices. It is another object and feature of the present disclosure to provide the handheld candle extinguishing device configured to help the birthday boy or girl, to hygienically blow out lighted candles without any need for direct human contact or breath. It is yet another objective and feature of the present disclosure toprovide the handheld candle extinguishing device configured to facilitate extinguishing of the birthday candles, while at the same time maintaining convenience and enjoyment of the act, thereby making it suitable for various occasions and settings. It is a further objective and feature of the present disclosure to provide the handheld candle extinguishing device having a wide range of length and width adjustment, without the use of separate componentry or tools. Another objective and feature of the present disclosure is to provide the handheld candle extinguishing device which is configured for the extinguishing of the birthday candles during various occasions, like celebrations, rituals, and ambience enhancement. Yet another objective and feature of the present disclosure is to provide the handheld candle extinguishing device which is convenient and easy to use, as well as having a simple structure. Likewise, another object and feature of the present disclosure is to provide the handheld candle extinguishing device which is cost effective. Further objects and features of the present disclosure will become apparent from a consideration of the drawings and ensuing description.SUMMARY
[0007] A handheld candle extinguishing device for blowing off the candles by way of directing the air to a particular direction towards the candles is provided substantially as shown in, and / or described in connection with, at least one of the figures, as set forth more completely in the claims.
[0008] Accordingly, several objects and advantages of the present disclosure are to provide the handheld candle extinguishing device configured for blowing off lighted candles, without any need for direct human contact or human breath, while maintaining convenience and enjoyment of the act. The handheld candle extinguishing device may comprise a body having a proximal end and a distal end, a tubular element, and a mounting element. The tubular element may be configured to be directly coupled with the proximal end of the body, and comprises an air inlet positioned at a top portion of the tubular element to receive air. The mounting element may comprise a hollow end at vertical sides and positioned adjacent to the tubular element and detachably mounted on the body. Further, the mounting element may comprise a tapered controller detachably mounted on the mounting element. Further, at an operational state of the tapered controller, i.e. during“ON” state of the tapered controller, the tapered controller may be configured to activate an impeller within a portion of the body and cause rotation of directional blades of the impeller to direct the air towards an air outlet at a particular direction for blowing the candle. In an embodiment thereof, the first button may comprise a microphone configured to record the multimedia and a speaker configured to play the multimedia, at the operational state of the first button.

[0020] The following described implementation may be found in a handled candle extinguishing device for blowing off the lighted candles. Exemplary aspects of the disclosure may be the handheld candle extinguishing device configured for blowing off lighted candles, without any need for direct human contact or human breath, while maintaining convenience and enjoyment of the act. Further, the handheld candle extinguishing device comprises a body, a tubular element, and a mounting element. Further, the tubular element may be directly coupled with the proximal end of the body. Further, the tubular element comprises an air inlet which may be positioned at a top portion of the tubular element. The mounting element may comprise a tapered controllerdetachably mounted on the mounting element. Further, the tapered controller may be configured to activate an impeller within a portion of the body, during an operational state of the tapered controller. Further, the tapered controller may be configured to direct the air towards an air outlet at a particular direction for blowing off the lighted candles.

Further, the body may comprise a battery cell within the rechargeable battery to provide power to the tapered controller and the directional blades. [0023] Referring to FIG. 1 illustrates a perspective view of a handheld candle extinguishing device 100, in accordance with an embodiment of the disclosure, the handheld candle extinguishing device 100 comprises a body 102 having a proximal end 104 and a distal end 106, a tubular element 108, and a mounting element 112. The body 102 may be configured to accommodate a plurality of components. The tubular element 108 may be configured to be directly coupled with the proximal end 104 of the body 102. Further, the tubular element 108 may comprise an air inlet 110 positioned at a top portion of the tubular element 108 to receive the air. The mounting element 112 comprises a hollow end 114 at vertical sides. Further the mounting element 112 may be positioned adjacent to the tubular element 108 and detachably mounted on the body 102. Rotation generates a slipstream in a similar manner to an airscrew, although the efficiency is low compared with a true airscrew for several reasons: usually the geometric pitch along the length of the blade is not constant; a large number of blades are provided, which increases the volumetric flow at the expense of efficiency; the cross-section of the blades is not of aerofoil form, indeed they are often made from flat steel plate, curved to an approximate aerodynamic form. Fans are used to move large volumes of air at very low pressures and are to be found in ventilation systems, engine and compressor cooling, conveying, vacuum cleaning and supercharging.

