Abstract
The invention relates to the field of organic chemistry, in particular to the application of N-azidomethyl-tetrahydro-1,3-oxazine as a biocidal additive to lubricating and cooling fluids. As a result of microbiological tests, it was determined that the addition of 0.5% N-azidomethyl-tetrahydro-1,3-oxazine to Azerol-5 YSM protects the fluid from damage by bacteria and fungi, thereby increasing its service life many times over.
