[001] This utility model patent relates to a new constructive arrangement introduced in a floor covering plate for livestock, belonging to the agricultural accessories sector, more particularly it relates to a rubber plate with the function of floor covering for animal transport, transit or confinement, which presents an innovative constructive arrangement, where the positioning of the studs ensures better and easier cleaning of the floor, in addition to providing greater resistance, and because the material is of lower hardness, it also prevents slipping and increases durability due to the size of the studs, thus providing very advantageous practical, safe and functional results.
[002] Some floor covering panels for livestock are known in the state of the art, some from the applicant himself, but their construction still presents some drawbacks with regard to animal safety, compromising their use, hygiene and durability of the panel.
[003] As part of the state of the art, we highlight the document MU8702544-2, from the applicant himself, filed on 08 / 11 / 2007, referring to “ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN A PLATE FOR FLOOR COVERING FOR LIVESTOCK”, where, according to its summary, we have: “ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN A PLATE FOR FLOOR COVERING FOR LIVESTOCK. Comprising a plate (1) made of rubber with high-resistance fiber, and whose surface is shaped in such a way as to highlight a plurality of semi-spherical protrusions with larger dimensions (2) and smaller dimensions (3), arranged in an orderly fashion, resulting Petition 870240109524, dated 12 / 23 / 2024, page 6 / 14 2 / 4 on a fully corrugated and non-slip surface, this plate being applied in floor coverings for washrooms, loading ramps, refrigerator unloading ramps, corridors, among others, being placed side by side, both longitudinally and transversely, in order to form a carpet for floor covering (4). ”
[004] Also as part of the state of the art, we highlight the document MU9000096-0, also from the applicant, filed on 01 / 26 / 2010, referring to “CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN OVERLAY APPLIED TOGETHER WITH THE FLOOR FOR TRANSIT OR CONFINEMENT OF BEEF CATTLE”, where, according to its summary, we have: “CONSTRUCTIVE ARRANGEMENT INTRODUCED IN OVERLAY APPLIED TOGETHER WITH THE FLOOR FOR TRANSIT OR CONFINEMENT OF BEEF CATTLE, represented by an evolutionary solution where each overlay plate (A) is differentiated from the carpet for livestock (ET) of the state of the art, notably by presenting each protrusion unit (2) with diameter (d1) and height (d2) dimensions three times the value of the corresponding dimension for the protrusion unit of the carpet for livestock (ET) of the state of the art, with a thickness dimension (d3) of 25 mm. [005] As stated above, both of the applicant's documents still have some deficiencies, since the cylindrical shape of document MU8702544-2, or the truncated cone shape of document MU9000096-0, do not provide adequate safety for the animal, which still slips on these respective plates, and do not allow for proper hygiene. [006] Thus, in order to definitively solve the problems identified above in the state of the art, the new constructive arrangement introduced in a floor covering plate for livestock was created, which is made of medium-hardness rubberized material, approximately 70 shore, and presents an innovative configuration of the studs, which solves the aforementioned inconveniences in addition to providing other advantages resulting from its design.