The electronic chip 202 may be configured to be embedded within the body 102 of the handheld candle extinguishing device 200. Further, the electronic chip 202 may be configured to record and store the multimedia. In an embodiment thereof, the electronic chip 202 may be configured to play drinking songs,spoken birthday greetings, wedding songs, animal sounds, recorded personal greetings and music, or any other music. The electronic chip 202 may contain circuits whose logical function and connectivity can be programmed by a user, to facilitate various operations such as logic gates, adders, and registers. The electronic chip 202 used as a programmable electronic chip is a programmable integrated circuit made of millions of capacitors and transistors that can store data or help process code. Programmable electronic chips are capable of holding memory both temporarily through random access memory (RAM) and permanently through read only memory (ROM). Programming IC chips is a vital process as memory chips are essential components of computers and electronic devices as most cannot function or store / send information without them. The electronic chip 202 may be programmed using IC coding process that involves flashing written software onto programmable devices. This is the main reason that a wide array of businesses have come to depend on IC chip programmers. One of the top components of a working programmable IC chip is the microcontroller. These are used in automatically controlled devices such as implantable devices, power tools, toys, engine control systems, and other embedded devices.

Claims
CLAIMS:
1. A handheld candle extinguishing device, comprising: a body having a proximal end and a distal end; a tubular element directly coupled with the proximal end of the body, wherein the tubular element comprises an air inlet positioned at a top portion of the tubular element to receive air; and a mounting element with a hollow end at vertical sides and positioned adjacent to the tubular element and detachably mounted on the body, wherein the mounting element comprises: a tapered controller detachably mounted on the mounting element, wherein at an operational state of the tapered controller, the tapered controller is configured to activate an impeller within a portion of the body and cause rotation of directional blades of the impeller to direct the air towards an air outlet at a particular direction for blowing the candle.
2. The handheld candle extinguishing device according to claim 1, wherein the mounting element comprises a first button configured to record multimedia, at an operational state of the first button.
3. The handheld candle extinguishing device according to claim 2, wherein the mounting element comprises a second button configured to play the recorded multimedia, at an operational state of the second button.
4. The handheld candle extinguishing device according to claim 2, wherein the first button comprises a microphone configured to record the multimedia and a speaker configured to play the multimedia, at the operational state of the second button.
5. The handheld candle extinguishing device according to claim 1, wherein the body comprises of an electronic chip configured to record and store the multimedia.
6. The handheld candle extinguishing device according to claim 1, wherein the air outlet is configured to allow passage for the air to be blown out, at the operational state of the tapered controller.
7. The handheld candle extinguishing device according to claim 2, wherein the multimedia is at least one of an audio, a recorded message, or any other form of media.
8. The handheld candle extinguishing device according to claim 1, wherein the air outlet comprises a detachable pipe configured to be detachably coupled with the air outlet, to guide the flow of air from the air outlet towards the candle.
9. The handheld candle extinguishing device according to claim 1, wherein the body comprises a rechargeable battery configured to power the handheld candle extinguishing device.
10. The handheld candle extinguishing device according to claim 9, wherein the body comprises a charging indicator configured to blink light during charging of the rechargeable battery.
11. The handheld candle extinguishing device according to claim 10, wherein colour of the charging indicator is green during the charging of the rechargeable battery and the colour of the charging indicator is red in an event when the rechargeable battery is completely charged.
12. The handheld candle extinguishing device according to claim 9, wherein the body comprises a charging port positioned at a portion of the mounting element to charge the handheld candle extinguishing device.
13. The handheld candle extinguishing device according to claim 1, wherein the body comprises a gripping mechanism positioned on the body and configured to provide a tight grip to the body for emitting of fluorescent colours of light.
14. The handheld candle extinguishing device according to claim 1, wherein the body comprises a battery cell within the rechargeable battery configured to provide power to the tapered controller and the directional blades, to activate operation of the handheld candle extinguishing device.
